QR code problem Import of QR code generated by this APP, "reports image format incorrect" while adding. GMT+5:30 time zone not included. Shows 30minutes lesser than phone time. Even in the latest update 1.0.18 it is not considered

Don't seem to be able to select all images to delete. My SD card is full and the only practical way I can see to clean it is to remove and use a PC

Same, crashes on open now. Been using for years (with alot of issues). Is there any other app we can use for these cameras? Edit: updared today and it works again

...made in China by Europeans and Americans? Has more of responsibilities ...after months of trials and "errors?", and after leavind it alone for long... the app finally installed. Working now. Will try again in days to see if still at work The problem is a program ill built. That's all folks

I had a hard time installing it plus once I got it done I turned it on an it alot of static you can just barely hear anyting I don't recommend this I'm going to send it back

The app is fantastic as long as you are able to connect to the internet continuously. When signal is lost the app is useless.

I can not get this camera to work at all. It's just junk! Does not stay connected, does not record. Everytime I click on Files, it shuts right down. Very disappointed!!!

Serves it's purpose once set up correctly. Yes it could definitely be easier to set up with it's wifi connection and Hotspot but otherwise a great investment.

Motion detector doesn't record and doesn't send push notifications. Purpose of purchasing this camera was for security purposes. Does not record when motion detected. Useless. All my settings are set according but does not work.

Downloaded app for HC010 cams, tested notifications on 2 phones, android and apple, notifications are not working which is a deal breaker for me. Cams would record on SD card when motion is detected, however not a single time I received a notification on either phone. All the necessary settings turned ON on both phones and cameras. Disappointed!

The app works well enough, to act as an alarm camera, must set recording mode to alarm recording plus motion detection to low/medium/high plus message push to on,,, while awkward at times, even setup requires following their written instructions that came with the camera, but once you configure, it's not bad. Dont lose your instruction sheet...

I have been using this app for a few years now for a bird box camera. It has been OK for the most part but as of 11 April'23 the app now crashes upon opening, which I have experienced on four separate mobiles. A fix is seriously needed if it is the intention of the developer to continue with it.

Camera doesnt record when app is minimized. App has to be open, and on top. Phone can not be locked. This is a major issue. Otherwise it would be a good app. Connecting to the wifi was a problem as well. I was able to connect by manually switching from hw-xxx to my wifi while it was counting down.

The notifications setting is greyed out so I can't get motion detection notifications. I tried older versions of the app, in which I am able to enable notifications but the "message push" option never turns on. Please fix this so I can use the device fully, thanks
