Your support team is not functioning properly. You don't respond to the messages I send, and you don't resolve any issues. I want to leave the agency, but you're not allowing me to do so. Even when I report the issue, no action is taken.

hala is good but if you haven't purchased a coin you can earn only small point ie 500 in 2hrs ,it is good regarding game and gamble but it would be better if they make more than 1000 points in 2hrs , there is no commission from any single invited ,eg i have 6 host but no any rewards I have earned ,so hala is not a such good

This is time consuming for such a small points you'll get daily and it requires 100,000 points before you can withdraw? for free to play users, it takes a month before you can withdraw a $10, specially for this new update, points are much lower to collect daily and tasking here are not jokes takes hours to complete.

This is really bad I was dropped out of my point after 24 hours of trying my best to buy coin and level up, also all other task points were reduced from 800 point to 600 point, from 100 point to 5 point, from 1,000 point to 50 point this is real wickedness or am I dreaming? Honestly at the begining, the app appears to be good until when they started reducing task points to the minimum which is totally wrong. and secondly, after the update was made, the app became even worse that for like 4 days now, they have intentionally denied me of my face verification several times even after following all instructions . it happened to other users also. this is a big scam just to make you lose your host salary. Hala is a SCAM!!
