It works, but since the most recent update I get forced to authenticate via text with every sign in, with no option to remember the device. This is excessive and intrusive. Edit: It does seem like the issue has been resolved, adding a star to reflect that improvement.

worst banking app i have used constantly has me verifying my account with either a text or phone call whenever i log in also available balance for account isnt clear shows available balace but its the combined checking and savings so if you make a payment for more that is actually in the checking account youll get charged an overdraft fee not a user friendly app

Bad experience nowadays. Use to be one of the fastest banking app I had, after their updates became the worst one. Takes to long to open, sometimes doesn't even open. Had to uninstall and install back many times. Try not to use the app so I don't get upset.

App no longer works with fingerprint login. Whenever you do it, it tells you the information is invalid. Only way to get it to work through the app is having to retype the password manually which really defeats the purpose of security for me. I don't like having to type my password and potentially having someone seeing me type it. Honestly easier to just open the web browser and log in from there which I feel isn't as safe either...

Been having tons of issues with trying to deposit checks through the app with my Samsung. It keeps closing down. They switched to maual pictures and it was working fine. Then switched back. Ice cleaned my data and cache. Now I have to delete the app and re-install every time.

Honestly a terrible bank app. It's constantly going into maintenance not letting me access my OWN money for HOURS!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm sick of needing my money and not being able to access it. What if I was stranded?? I've never seen an app need so many maintenance updates in my life. You need to add warnings for when you're gonna lock us out of our accounts.

Heads up of you just updated your phone. You will need to go onto the app and clear cache and memory on the app. The newest update to Android messes with the app. Hard press on the app and hit the info icon top right hand side. You can clear the app cache memory there. Worked for me. Also this app is great for banking. Been doing business with harborone for 25 years since they were brockton credit union. Hopefully this review helps people use the app after phone updates

living in Rhode Island, I don't have access to many harbor one ATM's so every month because I can't always drive to the designated ATM's , I'm paying ATM fees from $10 minimum to upwards of $18 besides the fees I'm already paying to access my account. So yeah, there lucky to get 3 stars..... as a matter of fact make it 2!

The app hangs sometimes at login and I have to force close it. Also the fingerprint security has NEVER worked since it's been offered. Literally have to type in your password everytime you login. I've used this app for years and now it's just awful.

Every time I try and use the deposit on my android after taking a picture of the check it's shuts down. I have un-installed and installed numerous times. I powered my phone completely down and still no go. I never had a problem before. It did work great for awhile.

They update this app far too much and when you update usually you have to reload features such as fingerprint identification. It's really a pain

Fingerprint log in has stopped working and I have to enter the password every time. Incredibly annoying seeing as how I never had a problem with this before about a month ago.

Harbor One bank helped me get through COVID, when my previous banked failed me. They were there for me when I needed it the most. They are the best bank and will always be number one in my books!

I wish I could give it zero stars. This app crashes every time I open it. I logged in on an iPhone and it worked fine. This is the error that pops up: " REF: 3179:2EF2 ADB Detected by App " If the auto reply tells me to contact my bank I'm going to lose my mind. It's a software issue. This app updated back in July and does not work anymore. I'm running the latest version of Android on an S21 Ultra 5G. This app might as well be pulled from the store because it doesn't work. Go kick rocks

Whoever was involved with the recent upgrade is responsible for raising my blood pressure! Why, when the upgrade is activated, does it erase the "user id"? Totally unnecessary! Then the "BS" the user is put through to recover the said "user id" is insane! Finally, the system sends an email with a code to be entered (I have to assume that they still don't believe that you are the that the system has already confirmed!), and then calls you, whipping out the email that contains the code to input!

The app stopped working. When you press the app icon it goes to the initial blue screen with the sail boat and then no further. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, to no avail. I notified my Branch and they passed the information along to IT and IT got back to me but, had no idea of what was wrong or how to fix the issue. When the app was working I used it for all my banking needs. Now, nothing.

UPDATE: Since my initial post, it looks like HarborOne fixed the bugs in their app. I no longer have issues depositing thru the app. Original post: 1 ⭐ When the app works it's great, but when it doesn't, which is often, its annoying. When I make a mobile deposit and take a picture of the check, the app shuts down abruptly. I have to reinstall the app frequently to get the mobile deposit to work. Their app developers really need to fix this issue.
