This game is really fun and I love it, but it really is too hard to earn the right amounts of coins to upgrade the hospital staff/equipment needed to beat levels (each upgrade is 1k+and you only earn around 500g per level win). Especially since this is one of those games where you lose lives (you only get five) each time you fail, and then you have to wait a few hours for them to recharge to try again. You are able to earn free gems to make up for the severe coin shortage, but not enough to win.

Fun game, if you like repetive actions, because you have to do a lot of farming for coins to get the upgrades in each location. The only way to get around that is to pay for coins. I wish they had it where you could see what you have on your tray. It would've been great if you only had to buy the automatic weather fixer and clean beds once and could be used for all the locations. Also, after maybe lvl 5 it doesn't seem like the doctors work any faster.

I was so excited for this game but I'm disappointed. It has 2 different game types and both are enjoyable. My main issue with the game is that once you pass the first few levels, it is extremely hard to earn enough coins to level up the amenities, beds, etc. On top of that, once you finish a level, you can't go back and redo it for a better score. Once you finish all the levels for the first area, it unlocks an endless mode which sucks because you can't get enough coins to upgrade your stuff

This game was fun for a minute. Super fast paced and gets a little challenging which is fun, BUT you cannot use some of the little helper tricks you have. I could only use the freeze and shoes. Got a ton of clipboard with checks and that's not an option to use, whatever it is. Regardless. It was fun for a minute like most games, until they trap you in to potentially paying money to help you pass levels... also the ads for these games are not accurate and dont seem to be disclosed as such...

*Edit: Notice their copy & paste responses to everyone. 🙄* Very fun game but I have to agree w/ Carrie Golden. It gets really hard after a certain level. The devs tips in response to her are all things I already do (I'm a time management vet for years so I know how to make the most of freebies) but some levels are just super difficult & those things won't always do the trick. Also, I watch ads to get 10 extra seconds & when I get back to the level I actually only get 4 seconds. Not cool. 👎🏽

I love this game! It's addictive. However, like everyone else is saying some levels are so hard you have to spend real money for upgrades and boosters. I've been stuck on the same level for 3 weeks now. Plus all the ads are infuriating! I don't mind watching them to earn awards but goodness. I shouldn't have to pay $2.99 to remove apps. Be helpful if when you lost a level multiple times you get boosters and or a temporary upgrade to complete it.

I really enjoyed the game at first but it's a money grab! The levels become increasingly difficult in a short amount of time making it almost impossible to move forward. The patients grow impatient entirely too fast and the nurses don't have enough help! It's challenging but it's very predatory the way it's set up. I really wanted to stick with it, but I refuse to keep paying money just to get to the next step. The diamonds take way too long to accumulate as well. Do better!!

For me, the game was really great to play. It was challenging, yet very fun. The problems, on the other hand, were the glitches. The game would freeze mid game, and if you'd lose on certain levels, you'd lose a mini game as well, and when watching the ads to gain more time or double your earnings once you've completed the game, they'd freeze so you wouldn't be able to double your earnings. I'm only uninstalling, because I need space for more important things is all.

Started out fun, quickly became as frustrating as a rigged carnival game! Levels give you barely enough $ for necessary upgrades. Endless mode is pretty much unplayable because you get like 100 coins per level if you're lucky, while upgrading the equipment and staff takes about 1000-1200. They're very stingy with the fashion vouchers or whatever they're called too. I finished the first hospital with 120 of them and each dress costs like 1000. Seriously? Uninstalling this one

More complicated than it needs to be Time limits on levels are way to short for beginners,. Paitants growing impatient and leaving happens too easily thereby causing you to lose a level just because of that. This is the most ridiculous game I have ever seen. And I think the developers need to take it off and go back to the drawing board and remove all of the unnecessary elements from the game. If I could I would give it negative 999 trillion stars. As in this app won't even have any stars ever

The game was good. But then updates came out. Now it's almost impossible to pass levels without buying more coins to update the hospitals technology. Before, you could watch multiple ads and make it work, now they've reduce the number of ads you can watch in a day. I haven't played the new mini game, but I saw the thumbnail picture update on my home screen and.. ew. Who thought a pimple covered a** in a bikini/thong would make an appealing thumbnail to represent this game??

Fun game, although they make it a little stressful when the levels are timed and (for some unknown reason) it keeps raining in a hospital lobby. Levels are easy at first, but after having fun with the lower levels, it's nearly impossible to pass the higher levels, because they make the illness rating increase faster than it's possible to raise the revenue needed to up the skill level of the Doctors. Not to mention you need to upgrade the equipment, being too shortly-timed, and the stupid rain!

The game is fun but once you start getting into higher levels like the 30s and 40s it's almost impossible to keep levling up without spending actual money and it's just addicting enough that you could end up dumping alot of money quickly, 2.99 here another 2.99 there. I can't seem to get past levels anymore without spending money. I think it's time to delete the game for myself.

While I don't really spend money on games, I did spend the little bit to get the ad free version and I liked it in the beginning... yes levels are designed to be challenging, but most all other games allow you to replay those levels to improve your score. Not this one. Endless mode is terrible. Let us be able to replay levels to get better score and coins easily. There should be a free option for those that aren't going to pay for every little coin they get. The side games are overwhelming.

I purchased the ads free but it isn't working as I'm still having to watch ads. How can I get my money back? I've read a few other reviews about higher levels being hard to pass without coin/gem purchases, which is true. It would be nice if certain purchases such as automatic bed, speed, tray amount transfers to the new hospital. The coins and 'helper' tokens do so why can't other items. I like the mini games. It'd be nice if there were more but not have them be as repeative.

Unless you're really good or can cheat the system the game is basically a money grab. It gets you addicted with winning for the first facility but by the time you move to the next one it becomes almost impossible to complete levels without spending real cash to upgrade. It's almost impossible to do so otherwise with earning points in the game becoming difficult. Aside from that massive unenjoyable aspect. The game is fun.

Fun, but not fun.... The levels become extremely hard or very impossible to beat. You don't keep all the money you earned in a level like most games like this. You keep a small percentage, not even half. I thought endless mode would help to obtain more coins, but it is just like the other levels, so it doesn't help. You don't get to keep the things you purchased such as the automated bed cleaner, which sucks. I don't understand the purpose of one of the side games.
