The special permissions for use
1, android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
HD Camera can remember your photos and videos location if you wish. Other apps can access this information along with your saved images.
2, android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
After you take a photo, you can share with others. HD Camera need to read the contacts information and help you share photos via email, SMS, or other apps.

This app is simply a copy of the Mark Harmon camera apps, and since about 80% of the reviews are farmed, fake reviews, I decided to uninstall. When an app developer demonstrates that they are untrustworthy and unethical, it feels very uncomfortable giving them access to my camera, mic, and storage. I'm certain the reviews are fake, but please understand that any concern I have that the developer is improperly using their access to my phone is just a concern due to the other unethical behavior.

Definitely better than the standard Xiaomi Note 12 camera app. Probably not THE best out there, as I've only tried a few alternatives, but until I go for a Premium app one day this one does the job with minimal ads (useable). I would personally recommend this for those exploring alternatives to their stock camera app, although again, there may be better ones out there with features this one is lacking that I'm currently not aware of. Solid 4 stars.

Im genuinely impressed with this app. Like, I searched everywhere for a real camera app. No intrusive adds much.Very nice. Superb. When I opened the app, I searched for panaroma and burst and great photos. In the beginning, I could not find it. But after went through some settings and got it too. Recommended for anyone who finds a real canera app. Keep up🍫Edit: can you add a night mode to the camera app please

I have a very good experience with it. I recommend you all to once install the app and check it out 😃. The photos it clicks is amazing with a wonderful quality. I am really really happy with this app. The photos are gorgeous 😍. After installing this app you don't even need to buy costly phone and cameras. Just Amazing 🤩.

The overall experience is good! A lot of functionality... I don't think the photos are best than that in the official camera app on my budget device but for videos I think it's more stable than the version that comes already installed by the OEM of my device. It's a good try! Keep improving on budget devices!

Works very good! My camera crashed on the actual phone. Couldn't get the phone camera to work at all with the original device. So I removed the original app that came with the phone. Then I replaced it with this app. Success! The camera started working again and now I can take photos with no trouble whatsoever. It is excellent for an Android device. I definitely think this is an upgrade to the standard cheap phone camera apps that come with an Android lower budget phones.

Kept showing ads right in the middle of taking picture. Horrible way to show ads. No option to use my 64mp camera just my 16mp. Can only change the video quality not the picture quality on my front camera. Too simple and not many options like slowing down the shutter speed. App has a eparate menu to change setting so you can't really preview your changes until you back out of the menu. Poor design and the apps color is white and 100% bright no matter how dim your phone screen is.

It's okay... when I first downloaded it and everything seemed fine I like the fast autofocus when something would become closer to the camera or end up being much further away in a quick change. Recently I was recording a video and it shopped about 6 min in so 8 am missing 4.5 min of video I can't re-do... disappointing but I will need to keep a closer watch next time.

I hate having to listen to shutter sounds, this app appears to have the option to silence them but for some reason I'm still hearing them, and every time you go back into settings it delays you with an ad... I'm perfectly happy to pay to get ads turned off but only when I'm confident I want to keep the app, which is not the case with this one

I couldn't get this app to work properly. Pictures had a wide angle view. I couldn't email photos easily after taking pictures with the app. Pictures just sat in queued mode in my email indefinitely. I am sure it is user error, but it's a phone camera. It shouldn't be do complicated that user error plays into it. I will delete and find another app. Sorry.

I dont much care for the ads that don't let u exit out of them until u watch it in it's entirety that occur when you try to open the app and take a picture. I get the need for the ads but I have lost many picture opportunities because I had to wait 30 seconds for an ad to end and the camera to become usable again. So many lost memories and pictures I get mad thinking about all the ones I have lost due to this factor. Other than that the app is groovy.

Almost everything works amazing, but HDR and various effects massively drop the photo quality... Please fix this, because this has become one of my favorite camera apps, excluding this bug. It would also be nice to have ultra wide, night mode and portrait blur. _ Update... The issue has not been fixed in the latest updates. I am debating whether to delete app.

I just wanted a simple, no fuss no muss camera and so I tried several. All I wanted was a camera that is simple enough for the technically challenged (me) and provides nice pictures. That sounds easy enough, right? Wrong! But I found this and it suits my needs just right. There are more advanced options for everyone else, it's free with only one quick ad before use. Good camera!

Better than majority of camera apps from Google Play Store...and I eat cameras for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so I know what I want and know what is too much and what is not enough. This HD camera has been the most functional from the start. It opens up ready to point and shoot, has standard functions placed optimally, the focus works exactly as it should, which is usually the feature that acts up on nearly all other apps I've tried. It has a few filters too. I may keep this one!

I would've given this app 5 stars, but that would be just for the picture quality. I uninstalled it immediately after my phone warned me that the app turned ITSELF on was using ITSELF twice last night. Freakyyyyy...and it took about 3 hours of video that was supposed to be time lapsed and never did get it back. Just gone. I also can't figure out some storage issues. On the other hand, the picture quality is excellent with lots of neat little extra features. But don't expect to see your photos

I had high hopes. The filters are nice. The app is, unfortunately, slow to load and not very responsive. I had used the free version and had hoped that by buying this version, the ads would go away. They did not. Still have an ad whenever I start the app... Which make the start up time even more slow. Sadly I feel it was not worth the cost.

I like it okey. It's not over my head with features. I get ads but they don't interrupt what I'm doing too much. The pictures and videos are clean and clear. It's pretty good. I think I'll keep using it even though the shutter sound and video record sound are obnoxious and you can't turn them off! I still like it. It has neat filters and a beauty lens and I look good in these pictures!

I'm really impressed with the quality of the pictures, much better than my stock camera. Having to deal with the app crashing 2-3 times in a row when all I am doing is changing from front to back is annoying though Edit: weeks later and I'm pretty over the 3 crashes before it will let me switch my camera lens from back to front. Liked the quality of photos. Going to try a different app, because why bother sinking money into something that crashes Every. Single. Time?

Truly one of the apps I look forward to and enjoy using. No hassles at all, ever. I love this HD Camera app on Android because it's super easy to use and includes a great many features which make up for my lack of skills and, frankly, talent for taking good photos. The one improvement I'd suggest and it's not an especially important one is better functionality in the "text" option, to edit, re-write and delete text placed upon photos. R
