Seriously worst app, unable to login with my phone number and birthday date. This company is most focused on only and only of customers money, not interested in providing minimal services to customer. Despite of these many users comments they still reply to that instead of fixing it. Should get away from this bank policies ASAP. What's use of this app when we cant see our data.

No services for former exide life insurance customers. They are asking for mobile, email, policy no. Etc. in my account section after logging in and when we do so, they said to call or email for any support. What exide life customers should do ? Don't tell me to go to the website, I need a proper app not the website so that I can easily monitor my policies.

Fingure print authentication not working, its not asking for fingure print authentication although in settings its showing as enabled. Always asking for mpin instead. Disabling fingure print is also not working, when pressing confirm nothing happens. Please check

Doesn't even deserve 1 rating. Number 1 pathetic app. It is not allowing me to login with my correct mobile number /emailid and birthdate. Or using client ID and birthdate. When I try to sign up it throws a message that the mobile number /email id already exists. 30 July 2024, 26-Aug-2024 same issue . Why don't you withdraw the App. If it becomes the reason to loosing the customer

Was working perfectly previously. But after the latest update can't login. Certificate pinning error. Even after the latest update, same issue persists. Why bother redesigning when existing features don't work anymore?
