Can't update my resume at all. Any changes I make to it disappear. It won't even display my name, just lists "null null". Used this app just fine in the past but it's extremely broken right now. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Seems like a job finding app but there's no jobs inside. Also there's no account delete feature once you done your account set-up. And can't add a company but only location in jobs experience. Overall poorly test/beta app.

This app is buggy, slow, stalls out, is not user-friendly, the search is not adjustable to both location and position, the customer support is complex to get to. It's just all around a mess.

The app sucks. My job uses this to communicate so I can log in on the desktop or online with my phone, but anytime I try to sign into the app it tells me it's the wrong email/user name. Which is crazy because I put the same information in on crome and it works.

It's sad that companies rely on this app. It doesn't work. I'm not able to put in the name of the company. It goes to a Google search instead. The job description input character parameter needs to be expanded. It does not allow a full job description. There is no way for me to put links to my you tube videos. There is no way to auto-populate using indeed or linked in. This app will decrease the job applicant pool of any company that uses this significantly.

Glitchy. Profile updating is annoying as positions have to be chosen from a list of a thousand. Can't enter end date to some jobs unless I use the website. Also when entering jobs, sometimes just the address is shown, not the name of the business. Great for applying though

I'm trying to start a new profile and fill in the job experience section, where it says "started: date/month/year" won't let me click to fill in so it doesn't save any of it. basically leaving me with an empty profile. This is frustrating. I've been trying to start a new profile since yesterday. PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH

If I cant upload a resume because for whatever reason it stays stuck on the loading screen after pressing upload, then this app is not to be trusted im trying to get a job here and I cant complete an application for that reason. Im tired of these platforms being the standard of getting a job.

doesn't work! I get emails about jobs that want to set up an interview, I click on the email link that takes me to the webpage where I set it up. only it doesn't ever do that! 1st off it takes me to the website instead of the app, making having the app pointless. 2nd regardless if I go to the app or website, there is no way to finalize any interviews. Do you understand that? The app can not accomplish the ONLY task it needs to in order to serve any purpose whatsoever! WHY DOES THIS APP EXIST?!?!

This app could be great considering the NYC market, but every time I try to use it it sucks. Currently it won't let me update my resume. It uses Google to search for jobs to add to your profile, but when it doesn't identify your job it doesn't allow you to write anything! There's too much that needs to be fixed on the back end to justify using this app. They need to torch it to the ground and start over because whatever is going on now is awful. Worst job finding app. Might as well use tinder.

Does not update my resume pdf file, no matter how many times i upload it. No place in settings to add the updated resume. I don't want to send an old resume that doesn't match my profile to potential employers. It looks unprofessional and creates confusion. No option in app to contact Harri's customer support either.

I got a message through the app to schedule an interview and a link that took me to... the website? lolwut Job search functionality doesn't work unless Location and Camera permissions are turned on. Why not just let people search by zip code or, you know, the location in a user's settings? Lack of attention to detail and usability. Weak app.

It ask for location, gave permission....but then it gives me jobs over 1,000 miles away or in a totally different country 🥴 don't see a way to narrow it down to my area.

App is not working properly with log-in with LinkedIn account. Also, the app and website is very slow and keeps getting stuck and not moving forward to next page. Also, it gets blank screen white or black screen.

Wow this app is straight trash. The service is great, but the application itself is literally useless. If it doesn't load after 30 minutes, it tell you that you have no internet connection. If you manage to get on the app, it deletes your job applications instead of sending them. What a waste of time.

It used to be a very good app for finding jobs,but it gets worse as they keep updating it. It all started few months ago. Now it can't load jobs,doesn't let you update your resume,can't turn on the app(it keeps showing white screen,even reseting it isn't helping),won't send the application,stops working at any time and shows black screen. Not even reinstalling helps. Very frustrating.
