Love the app but one issue has accerd when I'm in the app it comes up with an orange strip that says disconnected please tap to reconnect so I tap on it and it still comes up straight away I also went into my setting I refused the app and I've also updated it how do you fix it because it's annoying when you are trying to watch a movie and all u see is the orange strip. So due to this issue I have given hearo 2☆'s as it would be better if there is nothing blocking entertainment

The app is good we use it everyday. I would recommend if you can put more settings for the subtitle so we can udjust its place on the screen. And I hope that you can put subtitle settings on google drive too because even the file had subtitles we can't see it. Please fix it, this app is a big help to me and my partner it's our way to have time together. Thank you

I just started using this app with my friends and we all are going crazy about it since it's so good! The app is so smooth and everything works perfectly and way better than what we expected it to be. I highly recommend it! Though, I don't really like the inability of the app to play in the background and not to mention it being a "voice call" (it's a bit annoying). And again, thank you so much for this amazing app keep the hard work!

It's an great app and way better than rave app but you definitely need to improve with the Netflix issues. Whenever I'm trying to login to my account it's showing incorrect email and password, but I've logged in my Netflix account on the official Netflix app multiple times before and after this issue pops up but I'm not facing any issue with the official app regarding my login details. So kindly fix it ASAP Overall it's a great app.

App itself its incredible, very good and useful for watching content with friends how ever, the GUI can be improved, as theres not a fullscreen option, and I would also love a more precise video duration bar, as having a line is not as accurate as the YouTube one, also, when 2 characters talk at the same time in anime, the subtitles are overlapped, Great app, but the GUI is a bit strange IMO.

Good app, but needs better UI for Netflix and disney+. Plus I can't search anything on my phone when using Netflix or Disney plus through it until I rotate my phone, if it could be fixed it'll be a better app. Also, the connectivity problems. Edited:- Having another issue with Netflix: Title not available to watch instantly, even though it's working fine in another apps. Took one more star because of that. If it gets fixed I'll edit my rating again.

Garbage app. They need to fix these constant bugs and syncing issues and bring back the computer compatible software. Playing ads on one side but not the other. Then once that ad finishes, needing to rewind, only for it to just replay that same ad on that side. Absolutely ridiculous.

Please consider the following enhancements: - Disable auto-rotation and provide options for "fit to screen" and "stretch video". - Implement a lock button to prevent accidental touches. - Restore the feature from the previous version where viewer profile pictures are hidden when swiping down. These changes will significantly improve the user experience and make the application stand out.

Don't shut down the app, I just installed it to try it out because Rave is having difficulties and I couldn't even sign in on Netflix. So I tried this app, and the performance and interface is comfortably minimalistic and sleek, smooth too. I really like this app. It shouldn't shut down, 5 stars.

Overall a great app and a good selection of streaming services to choose from. My only issue and question is when I use it on my phone, it makes it so I'm inside a "call" everytime I open the app. This lessens the audio quality. Even if I turn off the mic or disable the audio input, it still functions as if I am inside a call. Is there a way to bypass this so that my audio is just crystal clear?

Works well the only problem is Netflix won't work properly when trying to watch with someone. It takes the party leader to watch whatever you choose to the Netflix app away from hearo and therefore doesn't let them control the other person's screen. If they pause on the app it doesn't pause on hearo which makes us avoid using Netflix with the app. I hope you find a way to fix this so that it works like the other apps.

This is a great app for long distance relationships, regardless of it's a significant other, or even nieces and nephews etc. It works better than most similar apps. It does have quirks. I wish it had a favorites, like, I mostly watch ow with my GF. I wish it worked on PCs, because I don't even really have a TV anymore, I do, but it's linked to my old PC and primarily used as a TV.

9/26/24: There's a bug with Hulu that automatically turns on the Audio Description Service with no ability to shut it off. Having a computer lady narrate the show at me is maddening! Pls fix PLEASE DON'T SHUT DOWN THIS APP!! It's so important to me as someone who's often homebound with chronic illness! I would pay a subscription fee if that's what would be needed. I use this every single night. The app works flawlessly and so much better than any other out there. Please don't go!!
