What happened? I have has the game on other phones and it worked without issues. Now, it won't load. If it loads, it crashes. I have downloaded it on two different cells in the last days, with no luck. I have uninstalled, rebooted my cell, and reinstalled. Can't seem to get it to work. Also, it would be great to be able to access desks we've preciously purchased, when playing HeadsUp on Houseparty. Hope you fix the app soon. We really enjoy playing.

the game is fine even though they've taken a very old concept for a game and made it seem like they completely reinvented it themselves. The main problem with the game is it they want you to complete a set of multiple things back to back though their voice recognition is trash. additionally they activate video replay for every minute that you're playing. So if you wanted to you could rewind to whoever is trying to give you clues about the names and watch them over and over again. but the biggest gripe I have is the fact that if you're trying to actually play the game correctly seldom does it actually recognize your voice and contribute that as an actual answer. you're best off finding a list of a hundred and printing them off and then cutting them into little bits and then guessing them from there. This game needs a lot of work.

Game actually mostly works for me, despite other comments saying it crashes. Tilting sensitivity needs to be raised, because it doesnt register an up or down sometimes. Biggest issue is that when I go to buy a deck it asks me to select an account, and the only option is "None of the above." I'd love to buy the anniversary deck, but won't until I can associate my account. It also is seriously stupid to me that you cannot even start the game without a network connection. Change that please

I have had this game for quite a few years now. I love to play it with my oldest daughter. Unfortunately, it has begun slower and slower over time. Their seem to be a lot of issues with the game and no resolution. I have played many different games on my phone and never had an issue. The reviews all say the app crashes, mine included. I hope the developers put some effort into it and fix the bugs, instead of just releasing new decks. Until then, it's useless.

Two complaints though.. one, it takes forever to load the decks every time I open the game. Why can't they just download and stay or something? Secondly, the flipping for correct or pass is way off. I flip it about 7 or 8 times and nothing happens. I flip it harder and It says pass. Seriously??? -_-

So I just got this game and I've been playing for awhile, although the idea of the game is great, the app not so much. It's fun and creative, however I think that the time you have to answer the questions is too short. Also, you have to buy almost all of the card packs in order to play them. When you go to either pass or correct it, it gets stuck on the pass or correct screen and it gets frustrating because the timer is still going when this happens. I hope you take this into consideration.

I had this on my previous phone, Samsung Galaxy 6, but in my new phone, Pixel 4, it crashes on opening. It literally will start to open and then immediately closes/crashes. It's one of our families favorite games. So bummed it's no longer working. I've purchased several add on decks and would love to get it working. Please fix the bugs.

This is a great game, especially for groups of 5 or 6. The only problem is the controls. The game uses gyro controls as inputs, and they DON'T WORK. If two big buttons were added, one for correct and one for pass, it would be SO much easier. The terrible controls are the only thing keeping me from leaving a five star review. Please, just add buttons!

The home page used to be top notch! Now it is hot garbage! It used to give you descriptions of the categories, was easy to exit out of and select new categories. Took me forever to realize to swipe down. A notice for that would be very helpful... the game is overall fun but the User Interface upsets me. I have been playing for a long time and have purchased all the packs.

App has always been glitchy, but it's unplayable now. It crashes several times when trying to open. It takes over a minute to load up and is so slow and laggy All the money I spent purchasing all the decks is completely wasted. Also it used to pop up a description of a deck when selected, allowing you to decide whether or not you want to play. This was removed and now, it immediately opens the deck and starts a round which can't be stopped without force closing. Total garbage. Want my money back

Played this on a friend's iPhone and was a lot of fun. got it on my Android and the first few times I opened it, it slowly loaded the wheel, and as soon as it loaded, it would kick me out. I was about to delete it when I tried again and it worked. Everything was EXTREMELY slow, and I never even got to try a deck it was freezing and lagging so much. I shut off my phone and turned it back on, and it made my entire phone slow if it was open, even if I wasn't playing it. Fun game if/when it works.

I had the game on my phone for almost 2 years. It was awesome when first downloaded... BUT It has not been working since Fall 2019. At first, it would freeze or close out, now it does not go past the loading screen. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It loads like it going start then completely closes when reaches 100%. I'm uninstalling the app. It's worthless.

The newest patches make the game very responsive and playable again. But I can only give 4 stars based on the terrible interface used to select a deck. There are no categories for sorting the decks, no grid system to look at the decks, just a massively long single scroll wheel, while an advert takes up 75% of the screen. That's just not acceptable in this age of apps. The interface punishes the people who paid more money, by increasing the time spent finding a deck and loading the game.

The game is amazing HOWEVER the home page is terrible!! It used to be good. I own every expansion (100+) but there is just a single line that only allows you to see 3 at a time!?! Why?? You used to be able to see way more. This makes finding what one you want to play almost impossible especially if you just want to scroll through them. Will change rating to 5 stars once this is fixed.

We love this game and finally decided to buy some packs. There's a deal for "50+ packs for $19.99." (80% off!) We looked at the picture and it had several packs included on there, like Batman or a Broadway one. It didn't have an actual list of all the packs it comes with before buying which was already really frustrating. We got it because we knew it would have some we wanted, but most of those weren't actually included. There was also only 50, not 50+. Really frustrating and upsetting! 😡

I can't get the app to start. It just sits on the Heads Up screen with the loading ring filled in about 1/8 of the way. To add to the frustration, every once in awhile after it tries to load for several minutes without any progress, a message will pop up saying that it needs internet to work. This happens when my Wi-Fi is at full strength. This app cost me a fortune and is unusable. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing gets it to work. Please fix it!!

This game was initially fun. I've played it for quite some time (immediate and extended family loved it). However, the most recent update/launch of the game has erased all of my deck purchases. Tried reaching out to whatever entity that could or would resolve this, but haven't heard anything. Based on what some of the other customers are saying, it sounds like a lost cause.

I'll start by saying the game is fun and we love passing the time with it before sports games and whatnot. However, one of the updates has taken away the deck description page. I own a lot of packs and sometimes forget the specific rules and want to see them before I play. Also, some of the packs have misspellings or things that don't belong in the category. I've also played where I pass a word and it comes back 3 words later - it never used to do that.

The game keeps freezing and crashing. The home page takes forever to load. It stalls in the middle of playing. It's difficult to exit. I used to play this game often to pass time, but after installing it and trying to play it again, it's clear that something is wrong with it now. Uninstalling. Hopefully the game developers fix the glitches someday soon.

It keeps not loading properly. Sometimes some purchases I have made go missing. It's a fun game but lots of problems. I keep it because it can be a fun party game. So I'm not sure what's wrong with it but now it always freezes or most of the time it'll load and exit the app right after. I'm upset because I had a lot the decks and now I can't ever play it.
