Plenty of exercises with short video animations. However super hard and tedious to add exercises to a training. You have to add one by one. Poor interface hard to navigate. The app could be many times better just with a decent organization of the interface. Another big problem is that you can find, for example, the same exercise in BICEPS and in CHEST. Loses a little credibility to me by doing that. Again bad organization. Free version limits number of exercises you can add to a training.

The app is really good, I have recommended it several times. I love that you can personalize the workouts in the middle of the session. One thing it only shares in Portuguese, I recommend it uses the actual phone or country language. Second I would love to see all of the details such as calories burnt in the work out history, just the way it the sharing section, if you don't share it, there is no way to see how much you have burnt. Several months after and no dark mode has been added.

So far it's good but it doesn't allow you to customise the time to prepare for the next workout, it always depends on the time you made for rest between sets which is annoying since my time is usually 30 seconds + extra 10 they've added to prepare. Not ideal when in the gym depends on how crowded the gym is. Also once you finish a workout they will keep the finished exercise on the big screen and only shows small pop-up of the next one, which is annoying and useless. 5 starts for those options..

Not a fan of the newest update (3/31/24). I used to be able to easily see the last time I did a specific workout. That was removed. Now I have to hunt for it in the workout history to see where I left off. I'll still keep using the app, for now though

This is a great app. I found during the free download that some of the words were in a different language, but when i purchased the app (for a very reasonable price) it all chaged to perfect english (my language). It's a really good workout app!

I think this is the best gym plan tracker app out there. It's simple and efficient, well designed. My only issue is that half the app seems to be in spanish and the rest in english. It gets a bit confusing and I feel like a quick patch could fix this, but it's been this way since forever

I love how you can set up your own workouts based on specific muscle groups as well as the machines that you may have access to. it's the best one I've found so far. kinda love it.

Amazing app because of it's simplicity and not trying to sell you all the time. Easy interface, knowledgeable about muscle groups, exercises, and rest periods. Recommend to beginners and experts alike.

All it did was spam me with ads for Premium, and then locked me out after my second workout because I didn't have Premium. Don't offer a free service if you just intend to charge me money for it later.

Good app but few cons. Without subscription, only limited no of exercises can be added in a routine. Also I found one major issue that I want to ask developers why is that: If I do 2 workout routines in the same day, then the second one over writes the first one in the history and my calorie count & workout time from the first routine is not being shown. Only second routine calories and time is added in history.

Overall this app has significantly helped my workout routines. The interface is easy to work with and I can create and run my own routines. My only complaints are that supersets are done strange you still have to click on to the next stage. Would like to see a pause button added and some kettlebell exercises would be a great addition.

I used this for one day before it demanded I pay. I think a yearly subscription for an app that only will ever do one thing is ridiculous. I'd pay $40 for this once to own it, but yearly? Back off. I don't need you to update this. I really liked it for the day I used it, I will say, except for the fact that I couldn't edit workout routines to add or remove a day and the fact that it uses sliders instead of letting you simply input things like weight.

The last app update was September 2022, shows developers continue to improve app. I have the free version and am strongly considering the upgrade but not yet sold. I am looking for an app which will tell me when/how much to increase weight. Not sure if I pay for subscription this would be the case. Been working out on my own for 1 year now and lost over 40lbs. My 1st week using app and am impressed. App is user friendly my only issue is stated about the auto increase in weight.

It's good for helping one to discover various ways to work out their target muscle groups which saves it from having a one star rating. Outside of this basic functionality however, everything is locked behind a paywall and never relents on conveying to the user that they need to cough up the dough in order to access the vast majority of the app's functionality. Think EA but for working out.

No search feature (huge issue), subscription is shoved down your throat, it is sort of required for half the functionality. Was looking for simple type and search then add some reps basically just pen and paper but with some data charts, this is a whole suite you need to learn and effectively buy into. Some menus were still in Spanish which isn't good but 99% was properly ported to English for this version.

Seems like it's great for the target user, but that's not me. I wanted an easily customizeable workout tracker, and fir this app to be worth my time, I would need to be able to bypass the custom workout generator and begin building my own workouts without all the clutter and fuss. I could probably make this app work very well for me, but the additional time it would take is not quite worth it.
