Free trial version is very helpful to explore the app. Since it doesn't require credit card, I feel safe to explore all the feature during the free trial. And thank you for not restricting any features during the free trial.

I am very new to the app. Thus far, from the perspective of organizing my contacts, having a ready reminder of follow-ups, having a useful calendar, and being able to attach a specific value to a particular client or prospect, it has been extremely useful.

Exactly what I needed is in the free trial. *Displays conglomerated customer info. *Provides fast communication with customers, via multiple apps (WhatsApp, email, etc.) *Schedules follow up calls immediately = less forgetting. *Also syncs with my calendar. HelloLeads is awesome! I'm excited to pay for subscription plans, when my business grows more. And it's growing faster because of HelloLeads 👍🏾

This app is excellent due to its interface & design but few options are missing like, Unable to add custom fields in Profile & Qualifier section like for Ex.1 :- "available from 11:00am -01.00am & 6.00pm - 9.00pm" Ex.2 :- "Date of Entry" options neither from the app nor from the HelloLEADS web app. Developers have a great job for which I want to give 5 star but due to few missing points I gave 4 stars. Once those features are added, I will give 5 stars. Thank you!

It's a very good app. It is really easy for me to scrutinize for the past weeks performances. The weekly report generates an overview where the blockages are. Exceptionally good! Hope it is beneficial for others as well. Keep up the good work team!!

i ma in trial run ..liking it. Can you add feature like target set v/s target achieved on say top right of the screen whenever we are viewing leads. This will give a whole new meaning to the experience. An app called salessure is providing this feature. Pls check. thanks.

This seems really good so far but I wish there was a way to move a lead from one list to another without having to clone and delete the original lead. Is there a way to do that?

A good setup with featured layout & requirements. Charges are not reasonable whereas other CRMs offer free & unlimited usage & upto 1 million leads for atleast 3 users for small start ups. There's limitation of only 250 contacts/leads. Specific modification or addition from mobile app is not possible. User interface is good but not smooth & lags very often. Display screen/background is tasteless or colourless. No graphics in background which makes it look quite dull but has quotes & invoice.

Warning!! As of 4/1/21 This app has some major issues! I am unable to open & view quotes via my android devices, I have reset both my phones, updated.. When I choose to view "quote" with intention of sharing to my customer I am unable, the quote just opens, immediately closes!! I cannot share quotes from Android!! It useless! The whole point it's to send from Android! Email integration is not working for office356.. please fix this stuff!!

Please make it such that reminders for appointments pop up as notifications on one's phone instead of being sent to email. Its very inconvenient because its easy to miss email alerts. Other than that I like the app very much. It has really simplified things for me.

We have been using Hello Leads for around 4 years now and it has improved our lead management significantly. The only shortfallis that it does not have comprehensive analytics and the app is not as user friendly as the desktop version.

One of the innovative ideas in Helloleads is "Access rights for lists". I don't want some of my salespeople to see all the client's details. Once I set the "Access rights", other people cannot see the lead details inside the app. I really loved it and it worked well for me. Thank you, team, for this feature.

I pity people that haven't seen this app. If only there could be a one time payment for this. And please can one have a way of getting the current date or time or month in the template. It will help in a long way

This app has helped me streamline my interactions with customers and has greatly improved my overall CRM The app is very user-friendly and organized interface which makes it easy to find what I need and keep track of my customers' information. Overall I am extremely Satisfied with this App. One Suggestion also Add Follow-up Duration to 15 days.

Please add a feature where we could see a day's time schedule & make a call or appointment accordingly. Now, at the time of data entry after entering all information when we select time & click on the correct sign icon, a popup arises saying 'task overlapping'. If the said feature is added, one could decide at the initial stage, when to align the task. Please do it on priority basis. Otherwise the app is very useful.

I used this at a part time job where there was zero organization or tracking of sales leads / results & this app was a lifesaver. It does a lot so takes a day or so to learn all the bells /whistles but it really is impressive! Easily tracks leads & reminds you when to follow up etc. You can put leads into groups, allow other people in your company to access/update info if you choose; really neat tool.
