The worst bank app i've ever seen. Do not keep your money here because then you will be able to reach them only when the bank allows. How can it be that I can't transfer my money between my cards. Terrible service! I would rather keep in Astana bank, at least they gave away all money of clients.

After the last update, I am trying to log in and found that verification is not working. They are referring me to the bank outlet located in Kazakhstan, while I am overseas. Terribly glitchy app.

Good app. But now there is a problem: in the Profiles and settings menu I have set a Homebank passcode (I tried it several times). But every time I open the app I see the screen asking to log in via typing my password instead of just dialing the passcode and it takes much time of course. And by the way, I never log out from my account. Could you check it please?

Tried everything for the past 3-4 years and I still can't see any word written on or under the buttons in the main page. Still have to click on one of them to know what it does. That's 3-4 years! Geez. You guys must be very smart people. Good for you.

Halyk, how do I fix your app issue? I received my atm card but I've been unable to register! I put all info and it just writes an error that the card info is wrong but it's not wrong! I have tried this 50 times since yesterday. Cleared cache, Uninstalled app, it didn't solve anything. Why is your app having an much problem?

The application becomes terrible after last update. It gives an error message and fail to open, the list of accounts some time is incomplete. Why do you need the list of last transactions on the main page? Please return back the previous version which was very user friendly.

There is a bug in your Android app: when you copy the card number, it is copied with the dots in between, e.g.: 1234....5678. There is no way to make it visible and then copy. You can only copy it when only the prefix and the suffix are visible.

I have multi currency card, and I want to transfer money on USD to another Halyk card, but there's no option to choose different currency. By default it is tenge and you cannot change it. At the moment, the only option is to do the international transfer, which has fees.

Never received, receive, and probably won't receive push notifications for account transactions. Tried everything in the past 3 years and even changed several phones but nothing ever works. Geez, hire some pro-developers at last. The largest bank in KZ and yet can't even manage the simplest tasks.

Very Bad App, esp. Halyk Market Service, I bought there on 6th November, not received yet, it says delivery will be in 3 hours, sadly 3 days gone since my first order. And I can not reach now support service due to the poor management (always busy, believe tried ~ cont. 4 hours to call) & chat box under maintenance, everything related to Halyk Market is worse, regret not buying from another platform. I am strongly not recommend to use this app.

It is the worst banking app that I've ever seen! First of all supper weird security steps. You have to change your pas. every time when you log. from another dev. Second of all regular app crashing, also literally APP WON'T LET YOU PAY FOR ANYTHING!!!!! P.S. NEVER EVER CHANGE YOUR CURRENCY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most ugliest banking app I've ever seen and experienced. App can't work without crashes, it's crashes every time even when I move between tabs, and it's don't correctly show my cards, my checking account has disappeared at all.

As of November,15th - application doesn't work on Android platform (although it is still operational on IOS platform..) - 7111 support service could not help, as they do not track any errors.. TBH - with every consequent update, functionality and stability of application become worse..

After the last update, the app doesn't allow me to login saying that the verification is rejected by the bank and I need to go to the bank outlet. I am not physically in KZ, and this is extremely inconvenient.

Could be better. Some services are not available. App definetely needs improvement! Support can't find a solution for six months!!! Cannot access my bank account and generate detailed reports, bank statements

Worst marketplace there is, made an order, and after a week of silence i had to contact them just to learn that it was not even shipped. And they had the AUDACITY to ask me why i want to cancel my order, i recommend kaspi, ordering process is much more transparent Worst bank there is, i was blocked out of the app when trying to transfer some funds to a friend, and my account was held hostage until i paid the ransom (2000 kzt) through the nearest bank branch
