uploaded an image from Google play coloring app. generated a video of the model dancing ballet. vid generated and was awesome. when I opened the app to download it, it has become unavailable. I am more than a bit confused. how did it become wrong to ballet dance. skip this one till they get it fixed folks

if you try to create something useful it is comparable with loot boxes you never know what you get. prepare yourself to throw tons of money on this app and still get terrible results with absolute no control or editing options. you can only recreate the whole Projekt so if a video is partly fine but terrible at another point no chance to tell it to change it up from that point, in the end you get nothing, recreating makes it worse with every try, I see a system behind that to grab your money.

it's good, but sometimes It does not even generate, and when it does It takes a long time to generate so I have to wait a bit, Of course, the Animations are realistic and cool but I don't want to wait like 60 minutes for An animation that would have seemed dissapointing.

This app is very interesting. On my first try I gave it a VERY simple prompt. less than 15 words and it changed my character and made two of them. One was on the ground, one was in a tree. It took a bit of time to generate but not TOO long. It could be better for others but for me it isn't the best.

First thing you all should know 😂 this app is not free but there's a hundred coin for free trial and then again there's something that happened I used my free coin from hundred to thirty-nine and went back to generate image all of a sudden my coin turned Zero from thirty nine to Zero where did the rest went to? please work on this it's data that we're using irrespectively

---good but NOT free--- Is...is this a trend among popular AI Video apps?😕after getting as big as possible to either downgrade freebies or remove them entirely? because now you guys are making the same mistake KLING AI is doing but hey, "at least Theirs is monthly" and that's not saying much😒because it's so good made me wish I'd given a higher rating but as it stands now this sub only idea is is unacceptable and pushing users away Thought you all would be different, time to log off, for good

Significant improvements that made me subscribe to the paid plan for the very first time. But however, Hailuo is still grappling with movement disfigurement issues. Sometimes it gets it right, but it's like 1 out of 6 trials. And I'm talking about the I2V, not even the T2V. I tried the T2V and the results were not really good compared to Kling AI's latest 2.1 or the latest game changer itself, VEO 3. So if you guys can concentrate more on movements and aesthetics, it'll be cool. 👍

Good App, But Very Unfair for Paid Users I’ve been using Hailuo AI for creating content, and while the animation quality is good, I’m honestly disappointed as a paid user. The free version gives 100 credits daily (which adds up to 3000/month), but after paying ₹1100 we get 1000 credit which is over in 3 days . Once credits are over, there is no support, no daily top-up, and it forces you to buy again. This makes paid users feel punished instead of support

This app is very good and it's working well. I love it ,I am Ai lover, please I pressed the delete or cancel icon and I had a code sent to my email which I entered. I thought it was supposed to be logged out..now I wish to log in again and I've been finding it difficult, what can I do . kindly help me at hailuo support team . thanks . I received 500 free credits on Hailuoai and only used 70 of them. Due to being busy, I couldn't use the rest in time. Unfortunately, Hailuoai took back all the remaining credits, which was disappointing. I hope they consider giving users more time or a reminder before removing unused credits.

The app seems great so far, but the generation time is quite slow—especially for new users who haven't subscribed yet. I understand that faster access is part of the premium experience, but as someone just exploring the app, the long wait times made it harder to really test and enjoy the features. It would be helpful if new users could experience smoother, quicker generation upfront to get a better feel for what the app offers before deciding to subscribe. Faster generation = new subs ⚖️

I don't understand this app. The image generation feature is very difficult to navigate. I am trying to create pictures of people wearing outfits I have in my gallery and there is no way I can do that cause the feature requests for only faces and nothing more. Disappointed.

Excellent quality and service! I have nothing but good things to say about this groundbreaking app. I have a few suggestions to make it even better: add a mouth sync feature where you upload an audio file and an image and it makes them sing or talk, and add 2 references instead of just 1 for the image generations. Also, 9:16 size for text to video generation. Just a suggestion. ☮️🖤

this site (pre app) gave some pretty decent 5 seconds results. it previously gave a daily credit which I used a few times to evaluate the platform but these are no longer available. based on my usage id be disinclined to recommend this for anyone looking for any extensive video generation. it showed great promise but sadly lacked the video length required for it to me viable for me to purchase. it's a close, but no cigar. no free daily credits nos can't even practice tweaking so it's a no.

I have never seen something like this before through out my journey in the AI world, it is so realistic, so perfect and the trials is long enough for you to decide whether to subscribe or not. well, maybe the Movie called " TERMINATOR" Will come true, because if such AI goes to another level hmmm.. but really it worth buying, subscribing and all of that.i like it.

straight up garbage, giving us ONLY 100 free credits isn't enough to just subscribe magically or they just go away, at least give us more like 250 so we could get a decent view of it so that we could subscribe or not. But either way 100 isn't enough to get a decent view.

free daily credits randomly stopped. I am unable to finish my projects, and I can't afford subscriptions. I liked this app. this was my go-to app, but now it is like other apps demanding expensive subscriptions. I am not surprised. I am very disappointed. It has been 3 weeks, and I still have not received my daily 100 points on the app. I enjoy the free points. But as of 3 weeks ago, the app randomly changed to subscriptions only without any warning. please fix it? i sent you an email. 😞
