My order still has not been delivered 24 hours havw passed since scheduled delivery and no answer from custome service on updated status...this is insane.

I used them for the 1st time which will also be my last time. I'm a single disabled person and only had a few nightshirts and one set of sheets to launder. Under 20 pounds, I have a scale. They charged me for 35 pounds . Even when my husband was living with me and his laundry was included with mine, it was never over 30 pounds. So be warned, they scam and overcharge you.

Scheduled a pick up window and waited around all afternoon and nobody came to pick up the laundry or reached out via phone or text. After the 2-hour window end it, I called support. They told me they would contact the local company that picks up the laundry and call me right back. An hour and 10 minutes later, they hadn't called me back still, so I called again. They could see the notes and said they hadn't heard back from their contractor. Wasted all afternoon waiting and got no help from them.

the app UX is a little annoying, but even worse is they won't pick up at my home but they'll pick up at my work. I live in Central Los Angeles, west of Downtown. I'm not in the middle of nowhere.

I used this service once and they lost 2 pants (worth $900). After a few weeks and tons of bunch and forth they issued me a credit for $60 because you know "terms and conditions". I'd stay away from this service...

I am a regular,and get service service. My clothes are done well when they say the will be. I also get many alterations done with stellar result . I bring clothes in weekly and have never had a negative cleaning job or alteration.

Wow I am disappointed. Was really looking forward to this but the prices are way to high. 20$ to wash a comforter and 15 pounds of laundry for close to $30 and 13.99 to wash a blanket ,to do my laundry it would be close to 60$ +. That's crazy I'd rather struggle and wash it myself at the local laundry mat. Great idea but the prices are crazy high, u get charged alot extra to wash 1 item and items isn't consider "laundry". I don't need my clothes to have special treatments just a wash and dry.

Lifesavers - fast turnover and great quality. I used them during a trip in Orlando and they were able to wash my family's clothes at affordable price. The app is straightforward and the driver very friendly. I suggest to use Hamperapp for any laundry needs.

Ordered for laundry pick up. They were very prompt and on time. The laundry was delivered perfectly cleaned and folded the following day.Also in the time window. Every experience after that has been excellent and I have been a customer for 2 years

It crashes all the time. You cannot see your order history. The tracking of your order is terrible. The interface looks nice but it is not user friendly. Thankfully the service being provided works.

I just downloaded this app upon referral from my laundromat. I was told there would be a monthly subscription option but there isn't. The app contains no instructions or information. It doesn't tell you what laundromat is being used for your service. I also noted that the pricing is higher than if I ordered laundry pickup directly from my laundromat. This app sounded good but proved disappointing. At least I wasn't bombarded with ads, that is one positive thing I can say.

Used them a few times but after I reported some missing items they denied that anything was missing and just stop responding. I was upset but let it slide because mistakes happen but now I can't get any service. I had an appointment no one has showed and I can't get anyone on the phone.
