I'm a big hat lover but honestly I wish you had the option to take off the embroidered patch you guys put on some of the hats. I'd like a blank template to put my own. Other than that I love the designs you guys got and the color schemes, better than lids.

Too much Bugs, I wasn't able to make a wishlist so after some days I deleted the app and redownload to see if that was the issue, now it's not opening the app keeps crashing.

App was fine until the last update now. I can no longer log into my account, and talking to the people responsible is even worse. Told them about not being able to log in even after resetting the password multiple times, yet they are still saying reset password. I'm not gonna keep resetting my password without results. I will just uninstall

Best hat creators on earth. Always fast shipping and always quality hats. Also, their hat cleaner /deodorizer is hands down the best I've ever used and I've been collecting hats since 2007. Hatclub is the g.o.a.t

Since the update, you can't log into your account at all. Great selection of hats, but pointless if I can't log in or purchase anything at all. Please fix this, others are having the same issue.

The app works well except it doesn't save your cart. Not even for a few minutes. It can be pretty frustrating if you have to put your phone down to do something else while you're putting together an order... when you get back on the app you have to start your order over.
