I recently moved and couldn't transfer funds due to an address error. I then updated my bank card and heb account address, and again errors. Called tech Support and I was locked out and asked to provide a picture of my social security card via email. They wouldn't tell me why I was locked out and why I needed to authenticate after I provided my previous address, my current address, and my full social number. Very fishy/scammy. Closed my account, no regrets.

NetSpend is the most corrupt organization in the Debit Card business. This has nothing to do with HEB. Update: Now I am told there was a suspicious bank transfer and that all bank transfer abilities are no longer valid for my account. Even replacing the card with a new number. CLOSED THE ACCOUNT!!!

I love the security on the card and how fast it transfers money, BUT I haven't received any cash back points even though I bought heb products and went to a cash back heb location and waited 2 weeks nothing has showed up in my cash back rewards . This app is pretty new so I'm guessing it's a bug issue

I never filled my debit card with 2000 bucks, usually just in the low hundreds amount (200), and suddenly when I needed to transfer more, I apparently transferred 2000 dollars limit, and couldn't transfer anymore. Wow.

When I first got the acct, I was able to do debit to debit transfers from an outside bank acct to my HEB debit acct. Recently, I've started getting errors to either call customer service or to contact my outside bank. I have contacted both outside banks, & NEITHER bank shows an attempt to have funds pulled from the accts. I have also contacted HEB Debit customer service number in the error message & on the back of the card. They've been LITTLE help. They are to be researching. Time will tell.

3 times within 45 days my account has been compromised. 3 times I had to go nearly 25 days without access to my money. What is worse is I am not notified my card is disabled until I try to log in. Yesterday, my family and I went downtown to look at museums and parked my truck in a garage unknown to me that my card was disabled. My family was stranded downtown for 2 hours, 25 miles away from home because I had no way to pay the garage fee. Could have been avoided if I was notified.

Loved using transfer "move money " weekly to for groceries and cash back feature. Then stopped working . Customer service said was 3rd party problem , checked with my 3rd party and not on their end. Changed to different 3rd party bank ..same issue . Can't get help from customer service. They have no clue why not working. Guess will delete and not use app or heb card any longer . Enjoyed while worked.

Using HEB debit card for over a year now, quite pleased. Recently received several notices that withdrawals from my account were being declined. One of these was for $5000+. Apparently, my card/account had been hacked. Dealing with the HEB debit card customer service was a nightmare. Persons with very thick foreign accents were difficult and rude when I asked to speak with an English speaking person. Card is great if you don't call customer service. Several phone calls and time wasted.

Made only for inconvenience! The app is great! The savings are made for ppl who have time to waste. ********** No cash back for pharmacy prescriptions, gift cards, restaurants, fuel, car washes, purchases made on the H-E-B Go app or at H-E-B Go kiosks, or purchases at mobile point-of-sale systems deployed in store. ****** Why would you ever make a cash-back system that you can't use conveniently? No app no self-checkout it's like it's made for people who hate technology.

I love heb debit. I love the cash back. I've earned almost $300 in 15 months. I'm having issues with money transferring, and Soledad calls me back periodically to troubleshoot the problem. it's amazing customer service and awesome perks. I literally suggest everybody get the card and app. it's helped my family a bunch.

Worked great for a year. Did a debit card transfers every week when I was buying groceries. Then randomly it stopped working. My bank said it was not on their end, so it was HEB. They said they "fixed" my account several times, but it never worked again. VERY disappointed

Tried creating an account twice and crashes before I try to send proof of my identity. When I try to login in it says there is a problem with my account. It gives me customer service number to call but I don't have time for that and I dont trust sending emails. HORRIBLE!!

Not functional, account was locked on first day activating card. Unable to do transfer as I keep getting an error message that the page is unable to load and to call customer support... They didn't design the app. The devs need to take a look at the money transfer issues as a lot of people are experiencing this.

I love heb but so far nothing but issues with this card. I'm planning on closing the account , it's too frustrating to deal with. I had to change to one star because they blocked my account without any warning when I was trying to put money in. They want me to verify my account but the only way they want to do that is with a picture of my ID and my social security card . Absolutely no way I'm doing that. They say the only way I can get my money back is to close the account and wait for a check.

I can't use the app to put money in my account. I can go to customer service (in person) to add money to my account but the app automatically declines it every time. Almost no reason to use the app anymore. Edit: after about a month and 5 reinstalls it is now working. Not sure if it's a monthly limit or reinstalls that made it work. Still doesn't make sense since I was able to add money in person a week ago.

So I have accumulated almost $100 worth of cash back. I cannot find a single piece of literature on this app I have pressed every button every link everywhere and there is absolutely no instructions on how to use that cash back. Customer service number leaves you to an electronic machine instead of a human and there's no answers there either. Wrote customer service a message and there's an AI bot answering that back also who's dumber than a box of rocks.

Good but could be better! Crashes! Crashed and closed itself twice since activating my card. Buggy in other areas as well as things not loading when selected and/or being sent back to home/main screen. Could be more bugs just haven't run into them yet as I barely started using app today. Please Fix this App and service has Great potential!

Okay, I have several issues with this app: 1. Even with the fingerprint option enabled, and I know it works the same way on iPhones with facial recognition, you have to push a button for it to actually let you log in with your fingerprint or face. 2. I could not add my Chase Bank account. 3. You can only add One external account even though it is in a section labeled "external accounts". 4. When you modify your deposit amount, numbers delete and insert weirdly.

Most difficult banking ever! In order to fund the account you have limits daily. But then they change if you are doing ACH funding. Debit card funding may have fees, so that's why I tried that. Just way more complicated than it needs to be, plus it's buggy. Transaction hasn't cleared yet, so that's why I am guessing it's not letting me fund again even though it has been 3 days and kt says I can do $200, but when I submitted it says I have exceeded the limit for today. Overall, very confusing

Worst banking account ever. I have been blocked from mobile transfers and mobile check deposits. Customer service is no help. I have contacted them numerous times, and it's the same "go In-Store" solution, which I have learned, not all HEB locations can assist with the bank account. The agents follow a script, and when you question them, the script starts from the beginning. This is more of a hassle and not beneficial.
