What has happened to this app. First it only connected one side now it won't connect to either side even though my aids are connected to my phone. Why did you have to mess about with it, it worked just fine until you faffed on. Sort it out and revert back to the previous version.

Doesn't retain settings for different modes. Very disappointed. Developer suggested contacting my provider. They agree the app is not very good

App is unstable on S8 Galaxy...jumping around in standard mode, thankfully it stays as selected when in classic mode...so I now leave it in classic....losing some functionality for being stress free! Would be nice to have it working properly and it would be good to have a watch app...I have the watch with me more often than the phone so would prefer to mute etc from the watch.

Update 5/27/24: V5.1.0 IS OUT! I will update this post. App V5.0.1 with the new GUI was automatically installed. I was not happy about that, since there were many bugs. I let Unitron know what I found in detail, but got no response. I hence returned my HAs during the trail period. Today I noticed V5.0.2 is available. I asked what was new in this version. I'll report back their answer. I give the HAs and Audicus support a 5 star rating, and am willing to buy the HAs again is app is fixed.

Clunky, constantly crashing, settings default after every charge. I have to use in "classic " mode as "advanced " is even worse. Uninstalled it more than a few times and re installed with no improvement. It's a shame that it's unable to work smoothly as when it's working, I'm happy with it.

Opened the app to check the battery levels of my hearing aids. Could not find the info anywhere. Came to here to see if there had been any updates and sure enough, the app was updated a couple weeks ago. Then I read this in the description: "Stay ahead of power needs with real-time battery status updates." Really?! So exactly where is this info, because I've been through all the options on the app.?

16/03/24 reduced star rating to 3. App doesn't seem particularly stable. It won't readily allow you to slide across to the mode you want. It keeps returning to the one you're trying to slide off the screen. 04/01/24 update Star rating increased to 4. I uninstalled the app, switched everything off, left the hearing aids charging overnight, reinstalled the app and everything connected ok.

Since a recent update I've been unable to open the app, it just closes down immediately. I'm hesitant to uninstall it because it means (I believe) set it up again to my hearing aids.

Doesn't stay connected. The adjustments are nice to have, but mamy of them return to default after charging. also the earpieces start to random location programs. also it disconnects frequently during phone calstare. ok, just changed it to 2 stars.

Previous 5 star review however disappointingly the latest update has managed to make the app much more difficult to use. I understand the desire to update the UI but if this compromises usability then it is simply failing. Fast switching between programs is now impossible which is critical when stuggling hear in a changed environment. It is upsetting to have to struggle to flip programs in a social setting. It should be touch and go, not swipe swipe swipe swipe....

The old version worked perfectly. This version is buggy, unstable and won't reliably connect or sustain any connection. I can no longer control my hearing aids, which means I cannot now communicate in noisy environments. This, for someone who relies 100% on my hearing aids has really impacted my life. Please, please, please make the previous release available again!

FYI: To pair BOTH aids at the same time keep pairing and forgetting the aids via the app NOT via Bluetooth. My biggest issues are that you can only adjust the streaming settings while you are streaming and you have to go into the app every morning to tweek settings because nothing is saved. Updates keep fiddling with the look but fix none of the issues they just make the interface harder to use.

I got my hearing aids in March and specifically chose the ones I have so that I could stream music & calls. Everything was fantastic to start with. It was great being able to listen to music & still hear what was going on around me whilst running. I would have happily given a 5 star rating. However, after the latest upgrade in May (version 5.1.0), music & calls only stream to my right hearing aid. I have tried everything to get it back, but nothing has worked! Please help to fix this problem🙏

This app does... nothing. Except change the volume - and drain the batteries. I was hoping it would allow me to mute my new Audicus Wave rechargeable hearing aids while watching TV (so I didn't have to listen to annoying ads). I can mute with the fob required to Bluetooth the Clara rechargeables, but not the UPGRADED Wave. Very annoying. I've downloaded other apps, but found none that work with the Audicus Wave. Best workaround to mute the ads is simply to lower the volume four notches.

Horrible - this app is absolutely useless. I had problems from the start with it. Unistalled and reinstalled multiple times. Contacted Audicus, and they advise it's an Android issue. Begin experiencing issues with hearing aids not long after receiving them. They would just stop working, no sound. I finally realized it was a problem with this app. Uninstalled the app and disconnected the hearing aids from blutooth....no more problems.

Almost none of the developer-listed functions work as stated on my Sonova RELATE Reserve 312 RIC hearing aids. I can access only two programs (auto and bluetooth) but can make no adjustments. When I mute them, the app turns them back on in two seconds. No battery level indicator. The equalizer and balance function screens reset before I can finish making any changes. App is significantly worse than the internet aids I returned that cost 1/3 of these. Has the developer ever used this app?

This app is terrible. It rarely works, and when it does it only works on one hearing aid, then says they are out of sync. If you choose to sync, it just sets them back to the way they were. I deleted it and downloaded it again, and same thing. It's a huge waste of time. I paid more for the spirit model so I could have the remote programming. That would require an app that works! This one does not!

The app worked, mostly, for about a year. Lately I've been unable to connect via Bluetooth for listening, and yesterday or the day before it completely stopped connecting to my hearing aids so I don't even have a sense of my battery charge. Just as a test I connected my hearing aids to my computer via Bluetooth for the first time, so despite the long attempt with support staff at unitron, I can see that the Bluetooth function of the aids can work, contrary to support staff statement.

I would consider this app just meh so far in the past 24 hours that I have been using it. I have not used the remote programming feature, so I will update if I do. But every time you switch in and out of the screen your hearing aids have to reconnect (I have the Audinova DX30s). Also, the battery indicator isn't always accurate. It can go down as much as 15% when viewing it within just a few minutes and there can be a big difference between both HAs.

5/23/2024, app still suffers on just connecting, downgrading to an older version 4.5.0 (183) works perfectly. What kind of app update is this lol... Please improve the hearing aid connecting process. All the app does is flash on the top, left right, connecting. Flashes, repeat, flashes, repeat. Still really poor way of connecting to hearing aids, Bluetooth actively working but the app will still randomly act so clueless and say not connected at all even though I'm listening to YouTube w/ them.
