Very dissapointing app. Unreliable, don't bother. Always system down every 12am to 4am. I needed to withdraw money at that time and it was an emergency and guest what you can't l, even when you try to transfer other bank it will not work. I have encountered this many times. Not reliable.

I wanted to register a new device. The system said I will be receiving a verification code but there was none sent on my email. there is no customer service support. so hard to reach out for help, your system sucks

why I can't login after updating it, always error it says unexpected error has occurred check transaction history before trying again, now I can't see if my salary already received, this a real problem indeed, fix this immediately 😡

Always under maintenance, when you need the app the most, you can rely on it. Their work takes up to a week before you can open again. I do not suggest this. Use another alternative app.

Definitely trash app, why does it have to wait 24hours all of my money was transferred in this app and I can't open it. The customer service also is trash doesn't even reply to my email and call.!

error debiting and transferring when the account has 6digts but fast if it only has small amounts to keep, scam. will uninstall and report your bank. will sue you for this inconvenience that was never fixed.

What's the purpose of downloading the app? I can't even do any transaction. I can't pay bills online or transfer money to other bank account. There is no any notification about the "SYSTEM MAINTENANCE" thingy that you have. If I was aware I would transfer all the balance that I have to other bank. The application now is a big HEADACHE, I badly need to pay my bills online trusting that the app is perfectly fine with the new features, a big disappointment I was overdue for my bills.

Not good. For 2 days now I can't access the app. It always gives a server error even though my connection is great. It's just a major inconvenience especially when you needed the funds immediately

App shows "We have detected that you're using an emulator. For your security, we recommend accessing HelloMoney on a physical device." after their so called "maintenance" and still I cannot access my account!!! I tried clearing cache, install and uninstall but still mo avail. Such a nuisance on our end as consumers!

I can't log in to my account. It says that there's an error occured. It also says that I should check my transaction history to verify if my account was debited. How can I check my transaction history if I can't log in and why was it saying that my account might be debited? The last transaction I did was to loan ₱1000 on the app. And I believe that I've already payed it because my recent salary today has been deducted with 1000 pesos.

Experienced "unexpected error has occurred. Please check your transaction history to verify if your account was debited before trying again." Tried unistalling the app several times, looked for update in this app but to no avail. I wasn't even started using the app, account was approved severals days ago.

I've been using Hellomoney almost na year now. It has a good transaction all time, and they will remind you that they have Under maintenance to the AUB but that it just took 1 day and I can open my account again. But Starting March 25 around 5:12pm they said that currently conducting mobile app system maintenance and until now, I can't open my account because it's still under maintenance. I want to check my account. please Fix it. I have important to check in to. I hope you understand. thankyou

Zero stars. If I could give it negative stars, I absolutely would. This app, which I used to rely on (and I use that word incredibly loosely now), is less reliable than a toddler with a bowl of spaghetti. It's perpetually "under maintenance." Seriously? Is the entire development team powered by hamsters on tiny treadmills? Because that's the only explanation for how often this thing is offline. Do yourself a massive favor and DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It will only bring you frustration.

I badly need this app for work purposes. it always says upon taking photos for verification "cannot complete check due to server error" even though I have a good connection. hoping to hear from you very soon.
