Very good and useful. Quick advice, check the price with the driver before hopping in the car. Suggestions: 1. Allow texting to the driver (in-app, sms, or messengers) 2. Specify number of passengers, cabin luggages and Large luggages). 3. Allow the app to access contacts and eventually add favourite addresses (that can be imported/exported if stored on the phone) for pickup and destination instead of typing.

Installed it ... just to uninstall it 5 seconds later. Requiring your customers to connect using Facebook is ridiculous. There is an increasing number of people leaving Facebook, and many other never had an account. However you describe it (privacy, security, etc.), this is simply nonsense. You are missing out on a potential pool of customers.

Used the app 2 years ago one time. Didn’t remembered it so I tried to use a first time promo code. The app accepts it fine, show me -10€. But of course it’s not discounted on the price of the ride. You could just have displayed a notification saying the code wasn’t valid. Not very honest to let the customer think he’ll get a reduction and charge full cost anyway.

- for fares the app is better than the other ones in Tunisia and there is always a low chance to have no available drivers. - You need to work more on your geofencing and geolocation. I always need to handle it manually. - You need to add in app calls. - when a driver is finishing another trip, you need to inform the other customer. - The navigation system is slow and it needs to be more performant. As a user I don't have to kill the app or refresh each time. Hope u work on ur users reviews.

I didn't end up using the app as it put too many barriers in front of using it. SMS code pasting didn't work. It wanted me to set a password (field not recognised by my password manager so had to leave the app), then it wanted an email immediately for a receipt. At this point, I just switched back to Uber as the prices had fallen. How many things were **absolutely** essential before a ride could be called?

Very unprofessional drivers. I have made a total of 5 journeys with Heetch and I've only encountered unprofessional behaviours from all drivers that I've never, or rarely encountered with Uber. The drivers will accept your ride, and then refuse to pick you up at the pick up location. Or accept the ride and then not move for 10 whole minutes because they're '' busy ''. They've honestly been to the limits of my patience. It is cheaper than Uber. But with worse services.

Driver location tracking is very inaccurate and misleading. The app can show a driver on their way and moving towards you, even when they are actually not moving at all. It keeps "predicting" where the driver is instead of showing where they actually are. So the car keeps jumping around the map without any sense whatsoever.

The best driver service, period. The drivers are always friendly, the rides are very affordable, customer care is reactive and helpful. Regarding the app itself, I have 2 small complaints. 1, it would be great to be able to plan rides beforehand. 2, maybe add an option to pay with PayPal, Payconiq or even bank apps.

I used it regularly...after more than a year being frequent user I can say Heetch is not reliable at all. Don't use it unless you want too add stress to your trip. Drivers constantly cancel a ride after waiting for them to approach. Other times drivers asking to cancel the trip( you might call them and lie to you ( they are also Uber drivers, so if you look for after in Uber you might get the same driver at higher rate). Sadly, a car ride option to avoid as you can't trust in the ride happening

Very bad application, cars are very old. I personally had an experience with an old man as driver, he doesn't drive very well, doesn't know the road, doesn't use his map and asked me to give him the direction, in addition to that the car was old. It was a stressful experience, I asked the driver to drop me before we even arrived to destination, after that I have deleted the application

I really like the chat option with the driver, it's very useful when there is network issues. Prices are affordable too. Just a remark regarding some of your drivers, they keep complaining about promo codes after accepting the ride and while driving too. Please you need to find a solution about this because no one want to pay more for transportation when there are alternative apps.

I used to absolutely love the app. Found it very useful and stress free, and the prices were very reasonable. But as of lately, the drives have been acting very rude, canceling rides WHILE im in the car and demanding more pay than the prices displayed, saying it's not enough. And don't get me started on how long it's been taking to find rides, even when there's a lot of cars on the area. Fix your app, make rules for the drives and just give me the old heetch back.

The app is constantly lying to you about where your driver is to prevent you to cancel. I had the app show me that my driver was 10 minutes away and he was steadily getting closer on the map for 10 minutes , until the map changed when he got near me and told me that he was dropping off another passanger. He arrived 10 minutes after that.

The drivers were horrible. First off, I booked my ride to the airport, but he did not come when he heard me saying that I was paying by card and gave me the reason his car broke down. He gave a bunch of excuses saying that if I would to pay by cash, he would ask his friend to give me a ride. I find this extremely unprofessional, given how unsafe it could be when the driver does not honour the agreement of the ride. Despite that, I was charged €6 for the cancellation fee. Fix this issue, please.

The app is very usfeul, I use it frequently, but ❌ I would like to report a very critical issue in the Heetch app. Once I book a ride and get assigned a driver, the app becomes unresponsive and cannot be used again until the trip is completed. I have a Chinese ROM phone with Android 14. This issue significantly impacts my experience, especially if there is a need to access app features during the ride. I kindly request that your team investigate and resolve this as soon as possible.

Be wary, like most apps this one gets the wrong pick up place, but this one has a very badly done UX that doesn't let you do basic things like change the rating, not only do they have no active support service but their messenger is willfully down (which is on purpose so you can't contact them), so if you have any problem with the ride, lost items, aggressions you're in trouble.
