1. APP is only partially English. 2. I was unable to register a complaint (keeps getting error message). Complaints dropdown list selection has no English translation. 3.live chat help was in English in the begining but later I was asked to detail the problem in Arabic.

The latest version of app is very slow that I can't make any order of it, I think you should be making it rollback and return it to previous version is more stabled until being solved this issues.

Worked great until the moment I try to pay for the service, EVERYTHING freezes and the app crashes with no way to solve the issue, sometimes works and sometimes does not, FIX THIS DAMN ISSUE

Very very bad customer service, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone, you can't contact them almost at all. I was on hold for about half an hour (twice, and they charged me money while I was on hold) and then they hanged up on me. When I finally got a hold of someone, he was sleepy, bored and very unhelpful. You can't get a refund if there is a problem, you can't solve any sort of problem because they won't answer, and they don't care. They don't even care about the reviews

Very very bad app they steal your money from you. They come to your house sometimes at 8am sometimes 8.45am they apparently give you 15 minutes to answer the phone if you don't they leave and do not refund your money. They don't tell you this when you book and I was in the shower in the morning we have 100 things to do I missed there call I came out and rang them they did not send me anyone and there customers service do not answer the phone or WhatsApp. Well we have plenty of apps to go to maid

very poor service ,extremly non professional and untrained staff ... did not know how to do work instead of cleaning making mess ... very disappointing j will never book maid from this app again ... pathetic service

App is okay certainly many bugs but okay. However, their customer service is the worst and the app isn't showing any deduction in case of cancelation. I used to order packages from them but now I'm deleting this

tell your drivers to stop coming early and beeping the horn non stop outside making lots of noise!!!! they should not come early and ask the worker to come out!

I started using Hemma in Aug 2021, it was so good that I discontinued from other service and bought 6 months contract in October. Perhaps that was my biggest mistake and I regret it. Their service become horrible, no service standards, poor app, always changing drivers and maids as if everyone works there temporarily... No consistency and reliability. I want to get rid of my current contract ASAP and will not return, even if the bring back their previous system and standards. ADVICE:Must Avoid!

Hemma service is extremely good and their maids are excellent. The only problem is that after their new update the app has become terrible. Nothing loads and it's impossible to reschedule and choose your worker. It's also very difficult to contact customer service as everything is in Arabic.

App has issue!!! We paid whatever app showed in the system 477-23 vat= 500sar for 6 visits. Then it shows additional something more must be paid also under the title of "remaining amount" ! Do you keep going to add amount?! Fix the app very well please. Its also keep geting frozen while entering location.

Unlike some other good apps, this one doesn't share any details about the cleaner that you booked. Also, on the app there's no button for (my orders). And you don't have the option on the app to reschedule (coz there's no "my orders" option to begin with), AND you can't have access to customer service before 9 AM, so if God forbid you have an emergency the day of the service (morning service), and you can't have the cleaner that day, you can't talk to anyone, and the cleaner STILL shows up!

They were the best before and now it's the worst! I was a returning customer for them. Have been using them for more than a year. I have even recommended them to many friends. But since the new app it's all haywire. We don't like it at all. Very difficult to have one regular maid. Cannot contact them for the problem. It's not appealing at all. We are now changing to another company. Please bring back the old one.

Cannot select the worker you are used to. Always have to call which is time consuming. whatsapp service useless

Great app that was turned into a disaster. It used to work perfectly and allowed you to reschedule and select the workers you prefer. Now you can schedule for a very limited number of times and you can't select the worker so you're left with their choice and you have to teach her every time. That's not to mention that there's a high level of inconsistency between the workers, so it's down to your luck. I won't be renewing again that's for sure. You lost a very loyal client.

Good app but the worst costumer service you will ever encounter as they don't answer and when they do they simply lie to you so I don't recommend anyone to use it at all, and if you have it installed just uninstall it from you phone right away.
