The game has a lot of bugs and server issues. The servers for the game were down for 2 days, and support tried blaming my internet connection, but when checking their Instagram page, I saw I wasn't the only one.This game has alot of timed events so this is extremely frustrating. I was so close to finishing a time event, one I spent money on to progress faster, but due to their issues, I won't be able to finish so I lose all efforts and it's insulting that they are trying to blame me and others.

This latest update has bugs! I can't see the stars building up when doing tasks. I have no idea how close I am to finishing the task. I'm not getting some of my tappable energies or energies that I earned. For example, waking my pets or feeding the creatures. I also noticed when I was doing the Puzzling Potion event that it would cover the pictures back up that I had just uncovered. Sometimes it would give me my gems back and sometimes it wouldn't. Fix please!

I like the new updates and events. The daily box is neat feature and the eventual choice of which achievement is one of my favorites. The story energy event is awesome as well great add. For some reason though it keeps disconnecting from server. An I have my own Internet which has no problems at the moment that I'm writing this review. It happens alot. I quit the game an re enter and it still does it....

Truly terrible and disappointing app. I nearly made it to Year 4 and the app crashed. This has happened several times through the course of play but never to the extent I could no longer play like it is now. I am no longer able to access the game past the loading screen. I've been communicating with the help center but no amount of trouble shooting or "manual fixes" on their end seem to help. Very disappointing end to what would have otherwise been a very fun game.

I would rank this game higher but I keep getting needs improvement when I'm tracing a spell even when I complete the spell; or it says needs improvement when I just touch the pattern and not even begin to trace it. It's very frustrating. I have read comments that it happens to a lot of people. Please fix this. Update 3 years later and same issues but now when watching videos to gain awards half the time it kicks you out of the game after the video is done and you don't get the reward.

It's a fun game, and I don't even mind all the microtransaction and numerous side quests. But since the side quests give you such limited time to complete them, can we please, PLEASE fix the glitch where actions you completed before you stopped playing are suddenly uncompleted when you start playing again later and have to be completely redone? So much time wasted that way. Otherwise I really enjoy it.

Love the app. My only complaints would be that it takes too long to progress due to slow energy regeneration, but it doesn't detract from the game much & there have been updates to lessen the impact, so it's not a huge problem. The other would be the time for the events. In my opinion, there's not enough time to finish them unless you pay. I would also like for more colors available for the eyes and hair, preferably an entire spectrum/color wheel so you can choose the exact shade of a color.

I like the storyline, getting to play with characters from the books, all the fun customizations, and adopting pets and magical creatures. That said, it can be a pain with everything costing some sort of in-game unit, whether it be energy or books, or gems. Those can be hard to come by without constantly spending real money. Otherwise, you can try to earn it, but stuff is always on a timer. Also, the game sometimes freezes & I have to force stop it so it'll start back up.

Storyline is, overall, fun. Side quest content is entertaining, for the most part. But my goodness, this game has quickly become pay-to-play and aggressively so. Sure, it's very playable for free. But if you want to actually compete in certain events or earn certain prizes... be ready to spend in-game currency, of which there isn't enough, so it encourages spending real money. Always been the case, but now, the bar to gain rewards has moved significantly towards pay-to-play.

I really liked this game at first. But the longer I played it, the more I realized that it's just a huge cash grab by the creators. Even worse now, game freezes up once I pick to feed my nibbler (all actions dictated by game and have no choice/control once I choose to feed him. All actions are driven by app, can't close out pet screen, must choose what " hand" is pointing at, which then leads to game freezing up). Closing app just sets everything back /all actions are wiped from that session

The game is really good, the only thing I would suggest is adding a way to earn coins by watching ads. I soft locked myself out of completing a quest because I unknowingly used my coins beforehand and couldn't move forward or collect coins another way. Thankfully I wasn't too far along, so I'll just restart, but it's a great game nonetheless! Looking forward to future updates ❤️

I truly enjoy this game, but with the most recent update, I find it frustrating to advance with less opportunities to gain energy. You used to be able to watch up to 8 or more ads, each gaining you energy points. Now, there's a 3 ad cap, or at least for me. Ads are annoying, but the energy points are worth the annoyance for 30 seconds lol. Lowkey disappointed they have a cap now Besides that, love the game! 🔮🪄

Used to be great but now it's an obvious cash grab with awful customer service. Ever since Beyond came out, it's been one cluster after another. Before, all events and side quests could be completed, or at least substantially progressed. Now you have to pick and choose which to aim for, and still potentially spend hard earned gems (or real money) to make progress. I truly feel sorry for new players who didn't get to enjoy this game in its prime.

Been a good story line. Takes long periods to gain energy. Most side quest are way higher than the stats you work years for. I feel you are unable to have freedom of speech as you are not allowed to pick the true answer you want, unless 10 levels higher. Next to impossible to get attributes moving along. Also, I have had problems with this company honoring items they had on my game. item was up, it said $0 wouldn't let me collect it. Took a screen shot, shared it with c/c still won't

I like the game but it constantly keeps telling me network error. I have Internet and everything else works fine. It's just extremely frustrating to get kicked from the game because it won't load and have to do everything again or it not to save the progress and I lose the challenge because of something I didn't do. I stopped playing for a long time because of it and now that I'm back to playing it's doing it again. Please fix my account or whatever the issue is.

I love this game but I've been encountering a MAJOR problem. Sometimes my progress isn't saved. Like I'll earn a reward in a timed event, come back later only to find that it didn't save me getting the reward. I've missed out EARNED rewards because of this glitch more than once. The app and my phone and everything is up to date so no issues there. I'd give this game a 5/5 if this issue could be resolved sooner rather than later.

I am absolutely in love with this game. The only reason I don't rate it higher is because of the major energy problem. Classes, certain quest objectives, etc require a ridiculous amount, and it takes four minutes for a single energy to regenerate. It would be alright if it was less time or more energy, or at least let you have more/ unlimited ads, as it can be very irritating to wait four minutes in the middle of the quest for one energy because I ran out of ads to watch.
