I had added 4000rs and requested for withdrawal. The money and after 2 days i didnt get my money in my account and even no withdrawal or anything about my 4000rs is not showing. Worst app Prefer groww or upstox.

Pathetic experience of investing with this App. Thinking of liquidating my investments and opening some Demat Account. 1. Lack of Transparency in historical data of orders. 2. Full of issues in Showing Holdings and Positions. 3. Customer Service not skilled. Customer who are ready to spend few hundred bucks for Good Demat Account should avoid wasting time and energy here.

There is no option to place an order for TCS buyback. They dont have that mechanism. After update on 25 june 2024, i am unable to login in app. Keyboard not available. Pathetic...

As I installed this app... front camera of my phone automatically on...I turned off twice but again it's on... Then I delete the app and after that camera get off....I think this app record our personal life and other things....

Stay away from this app. It is so slow, laggy & keep on loading all the time. By the time you purchase any share its share price gets changed. Happened multiple times with me. Go for zerodha instead.

Initially offered US stock investment option( that's why I choose sky ) but later they removed it . Also not responding for any enquires. Bad customer experience as a sky user.

It's too confusing to check holdings. It's not straightforward. The UI is counterintuitive. Fonts overlap. Request the team to make this easy.

This is a very poor operation of the app. Our withdrawal is not known whether it is in process or in cancellation or where are my funds going no update at all. this is a very very bad sky app . I am unhappy. Worst app for intraday trader.

Edited - I have reinstalled it 3 times to be sure. I am using a Moto G84 if that helps your team. --------- Original It is stuck on the login page forcing you to open a new demat account. Does not log you in under any circumstances. Bottom rug testing.

**DO NOT GO WITH THIS PATHETIC APP** **STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE APP** Useless app !!!!!! New bank account is not getting added and blank screen appears after 1 rs transaction is performed for verification. I did a mistake by opening an account with hdfc sky. Very soon will be switching to zerodha/upstox

Useless app. No negative star is there else i gave them negative star. Do not open account in hdfc sky. No support is there. There is no option to see old orders or profit and loss statement. You can't find profit or loss in hdfc sky app. Even its back office site is useless. Too much implementation is required. Many times it ask for double margin because of developing errors which can sell your stock even after sufficient margin is there. Plz do not use hdfc sky.

Worst experience, app lags too much. Limit orders for buying are cancelled immediately, automatically and everytime. Account deletion is not available in app. For deletion of account we need to submit papers physically. Worst experience

Third class app. The features promised earlier were either missing or not functioning properly. Also there is no option to apply for buyback. The only option is through call, which at most times is not placed due to manual transaction error. Worst stock broking app. Opened my account because of hdfc brand value. Don't recommend anyone to open demat account here.

Latest update crashing, no way to login from App. Using web. Edit: Issue still persisting, app login page doesn't allow to input any data & keeps closing the keyboard.

Change the UI, the current UI may look fancy but doesn't feel usable. Also add dark mode option as app sticks on light mode even when the mobile set to dark mode all the time.

I am using this app from last month preety good interface and easy to use app but after update in the app since yesterday I am unable to log into the app. The key pad is not at all popping up at login page. So how could I enter login ID and password? This problem is only happening for HDFC sky app. Team please look into the issue. After reinstallation issue resolved. Thanks team for quick response.

Charts don't load up. Indicators don't load up.I have tried every thing but it doesn't work. Reinstalling works for a day or two only. This can't be the resolution. App needs an update to fix the issue.
