Installed the app and on opening it requested permissions for everything on my phone. Location, sure. Because of the GPS tracker. But it asked for permission to photos and videos, contacts, and even the ability to send and receive SMS! I can't think of a legitimate reason a fitness tracker needs to send and receive SMS to all my contacts. Denied everything and deleted the app immediately.

The watch and the app are just okay. The watch is very sensitive and constantly changing faces with the slightest touch. The app, for some unknown reason, doesn't accurately display the correct steps for the "yesterday" mode. I just don't find the app reliable at all and that's a problem when I am in step competitions against others for fitness goals.

Overall a good application with nice features and ability to configure the watch and also have detailed statistics, but seriously hindered by the need to leave the application open all the time on your phone for it to maintain a connection with the watch. If you close the application, the link to the watch is broken. Only Smartwatch I've ever owned that has this deficiency and it's almost enough of a reason to look elsewhere unless they correct this

I like the watch except for one major issue, which I will revisit my review if it is addressed. I am unable to turn off the workout detection feature (which detects when you are working out and changes screens to show things like the duration of your workout etc) I want to keep the default screen which is simply the time, but am unable to do so and must click multiple times to "end" the workout in order to see the time. Very annoying and makes a watch pretty pointless if I can't see the time

The app is OK. The font is so small that it's is hard to read in some places. I love the features in this app and my goopow watch. I like the extra features for women and the feature to set the time where flicking your wrist won't turn the screen on is genius. My fit bits light would wake me all the time. This one eliminated that problem. Features I would like to see added is more than one activity. I'm not always running. Sometimes I am swimming, walking, or doing yoga. Find phone doesn't work.

Neither this nor the 2.0 version of the app track tracks blood pressure or blood-oxygen levels. You can see them well enough on the watch, but they never sync to the app, which was kinda the point for me. This was SUPPOSED to be a helpful tool to report my readings to various doctors as needed (especially my cardiologist) but apparently not. Also, the ECG mode varies wildly between sudden bursts, where it looks like I'm having a heart attack or stroke, to flatlines where I'm apparently dead. 👎

Nice App. Not perfect, but nice. One thing that has happened. The blood glucose readings were in the US standard mm/dl. Somehow this has changed to the european standard, mmol/L I spent weeks trying to find a way to change it back. I deleted the app cache and data on android. No difference, in fact it prompted me to login and I had all the data restored from the cloud. So nice. I finally found the setting under "Mine" at the bottom. I hope the developer keeps working on this. It's nice.

Right now a 3. May change later. I am only using this to track steps, sleep, blood sugar and oxygen, not all the fancy stuff. Seems to be tracking, but even with turning off the option for the phone, it takes over the Bluetooth and any audio goes through the watch instead of my phone. There seems to be no instructions on how to change this. I have even gone into the app setting and removed the permissions, but it still does it.

Update: I've been using this pretty well for a while. I like that it lets me be a little bit away from my phone and know when I get calls or messages. 4 stars because it keeps turning off my messages so I don't get those notifications and I can't change the dial face all of a sudden. Pretty good little app for the watch i was gifted. I world just love if the female settings would keep historical info saved.

Good watch app.. Almost accurate. After downloading my phone started acting up, freezing, shutting down, gets hot, and certain apps freeze, and don't want to work any longer. I absolutely love my watch but since there seems to be no update to fix the current bugs and issues, I will have to uninstall it!!

Seems ok. Watch had a nice feel to it. There is ABSOLUTLY no freaking reason for the app to access contacts, photo's & video's whatsoever. The phone side of the app Needs some improvement, including the watch side too. Please fix the glucose monitor accuracy & add the U.S. version of measurement, and add to the dashboard. Also noticed that the developer doesn't even read or acknowledge any of the comments/reviews left about the app or product.

Has potential, could be better. Well thought out app with a lot of health info. Accuracy depends on function and watch model. Good useful watch faces are few, losta cutesy ones. Limited functions on custom watch faces. The biggest complaints I have is that every time they update the app, all historical data is lost. Also, I have more than one watch, the app can't seem to seamlessly continue the data when switching from one to the other. Blood glucose is a fake reading, it's the same every day.

It's a good app, no ads but some features don't work. Linking to retrieve data from the watch to the Android takes considerable time and a few tries. I would love for the history (week, month, year) to work. Sometimes, if I delete the app and download it again, some features start working and some features stop working. In all though, its a great layout showing the health info I am interested in. This is better than 2.0 version.

It's kind of an OK watch and app, but some of the functions appear to be bogus: glucose, BP for example. The readings hardly change and don't match other medical devices' readings. Setup is not really intuitive, and instructions are in somewhat broken English. This thing is not for serious medical tracking! But the connection to my phone means it keeps good time. Ha

Everyone talks about AI and BigData. However, anyone's health condition differs from others, i.e., BG, BP etc. The app should allow a user to calibrate to the measure data before use, because smartwatch sensors are all relative data with light. This calibration procedure is essential to use the data. Other issues are also critical such as the data collected from watch to H Band app; and data records and export to Excell, etc.

Band has to be tight in order to read any of the Modules which irritates and leaves marks on my wrist. The watch is consistantly low on glucose reading. Needs to have an offset ability in the app on tests to correct to stick tests. Would be nice to zoom in on results windows to see when the heart rate or glucose started to rise or fall..

It constantly disconnects from the watch so no notifications are daily. The frequent updates reset all the user settings so again no notifications. This is a pretty complex app with a huge amount of information so IDK why the simple stuff doesn't work but I would fix that first. What good is it if someone has a condition and the notifications don't work? No good, that's the answer.

Better than Fit Bit, can definitely take lessons from Amazfit, first of all, when I want to sync my data, I expect to be able to sync all data. The app itself is the basic of basic, no settings to adjust anything, could have more information, more settings or just any real settings. I love the fact you put out a product but don't bother to look at reviews.

Doesn't crash. Functions as described. Easy set up. Stays paired. PLEASE give me more options where I can move time/date on the watch screen! 4 corners isn't working out! Need center, center top, center bottom, center left, center right options! Wish background pictures could be stored & picked as wanted instead of having to make a background every time you want to change it! Very hard to see all charted data because the backgrounds are colored. Ex-Pink data bar on pink background is impossible.

Very easy to set up and sync with app via Bluetooth. Comfortable watch band. I have a small wrist and it fits. One can choose a watch face or make a custom face. Watch face does not keep switching like another watch/app did. Easy to access the watch areas by pushing the side button. I love the weather which is detailed. I only use it as a clock and for the basic health tracking. I don't use it as a smart watch or to connect with messages, camera. I highly recommend this H Band fitness watch.
