The game is good but it just has issues with me that are gonna make me uninstall it soon. The first is that after the first few levels of the game you don't get any more than 50 - 75 coins. The only way that you are actually able to get any more than that is if you watch an AD which I'm not a HUGE FAN OF in order to get double coins for that level. The second is that once you've run either low on coins or out of coins the only way to keep playing the game is if you buy coins to continue going.

Game is clunky, the dialogue boxes take for ever to switch, there is watch ad options which was nice to earn more power ups but then it switched to watching an ad after every level with no power ups. Also the ads take to the play store, also not nearly enough moves to finish levels, I love these type of games but I'm disappointed with this one. Not enough time and thought put into this game to make it popular. Play lily's garden the best game like this....wish this one was better

Between the crashes, difficulty, spins that award NOTHING, or ads that again award NOTHING. There isn't any reason to play this game, it's score has to be ramped up by the devs and whoever. Lvl 23 7x to beat finally used 2 boosts had 1 move left. There isn't anything that gets you vested with the game due to frustration. Pass. Answer is always contact on site haha won't want ppl to know the truth of your fail.

Doesn't even get passed 80% at the loading screen. The one time it did; I got through the quick intro and did the first level. Already bored. I thought I would enjoy a cooking game but the corny matching game mixed with the suppar graphics were an instant turn off. If it loaded quickly or at all this last time I wouldve probably given it another chance.

This is hands down one of my absolute FAVORITE games. However, TOO OFTEN when you choose to watch an ad to get boosters, the ad freezes or the screen will just blink and you dont get your rewards. Or i have watched an ad in its entirety and not received my rewards. This is SO frustrating and it always seems to happen when i only need one or 2 moves to clear the board . So for these reasons i am forced to give only 3 stars to an otherwise 5 star game. These glitches really need to be fixed.

The game play is a match 3 the design of the levels and play very similar to other match and design games .The graphics are nice enough .However the game will stop responding when you view an ad for a bonus . The game has crashed 3 times in 16 levels . Not worth the hassle . Additional the settings to control sound in not easily accessed .

I haven't had any problems with gameplay, but I haven't made it past decorating the lobby. The decor is UGLY! I hate decor games that look like the designers have 0 sense of style. This is LITERALLY the reason I deleted this game! I never made it past the lobby because I spent all my time trying different furniture combos trying to find stuff that looked good together. I LOVE Hell's Kitchen and I LOVE decorating! This game should've been a win. The design aspect is 50% of the game. FAIL!

Had fun at first but then almost ever single level I am one move off every time. It's very aggravating. Watching a add every time to get moves and when I don't get it on the spin I want to just stop playing. Please fix the generator for the game, even the game has a hard time finding something to match. It mixes them up all the time on me.

Yet another match game that implies puzzling but is really designed to force you to use powerups in order to pass levels. Requires zero strategy or intelligence (so please don't call it a "puzzle game"). If you can sit through enough ads to stock up on powerups then it is worth it. Otherwise you can buy powerups: basically a paywall to unlock the next level, which is NOT the same as solving a puzzle. Loved the idea of winning "recipes" but not worth the headache.

The only reason why I am giving two stars is because of the amount of coins "(900)" that you have to have in order to be able to continue the game once you lose... I think that is stupid and very unfair. Then you want us to spend our hard earned money to buy coins etc to continue the game?? Something is wrong with that picture it really is... However the game is fun but, not worth the money or amount of coins, so I will be uninstalling until that issue is fixed. Thank you!

Even if you mute both the game audio and music, when the rival, Bill, comes in, his music plays. If you're listening to music or doing anything else with audio, you're suddenly overpowered by the cheesy "ominous" music, and there's nothing you can do but pause what you're listening to and skip the dialogue as fast as you can to make him leave.

Audio sounds like static and does not match up with video. Video has no lag. Will raise stars once resolved. EDIT: My phone is an Aristo+, model number LM-X320TA. If it turns out my phone is incompatible, I will edit my review and update the rating. ISSUE: The game starts playing, but the audio is choppy and does not sync with the game. The chop is a cutout of audio about 2 every second. Almost sounds like a spirit box from a ghost hunter video. Rest of the game plays fine.

Loving the game but like many others have said the levels get pretty difficult and almost impossible to beat. You use the boosters and they are just not consistent meaning the same booster won't be as powerful as the one before it. Also I can't understand how when we get to choose the furniture, tables, counter tops etc but then don't really like it you, can't change it to a different one as there is no option. I think you should consider adding that option

I wish I could rate this game a 0. While the game was fun to play, when I got to the higher levels 500+ the game stopped loading multiple times. I had to reinstall multiple times just to keep being able to play. The first few times, I had no issues. This last time thought, I reinstalled. Clicked to login in for saved progress. Nothing happened. Clicked gain. Nothing. It just sat there. Finally it loaded and all my progress was GONE. Level 533 & lots of time GONE! Game is now gone from phone 🤬😡

I gave it 2 stars because I didn't want to be too critical since people put time into creating and designing the game, levels, story, etc. However, it got a low rating because of the advertisement, which prompted me to download this app. Nowhere in the advertisement did it show that I would have to play this matching game that every other design game has you play to design the place. I love Hell's Kitchen, and I thought this would be different since it is connected to that show. Disappointed.

This game has all the potential to be a great game. But, the gameplay and controls are awful. Also, the voiceover is annoying af. Several times during the game, I'd completed the puzzle within two moves and the game count that as a loss. In addition to that, I had to hit the buttons repeatedly to while decorating and playing puzzles which cost me many moves. I would try to make a winning move but it would veer in the opposite direction. This happened throughout the game. Frustrating, indeed.

This game is pretty entertaining and the food based designs are cute. However I think they still have some bugs to work out. I've paid for the extra moves at the end of a level but the menu wouldnt remove its self after taking my money, forcing me to back out without getting what I paid for. I also occasionally run into a problem where it tells me I have no network while I am connected and other things requiring it work just fine for me.

Ads for this game freeze when they appear in some other game. It destroys the session in the other game. Don't know how to send you a screenshot, but when this happens to me there is a large out-of-focus picture with characters HELL' at the top right of the screen, obviously being truncated by the right border of the screen. Can you please quit advertising this app until you fix the bug. Thank you.

I like these games that build or decorate, but this one is just way too difficult. You shouldn't have to play 2 or 3 difficult games to pick out a trash can. Having to pay 900 to continue play is excessive. I understand the developer needs to make money and a lot of players will be forced to pay real money, but come on. Because the games are so difficult and the wait times for new tries are do long, I'd recommend another game, such as homescape. Maybe the delevoper will look into this, lol.

Hells Kitchen is a cooking competition, this game is about building a restaurant. The match game is pretty standard but fun. Watching an ad before the game to add a powerup is a good idea, because if you run out of moves you can watch an ad, NOT TO GET EXTRA MOVES, but to spin a wheel where you rarely win the extra moves...lol...stupid. The ads frequently freeze, after you watch them of course, usually resulting in no reward and having to restart the game. After 30 levels this game has lost me.
