Too good to be true. Not reliable and needed, this application is and was. OTP didn't sent, cannot register. Phone quality as guest user are so poor. Uninstalled. 1 star is too many to give, if only there's 0 option, I would. Thanks but not thanks.

Maybe people that gave 1 star because they don't know how to use it. 😁 Works perfectly for me. It's just a free call center app, don't need a great UI, a call center only need a great services and solutions for our problems.

I didn't have any problem before. Its very useful app. But recently the voice was not clear and always hanging up after couple minute. No matter use wifi or mobile data.

It is filled with incompetent and rude staffs. After 30 minutes, the respond given was for me to shut down (tutup) my bca card. I know that this is not how BCA operate, i requested for the team leader, after 20 minute, finally i was transferred. And the team leader *Adelle* resolve the matter like a BCA pro, she bring back the good name to BCA. BCA team if you are reading this, please promote her. Conversation took place on 7th may 11am wib for 52 minutes. 5 Star for result

All bank should have this kind of system so we can contact securely & free of charge. But why is this feature not combined with the main bca mobile app so won't take more space in phone? Telemarketing for CC should have use this kind of unified app too for security protection.

Activation very stressfull, alway asking for same step request sms. Already sent but keep asking same thing repeat sms again cannot login. Please fix

You updated and now we need to start from scratch. Your system is terrible for foreigners on Kitas or kitap. Now I need to spend an hour again in a branch???? Why???

This app is such a blessing. We don't need to make a call by using phone credit or whatsoever. You only need a good WiFi connection and voila, you can make a call. The phone call was all clear and the customer service was very kind and helpful as usual. I'm looking forward seeing some other innovations from BCA. Best regards.

Loudspeaker option is useless. Everytime I tried using it, the volume remains the same as the ordinary phone call (without loudspeaker). When I complained they always put the blame on my network service or my phone's condition when both are as great as ever. Tried re-installing for the nth time to make it work.

Have no idea what the hell happened. But I CANNOT login, why you need to send a mail through phone data? It was succeed AND received, but your apps says otherwise. What the hell is wrong with you?

Works perfectly fine for me. CS was being so helpful as usual. Even though the app connection isn't really good, I could still hear the CS voice clearly. Thank you, BCA, for always giving the best for your customers.

This app supposed to be helpful and resourceful. It'd be so if only they didn't disconnect the connection half way during the call, which they did all the time. Very annoying especially when every single time i try to make the call again, they ask the same personal details inquiries that takes up couple minutes already. This wastes so much time! Not only that, every admins seem to have different information when i asked regarding credit card, makes it very confusing, inconsistent, and unreliable

finally at this digital era, theres a banking customer service that provide free call customer support, the app UI/UX is simple and straight forward, we can even access it without user id and only as a guest, so far the connection is working well and has no issue, good job.

Already signed up and need log in. When it was asked for an OTP (sms verification) and whenever it failed due to internet error or system, it charged to the user for the OTP FEE each time failed. it's outrageous.., when a large bank have a lot of redundant apps and most of them unstable caused user need to paid OTP fee (verfication charge via SMS) when actually the error is in the system. Imagine failed 5 to 10x lol, please be more considerate to your own user.

Service is so slow, got issue with QRIS payment not being delivered and yet the transaction still count, the mutations indicate the transaction as DB, been using this app to try resolve, the chat function is complete useless they got no solution other than make me use the call service. The call do a little better but the report has been almost a week and still nothing. At this poin where my money go ? The seller didn't get, and not in my account either. Also why the report took to long ?

It was a helpful application. But since it last update, we got to use BCA ID which I can't create one, it just stuck on first page. SMS more than 5x and still trouble. Then.... It said the ID is not available. After change the ID, it said I have to go to ATM to register. What a very hard way to use your services. Why we need to go to ATM if you are offering phone service? Please don't update the apps until they fix it.
