At times it is not accesible. I assume for maint. That can.be frustrating. Overall experoence is 100% reliable though. Makes my distance banking easier

For checking balences i like it, to deposit checks, the picture taking is a bit of a pain. Really needs a dark background and good natural light.

I moved out of state and have come to rely on mobile check deposits and I have not had any issues. Its great! Thank you for the convenience of a great app with a great bank :)

The app doesn't sense the edges of the check very well. I always have to take 2-3 pictures.

I like it a lot, especially since it is now integrated with my Intuit program for small business. Thanks :) 5/2/20 -- still love it :) 8/18/2020... Even better still, as now it is possible to transfer from my other outside banking institutions!

This app is the best app I have ever used for depositing checks. What more could you ask for; it does it all...no trying to figure out if the picture of the check is clear; it takes thr picture for you! Back and front, done in less than 45 secs. I love, love, love this app!

The mobile deposit has poor camera quality, it's sometimes difficult to capture an image clearly because the resulting image is black and white. It also takes longer than my other bank to see the check deposit in my account. Besides that it's fine

Update 10-23-19: Scheduled payments can now be edited. The check deposit function is improved with automatic photo capture. Layout is better. __________________________ Good capability. An improvement would be to edit scheduled payments instead of having to delete and re-enter.

This is an awful app!! If you are in a lock out to set up a new phone for verification you have to wait until they are open they have no automated system for verification codes. RIDICULOUS.

I love this app it makes depositing my checks into my. Account so convenient because some days I can't get to the bank on my lunch hour and then would have to wait till the next day or sometimes until my next day off which could be 5 day away and with this app I can depot it the check using the app and will have the money by 7pm that night at the very katest

I like how easy it is to use. I don't have to hunt around for stuff! Also nice and bold! This is the quickest and efficient app I've used so far! Now, in August of 2019, still #1!! Had difficulty accessing app and then getting help. Texting and calling from my cell didn't work. Fortunately, I still have a land line and was able get it to work that way. Trying to get an acceptable image also was tricky.

This was quick and painless! Love it!!!!!! The most efficient check cashing app I have ever used. I used to use Ingo, that was a nightmare; time consuming, finicky, poor network connection, couldn't be reached at all on certain days and took forever to wait for the approval. I just love your app!

Overall a good app. However... The mobile deposit feature more often than not fails to detect the written endorsement, thus requiring MULTIPLE attempts to capture a deposit. Sometimes it is a complete failure requiring a trip to the bank. (Samsung Note 8 earlier, now a Samsung Note 10.)

Heritage Bank app is very easy and smooth to use I am not text Savvy but the app makes it's easy to guide through it use it and follow all the stuff in the structures you need to use I recommend this app to all others and banking with Heritage Bank there's so many benefits that you get with it like the perks if you look through it you have tons and tons and tons of and me and my wife we love to eat so we used to perks of going to different restaurants to get a discount in free food

worst app! it never works right. It won't let me update my automatic bill pay. I've had to reset my password every time I've tried using it. I just reset it, tried to update bill pay, couldn't, logged out, tried to log back in to see if I could... NOPE didn't work. SO annoying!

It works, but little things could make it better. They give their savings and checking accounts names Alpine and Base, or maybe it's the other way around. What's wrong with Savings and Checking? When entering a pay recipient in the bill pay, they automatically put the address for some big companies; but, they don't let you have access to the addresses to check for accuracy.
