Used to be good, but since an update, if im listening to radio on my phone and receive a text or notification, the volume turns down to the point you can't even hear it. It does not turn back up unless you manually take your phone out of your pocket and press on the volume key. Never used to have this problem. I've started to bring ipod to work instead.

Great radio stations, some really good music and a good choice. It would be brilliant except it won't allow me to listen to it for more than a few minutes. Every few minutes I have to re-open the app, find the station and start it again. Sadly a huge thumbs down as I would like to be able to just listen to it and enjoy the music

Downloaded the app purely so I could write a review. I've no idea how well the app works as I won't be using it after the terrible decision to get rid of the local radio stations. Morning commutes will never be as enjoyable again without Dave and Heidi to listen to! One dedicated listener for the last 5 years lost, and I know I'm not alone!

You just play the same music everyday, I listened to heart 80s, 90s and it was the same for both them, I've just got bored of hearing the same songs.

Giving it 3 out of 5 ⭐️'s because everytime I pick the songs I like it comes up with error and automatically changes the whole list of songs I've picked

I'm in love with this app because I can listen to any radio stations. But now this app has started to not show what songs is on properly like when I go on Heart 80s or Smooth Radio, it shows that the song is on and when I put my volume up, it doesnt show it is that song playing and it's a different song.

I used to love this app and would have it playing every morning while I'm getting ready for work. Now it gets cutting out after a few minutes of playing. I have tried playing the app on both WiFi and on data with no difference. It's very frustrating to keep stopping my morning routine to keep unlocking my phone and restarting the app.

Sleep timer has suddenly developed a mind of its own. If you change it, it just changes back to whatever value it wants. Now it just shuts down through the night. What's happened to the app. The app system button brings up the limited options which aren't rocket science to understand and it isn't user error. Just want to know what's turning the music off during the night? My router doesn't have any timers set. Help...

Its hopeless at the moment. You start listening to music an then you screen turns off. When that happens within 30 sec the player stops. You open the screen again it say no Internet then less than 3 seconds its starts playing music again. Leave the screen on or fiddle with the phone it will continue to play. But when the screen turns off. Blahhhh it stops. If i have to keep the screen on to listen to music im dumping the app.

A lot of people mentioned that they needed to register to continue to use the app. I ignored it and the request to register went away. If I needed to register I would of moved onto a different app. I find this a great and easy to use app with access to a range of stations to suit most peoples taste a bonus is that it uses very little battery life.

The stop button on the heart app no longer works! So have to swipe to switch the app off! Stop button issue has now been fixed!

This app used to be awsome for when driving because with just one press of a button and you were listening to your favourite heart station. Now it is several stages to get to your local station including an intrusive 10 second video advert upon opening the app. Heart play too many adverts as it is without adding a video advert to watch before you can listen. Please put it back to the way it was or I will have to switch to magic. Update: Now I can't turn the app off. If you want the music to turn off you have to press the music stop button. If you press the phones back button the app totally closes down but still plays music. The only way to to turn it off is to reopen the app all over again and press the music stop button. Very very dangerous app to use when driving. I thought the last update was bad but now they've made it worse. Will be deleting as I mainly use in car via my Bluetooth

I use this often to have some background noise whilst working from home. I notice that often the speed of a song will change dramatically whilst playing - either speeding up or slowing down - but the pitch isn't affected. Also the volume regularly dips during the news updates so I'll turn it up only to be deafened a few minutes later when it gets louder again. Never noticed this listening through the car radio Support team - If there's anything I need to change in my settings please let me know

I really love this app and the content of it! The only unfortunate thing is that the interface doesn't adapt to the main theme of the notification bar, it's always blue and not black or white depending on my dark mode settings, again, the app is cool, it just needs a bit of UI work to make it accessible and sleek! I understand that it needs some work, but good luck with it! 3 stars for now!

Since the recent app rework, it's hammering my battery life. Looking at the battery monitor, the Heat app is always on top, even if I've only used it for a couple hours (this was never the case previously) - quite a feat given it beats screen use % given I'm using a OnePlus 6 with maximum screen brightness applied! Also the convoluted method of opening the station stream is unnecessary - just remember the last played station and have an option to change it if needed.

I love listening to heart, it's the perfect background noise station! But there are a few glitches in this app that bring it down. After 5-10 minutes of listening it always stops and I have to reopen my phone for it to start again. I'm assuming this is for battery saving but it can get rather annoying to have to keep going back to my phone that often. Also there is no clarification on competitions with the app, its always stated that fm and DAB are eligible to play but does that include the app?

This app which also has heart, capital and smooth radio, is a great let down it work's for less than 5 minutes then disconnects for no reason and there's nothing you can do to get it to reconnect, it's just not worth having

This app seems a waste of space when you can just dl the Global Player instead and get the same experience from it. I thought it would be the Heart network of stations but all Global has done is put some red paint on it and used it to promote their other brands. It’s all a bit ad nauseam the way Global goes about it and some of the on-air presenters are way over the top with it.

Great app for music..... but....! I made the mistake of calling one of the Heart Competition lines & now I receive no end of calls from people trying to sell me stuff & scam calls pretending to be bank or mobile phone operator. Music choice is great, selling on my personal data is not!

This App is unreliable. Perfect connection one day than the next days would be unconnectable 🤮🤮🤮 It's not isolated problem as my friends got the same problem as well. We have to change to Virgin Radio.
