Worst matrimony app . After taking paid subscription, most of the profiles are fake , almost all profiles have written numbers of their own representative. At time of registration,they said that they provide specialised services but no such thing they just want your money Total fraud

found match for my brother here. it is a very simple effective and sensible platform. the app is very easy to use. Fraud ,Very dangerous app , I can be able to login any bodies profile simply by putting any number , I trying some random no and login and app is opening their profile and even allow me to edit . This is very dangerous , never register here .

Never ever use this service. They will charge you and then no response after payment. They make you fool ( trust me) There is no customer care Provide you some Mobile number. Once you will done payment then that number always come switched off. Nnnneeeeevvveeerrr uuuuusssssseeee there paid service

I am getting many notification that people have liked or viewed my profile but after opening application and checking its showing 0 view or liked. I am also not able to search those people about whom I am getting notifications.

Never take their service. Big fraud people. Before taking service they make big promises and big commitment they say they have thousands of profiles according to your preference but after payment they hardly answer the call and send you simple profiles which you can find easily on app. So there is no benefits of hiring RM. I was called by Sonam and she made big commitments but now she is disappeared. Sonam never answer the call. U get profiles without foto. sonam,neha,aprajita,jasmeet,big fraud

I liked the fact that this App has family based rishtas. One doesn't waste time on talking to unnecessary profiles. Customer Care offer excellent support & all the issues are immediately resolved. The best part about this App is that they replace married/engaged profiles. Credits are reversed post verification by the Team. No other company offers these services.

I was not interested to pay with you guys but i was getting calls frequently for paid membership so I decided to give it a try. Today i updated my membership with six month + 100 contacts plan . Moneybis paid even I get message from Hans matrimony for successful payment. My profile is still same and I am being promoted to choose a plan to pay.

How cheap they are yesterday someone register my number and now today on Sunday early morning. They made me call didn't wait for even 8 Hours and Didn't Ask, sir are you busy free nothing just force me for the money. And saying you will have to pay at any cost. Really Disgusting. Just Deactivate my Account. Worst App Ever Too Greedy person of This Matrimony App.

Please do not invest your money in hand metrimonial.. all fake promises.. in starting we got 10 profiles a day but no filter same profile every day in which they don't give us what priority we want. After 1 month they want us to invest more for more profiles. They locked our profile that we can't interact with other profiles with pay them more..

Pre mature app, too many but obvious bugs, needs lots of improvement. You cannot see the Profile and information of the one who liked your profile. Too much restrictions. Everywhere in fields you will see NA and NAN not a number. Salaries is shooting 30-40 lakh which is ideally not a case. Don't install this pythatic app and involving in membership will be blunder and waste of money. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Don't even deserve 1 star rating.

Worst services. Took membership for my son's bride search but it's of no use very limited profiles with no acess at all even after paying for the membership. Even their customer support is worst as there is no one to provide any support. Highly not recommended just fraudsters taking money and not rendering any service at all

Hi. I am the premium customer of hans Matrimony. I have the worst review by taking membership of it. Worst sales team at the time of plan they show you something very different but after taking membership they have nothing to show us. They are not able to deliver their words. They sit back on their chairs after taking money no one is responsible for the feedback. They promis me to share 3 profile every week but they are not able to share 2 as per expectations. I have no words. 🤬

Very bad experience they have very less profiles and even though these all are mostly engaged or married. Still they are share these profile fue to less enrollment. I will not suggest to go for it. They are just consern till payment. After that they even don't respond on call.

Very bad customer service. I'm a paid member and was provided numbers of 2 ladies as customer support. Sadly there's no support from either of them, deliberately avoid calls and is never resolve queries. Unable to use the app properly.

Worst customer service. It's a trap .. they just. Trap you to show few profile. Once you take any membership than all customer care will not entertain you. they ditch us..l Ist 3-4 different different customer executive called us nd Showed profile and confirm us that other person is also interested. On the basis of that we took membership but now they are giving excuse.. no update.. and after taking membership they will tell you the terms and conditions. They just want money nd no service.

I am not satisfied with this app and hans matrimony services,they make false promices before paying membership fees. After paying membership amount you will feel cheated by them. Most of the profiles are not genuine except some profiles. I have taken paid membership but after paying full amount no support and no competible profile is there.

Rubbish app. It says free but actually it's not. U can't even bookmark a profile which your interested in. They show you very less contacts daily. Also I guess there is no option to delete the photo properly, u have to replace the previous picture with another one. Also it hangs ever time you change your caste preferences.
