I had the worst experience. It's a total waste of money and time. After taking the premium subscription, I am not getting any response from their chat support. I am not even getting the invoice for the purchase I made. Not getting coach assigned as per my request. I requested them to assign a coach who speaks my native language and they keep assigning random people as coach. There is a lady Dr. Ankita Sharma who was super responsive during purchase and totally ghosted me after purchase.

It's quite usefull app except some small glitches and limitations. Enhancement request: At present food receipt recommendation is only available at the time of event like lanch or breakfast. It will be more helpfull if it become available beforehand (at lest one day before) so that we get sufficient time to cook or provision prescribed food items.

I paid for a subscription for 6 months and apparantely won a complimentary call with a coach. However, I don't want to schedule any meeting with that coach and there is no way to get rid of this notification, the scheduling screen will pop up everytime you open this app! This is not what I paid for.

I've been using this since 3 yrs and I loved it... But now they have included all the services in the premium section which were free such as recipes, AI coach, macro-micro nutrients counter, etc. This is such a disappointment bcz you don't care about the people now, All I can see is you making all the free services paid.. I know you need to earn money through this app but disappointing your old users & earning money is not a good way. You would have added more services & include it in premium!

Love the app, but the new UI is so bad. All essential and important stuff and quick access options are deeply buried. Why did you even need to simplify the UI to this extent? Did you do proper research, user interviews, or usability studies? I don't think so. Or do you simply think your users are idiots who cannot understand how to use an app? Such poor decisions from the design team. At least provide an option to revert back or provide a tutorial on how to access it or where the important stuff

This app is very useful those going to GYM they can manage their diet using this app as a result of they can manage deit perfectly. This app also remind heyy drink a glass of water on the hand it will give some advice to make your protein foods to much better.

Dear devs, While I love the large database of Indian foods, I have no way of exporting this data outside of the app. Even though it allows "integration" with Google Fit, Health Connect, Samsung Health, etc., it does not export food calorie intake data to those apps/services. Furthermore, I was not able to find any developer API which I could use to sync calorie intake data from healthifyme to other apps. Please please please provide a way to export calorie intake data to other connected apps!

One major issue, while we are doing workout or checking anything once minimise the app, it re-open as fresh and doesn't show the screen where we seeing. It should show the screen where we are seeing previously, else it's very difficult to use while workout

The app has good food options but the data entered in this app does not reflect on my Samsung smart watch for easy tracking. I don't expect another app for the watch but at minimum the data should be shared with other app using Health Connect or other suitable feature. It is interesting that health connect and other integrations are only being used to extract the data from other app but one can not share the healthifyme data with other app.

The app is good but the most annoying thing is if you turn notification off every time you open the app it will pop up to turn notification on , i dont want my notification feed to get cluttered but they basically force you to turn notifications on . This is the only app whuch has been relentless if giving popups to turn notification on

Dont buy the healthifyme smart plan. The app has a lot of bugs, the coaching plans might be worth it but the software is full of bugs. All the cache and db reset done by the support execeutive was useless. First I spent 3500 INR on the plan and then hours trying to troubleshoot all the errors with the chat support, all in vain, couldnt even get my diet plan. That's some money and time I am never getting back again.

Great app for calories tracking and also great customer support I am using healthifyme since 2022 , till now they have improved many things but one thing that they are missing is scanning food labels this app doesn't have that feature of scanning the food label and track your like other apps have ex - my fitness pal , i just want to suggest healthifyme to add this feature for better convineance

I was using this since one yer now, it's good to use till it's free. I thought all calorie tracking features are so good so let me try out their premium plans, it was not a very good experience, just mediocre. In my 3 months journey almost 4 coaches have changed, no trainer in their app is committed towards your journey. It's better to hire nutritionists and dieticians from outside rather than paying here.

When they are selling, they call you constantly, but after that, I'm extremely disappointed with the Healthify Weightloss app. While the app itself has some useful features, the complete lack of customer support is appalling. I've been trying to reach out to their team for weeks, but no one responds to my calls or emails. I've encountered some issues with the app's tracking features, and I simply want some help to resolve them.

Full of ads. So much so that even the very few functionalities available for free use, cannot be used due to the barrage of commercial pitches. Customer care not supportive. Not listing the pros and cons of this app. I normally don't post negative reviews. I've used multiple health apps over years and lost enough kgs to say this app is not recommended. Edit- Why email when I've already contacted you many times via app Help menu for account deletion. Even that isn't supported or being blocked? :(

I just wanted to see how the plan is, keeping in my mind that I can unsubscribe if i want to, BUT NO, ironically I subscribed to a "smart" plan, that was non refundable and never mentioned anywhere. This app and it's services were not useful for me, so now I lost ₹3k. It made my wallet slim and fit in my pocket. If you find it useful then good for you. You lost weight great for you.

After 249 days of continuous use, I give it only a single star. While the features are easy to use & cover many applications for tracking health, the inconsistent food database is frustrating - cannot find what was previously available. And the frequent health coach promos were a nuisance to distraction. While this app desires to serve around the globe, their knowledge of multi-culture cuisines is limited. The longer I used it the more I disliked it. Finally moving on; suggest you go elsewhere.

HealthifyMe was pretty good initially. Well made with proper functionality. Some good motivational stories as well. Coaches did not honor the appointment twice which was a big put off since I had to wake at 6am for both. Another issue was that the calorie count changed from 1500 to 2050 to 1400 to 2220 in a span of two days. Will be skipping this app.

I am not sure if this is a bug, but why in the hell does this enable the alarm icon on my phone, on the top right status bar? Sure, you can send alerts and notifications for all things you do with the app, but altering the phone's functionality with alarm icon is seriously not recommended! All that does is confuse the user as to why the alarm icon appears when they have not set any alarm in any of the apps they use!!
