Got my first order a couple of weeks ago and love the 2 skirts and have now put in my second order:) Like how easy it is and that you get free reward gifts (I got a bag) and reward points. Will be ordering more for the summer and dresses for going out💎

Beautiful skirt, im 5'2 so thought this skirt would possibly be too long but it is the perfect length, so comfortable, would like the shorts to be a touch longer but otherwise very happy with my purchase 🙂

Although the product seems OK, the customer service is not so much. Despite changing the address after moving house, they've still managed to send it to the old one. A lot of trouble.

Your patience will be tested if you order from them. The delivery time takes forever! I ordered from them on March 3, 2024 and still haven't received my package til this day. The tracking they sent hasn't shown any movement for the past 4 days! I will never use this App and buy from them again. Judging from all the 1-star reviews (including mine of course), they seriously need to overhaul their whole ordering down to delivery process. I am so disappointed.

i love this site. they are the best online clothing store to shop from. they sell beautiful clothing and stand by their products. they honor the customers, if you don't like what you bought they issue a gift card or allow you to return the items. this is the one site I order off of frequently. ❤️❤️❤️

I don't find the clothes super good for the price. they are regular clothes. some have very weird fitting at least for my bodytype. I'm 5,4 170 pounds. All the pants I've bought... fit very weird. I bought some crop tops camis and they seen very cheap, I was expecting a better quality cloth. First time shipping was slow but this last (forever last) order, arrived in a short time (im prom PR🇵🇷). Maybe they are just meant for smaller sizes and thin bodies.

I love the quality and the shipping time and the customer service. they have an amazing return policy that allows you to keep what is too big for you as free advertisement! I went to my closest girl friends and gave them each one and they love them! that's 4 new customers that all that love halara now.

So I ordered what I thought was 2 for 49.99 only to find out later that the items I chose weren't included in the promo since my size is a 2x. I find this highly discriminating as it's unfair to plus-size women. When I decided to chat with customer service, that's the response I received. It's extremely unfair!

Way to expensive for most budgets. Especially when you have online app stores like Temu and Shein. They have the same type of clothing for a lot less. I didn't see any article of clothing in this app that is worth buying for $39.95. Ridiculous pricing.

The return page had malfunctioned and there's no customer service available. For the online chat, no customer service to help. when I try to go back in to get customer service support, my order number no longer even existed to even get support to help. So I was not even able to return 3 items when I already purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of clothing.

I have shopped here a couple of times. both times. the products were very good quality. however, three of the five items that I purchased in my last order didn't fit correctly. I will say that their customer service is wonderful. They were very quick to respond to my return and gave me a couple of options and how to proceed with my return. I'm very happy.

Not plus size friendly, despite ads. Sales do not apply to plus size items EVER. Can't even filter for plus size, only up to XL. Never seen that before. Anything you do find in plus size is $10-$30 more than the standard size price.

Waiting, waiting, waiting if the delivery ever gets here I might add a star... Tracking is useless as it is stuck as preparing. App is so messy and full of strange re-directs. I sure hope the clothes will be worth this.. but - even if so I think that the long delivery will prevent me from placing another order ever again.

I have ordered 4 times so far, and every time, my order has been perfect. Always quick delivery within 10 working days. order has always come correct and the one time I choose the wrong length leggings, they were happy to change my order immediately after I emailed them, It was quickly Resolve, and my order came within the ten working days. All of the clothes so far have been so soft and feel amazing on your skin. highly recommend all the fitness clothes. I think I almost have every colour ❤️

So glad to have discovered this gem. They have the best pants and such cute dresses too. I literally threw down $803 on my last order because I could not choose. This app is dangerous for me. It's easy to use, but the discounts (BOGO, 3 for 2, etc) can go wonky the more items you add to your cart. You still end up saving something, so it's not too big of a deal. Just wish they would fix that, and the app would be perfection.

return process is very involved. couldnt access return until the delivery showed completed hours after i got my package. once i completed the return and added required photos (which I've never had to do before), i was given a message that they would review and email me for the next step. the app is glitchy and it was difficult to change my password.
