02062022: It is now set and working after updating the app. Would have loved to have UPI Payments too. Old: In spite of trying umpteen times could not get the OTP to login. My RMN is correct. The executive who came to initiate the process too tried. Didn't get the SMS even after restarting. I am getting SMS from others. Extremely disappointed.

Its asking for permission to acess camera, location, phone and contact details but when you deny permission it is not allowing to login or register. My question is why do you all private details or full access to our private and confidential data, or there any RBI guidelines. It's very scary. So many small loan apps seek these permissions and later on they misuse photos, contacts, and other details. Plz reply and later on 8 can come and change ratings.

I wonder how this app has get 4.6 star 🤣. Application using experience is very confusing and not easy to use. Too much of unnecessary in app add and promotions distact in use. Notification in mobile phone is not audible. Some times application does not notify with sound at all. UPI ID generated is too long. Settlement amount comes in bank account next day in the afternoon.

It's worse app, from last 2 months I mail mant time's but my issue still unresolved, at smarthub , unable to receive payment through sms pay via debit credit Card, when my customer try to pay Error occurs, I remind hdfc with multiple times but still my issue not resolved, waiting from about 3 months

We don't have any sound box but charged merchant app debit my account Customer care no response mail no response bakwas app some issues faced problem but not customer service pls don't use this application really my experience

I recently changed from paytm to hdfc smarthub but I am not happy about this decision because of the reason that the app has not a great user interface and it also doesnot provide settings for sound box to change language and voice which I don't like. Also the quality and loudness of the box feels cheap. Lot to improve By HDFC Bank Team And one thing more is that it plays long sentence for a single payment like ( HDFC Smarthub vyapar Par 1 rupaye mile ) Which is too irritating sometimes.

Gives issues since 1st Apr 2024 at a shop I visit for years where I pay using BharatQR scan using credit card. After 1st Apr, credit card transactions failing to get credited to this super high volume merchant while only UPI txns working OK. Money getting debited from customers' credit and debit cards and transaction showing as successful, not failed, not reversed automatically. Very disappointing app for BharatQR.

The worst ever business payment app. The customer services sucks. Filthy customer service is hallmark of hdfc bank. I dont expect any better in future. Better to avoid it.

The app is good to collect payment from various modes .but lagging some useful feature like. 1. Full screen notification on mobile phone screen on receiving Payment. 2.Manual settlement for payment received. If these features included the app will be the excellent one.

Customer care services very poor. Too long time taking to connect with customer care executive. Payment facility from rupey credit card disable option must me add in app. This is very horrible to connect with customer care.

If we compare with other apps like Google pay Paytm phonepe, this application is not much better than other apps. I am a shopkeeper and I'm not much happy with this application but I'm still working with it. Thanks and please improve it as soon as.

I am existing customer of HDFC Bank since 2019, However I am unable to register in HDFC Smarthub vypar app. I tried to register several times but getting same issue again and again "We are unable to process your request due to our internal policies".

This hdfc smarthub vyapar app is very pathetic. Worst app in my experience. I used many other banking apps, but this one gives me very very worst experience.The bank should realise that this is 2024. Please update this app to a user frendly interface. Your application is very complicate to use. There are many unused pop ups and tabs that good for nothing. Please change this application user interface to a simple way. It's a request.

Firstly there should be no lock in one as one has to be opened again and again. And secondly, there should be a very random transaction history in the first place so that Google immediately knows who sent the money.
