They debit amount from my bank account but not activate Premium account yet.. no response for mail. Don't trust them. Don't pay money.. be safe with them.

Update: More than couple of months and daily/weekly screens are always blank. No update yet. Love the app, has very insightful information. But there are several bugs. Daily tip doesn't load since last update.

Customer support no is not working.i have ordered lactoboost granules on 04 May 24 still it is showing order will be confirmed. Amount is also deducted from the account. Wrote an mail but no response from the team. Yesterday I have mailed them still no reply... Customer care number is also showing switched off

I have subscribed to healofy for weekly tips, but can't see the tips. They are still locked. Not expected from healofy such kind of ignorance to their service.

I think it's a fake application,or probably it's a scam/fraud. I order a product on 21st may and also do payment for the same. But till date order not received even nobody from healofy respond my mail as well as my phone calls. Please don't order from this application

Nothing looks convincing with the orders placed and delivery commitment. Why are the products sold when there's a huge shortfall of supply. Disappointing experience allover.

It was very beautiful app for happy parenting and most loveable we enjoyed from this app because they send that weekly tips daily tips that goes really the baby saying inside. We feel and we fall in love with that words. I'm happy I'm using this app from my pregnancy I have one baby boy 7mnths old. Till now I'm using for my baby growth and development.

Purchased a product due to size issue I have initiated return. It's been 10 days but there is no response from the team.. Droped so many emails and fed up calling customer care number which is always busy.. Facing worst customer service. Not at all happy with your customer service..

Prefect Accuracy is given by app in baby weight n all, tips also useful. Purchase premium plan but again not showing content in app. Payment twice and not showing content again purchase premium and not working 😤😤😤😤😤😤

Very poor service There number is sometimes out of network, sometimes switched off, sometimes busy. I didn't get refund for my 3 payments And it is showing in the orders that the refund has been done.

I am using Healofy App since the time I tried to conceive and currently I am 7 month pregnant. My experience has been very good with the app. Be it for their daily updates, mom's chat group or the inovative product or fitness classes. I recently took Healofy Gold subscription and I am glad I tried that. I am getting, Yoga, Garbh Snaskar and Diet and Doctor video week wise at one place at very very nominal price. This has really made a difference my motherhood journey!

What is the point of placing order if you are not able to put address .. it's work only on current location. It is not mandatory to be order on current location only . Who thinks like this ... Totally bakwas idea ... Automatically taken current location ... Fix it.

It's a good informative app for new mom's n parents. I am giving two star rating because I purchased garbh sanskar classes subscription yesterday.. but I am unable to join the classes.. I tried to reach out to customer care but that number is not reachable. I ordered one maternity dress last month n I got different colour dress.. so it's was overall not so good experience in shopping or purchasing subscription. Please provide valid customer care number so that one can call n resolve their issue.

This app is not at all trustworthy. I had placed 2 orders and payment was done through online since there was no cod option. There was no confirmation even after the payment done. Also there is no update on refund post cancellation. Had tried to reach through email, whatsapp and app help section. No response from customer support. Very bad customer service. Please anyone planning to purchase from here do not waste your hard earned money. Totally fake app.

This app is very very good but the only thing is I used to read daily tip everyday morning itself. But in the updated app it is showing a women who is sitting and doing some yoga kind of thing...if possible please remove it...no body wants to see somebody's face early early morning...I don't know but that feature is not giving a positive vibe. I don't have any idea about product purchase from this app... I only read the daily tip and weekly tip..but nowadays weekly tip is also stopped coming.

This app helped me a lot during my pregnancy but now it has become really irritating. They just want to sell their products.. weekly tips are to be paid for..even after paying, they are not much useful..daily tips only mean to sell their products and membership..the doctor's tip is only about purchasing their products. Rating it 3 star because it really helped me through pregnancy but now has become useless

It was a great app until week 33.. by the end of it from week 34 it has stopped showing the content and asking for subscription, which is not fair as it wasn't mentioned anywhere that you will have to pay by the end. I was thinking to recommend this to other moms who are planning but now I have changed my mind. You should have told from day 1 that you will be charged from 34 week. I would have gone for some other app. Such a waste of time.
