- You can apply for a personal loan and use your approved loan instantly.
- You can check your HGS balance, top-up quickly and easily pay your traffic fines.
- You can apply for Overdraft Account and defined your approved limit to your account.
- You can apply for insurance and get information.
- You can view your account activities, perform your EFT, Money Order and FAST transactions with the money transfer option, and pay your bills and taxes whenever and wherever with Halkbank Mobile;
- You can view credit card images and information, pay your debt with quick transaction buttons; You can request installments, cash advances and limit increases.
- It can easily perform your foreign exchange, gold, fund, Halk Invest Transfers and Equity/VIOP transactions. You can enter public offering and demand, view foreign exchange and gold rates.
- You can give an SMS/E-Mail order to be notified from the notification settings menu.

Terrible app. I wouldn't even open a bank account if the government did not enforce tax payments through these worthless banks.

Very bad app, need extra permissions on device, not working on wifi

Some people didn't realise you only have to use mobile data in your first time for security reasons, which is only costs 0,4 TL (in vodafone for example) after that you can use your wi-fi.

I am very happy with the mobile banking app. It works flawlessly. I had to call customer service to learn how to do some things for the first time and they were fantastic. Good job, Halkbank!

its almost like every app goverment or banking agencies make are made by same people or person because if there is a whole dedicated team behind this please hire one professional one instead of multiple people who are not experienced for goodness sake

At times it's incredibly slow to the point you can't even use it. Absolutely cannot depend on it if you have something urgent or important to do.

that's really wired the description in English but they can't add English on the application itself you have to think about this issue even the ATM in Turkish there's no English 🤔

This is the worst bank app ever. Logging in takes two hours and when you finally start to do something it gives error and log you out .......... FIX THIS APP!!!!!!

It should be fingerprint lock not a pattern lock to get in, that way it can be quicker to get in and won't have to change it like we have to do right now with the pattern lock.

Changed my password as I mistakenly blocked my account. Created a new password yet due to their error to retrieve data from the operator, I cannot log in.

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star. It sucks. Everytime shuts down, frozes and doesn't work 99% of the time. I have never seen an android app that works this bad. It sucks. If you can change your bank do it. I will cancel all my relations with this bank and the app. Yuck

Unexpected error! I was using app more than a month but one day it gave me an error "unexpected error" when i was trying to log in. I can log in from chrome, safari etc. But not with an app. İ uninstall and reinstall again but not fixed Uygulamayi bir aydan fazladır kullanıyordum. Ancak bir gün giriş yapmaya calistigimda' beklenmedik hata' uyarısı verdi ve bir daha da giremedim. Yenide sildim yükledim ama.duzwlmedi. uygulama.disinda her tarayıcı ile hesabıma girebiliyorum bu arada.

What an useless app!!! Tried to make a deposit using QR code and discovered it doesn't exist!! Time spent in vain in front of the ATM trying to locate a very simple transaction. Didn't have my card on me. You can withdraw, ask and send money with QR but not add money to your own account to be able to do the other things... Waist of my time and money to support a "NO CAN DO" BANK... Useless app.

The worst app I have ever used. It is impossible to do anything when u are connected via WiFi. If you don't have roaming, you are screwed. Even then it doesn't work properly. It takes hours until something you clicked opens.

Cant change/add my phone cant change my limit all these operations needs to call the halkbank dialog or bank and dial the cards password / the needed operation but guess what, when you are not in turkey you cant dial anything it doesnt work!
