Worst app ever!! We bought tickets for Universal Studios through this third-party app, and inside the inclusions of the tickets, it says we could have free meal vouchers, which we bought it more expensive than other third party apps... when we arrived at USS and ordered food... the workers there told us that the tickets this app gave us had no vouchers in it!! When we make complaints at the customer service, the ppl at Universal Studios told us that many customers also encounter the same problem

We bought 3 sets of USS tickets (admission ticket + express pass) but Headout only sent us the express pass tickets so that we can not enter the venue. We tried to contact support by email and call the local agent in Singapore but turned out there was no responses at all. We had to purchase new admission tickets to enter the venue. Totally ripped off. Better purchase directly to the venue and avoid this disreputable company.

Customer care service is pathetic of this app.. please be sure of bookings which you make. In case you want to cancel due to some emergency issues they won't help at all. I have faced a issue with one of my booking in Thailand. I booked for tiger park in phuket and somehow the book was made for next day, not sure because of technical glitch or what but when I got to know when I reached destination. They told to purchase a new tickets and then vendor will refund for cancellation. But nothing happ
