I got results in 3 weeks of consistent workouts. I tried a few apps, this one has great variety, options, and pushes me to try new lifts. I'm an experienced lifter who doesn't want a personal trainer, this app is perfect: pre planned workouts that really work. Improvements: 1. I can't pause a workout, so if I have to finish a workout later in the day, it's gone. 2. Other apps can graph your progress in a clean visual 3. Once you modify a workout u can't see the original suggestions.

After trying out the iPhone version the Android feels incomplete cause there are options missing. Not sure why they made this one different from the Apple version. One thing I don't like and would like to see added is that when you skip days going to the gym, the app continues your workouts where you left off. Also to be able to see the rest of the week's WODs.

Love this app, but I would really enjoy seeing a create your own workout feature. Edit: I still love it, but I am disappointed that every once in a while, if I switch to another app, the workout I'm currently doing cancels out, forcing me to restart collect data for the workout. This happens pretty consistently.

App is definitely... tracking things. It keeps track of weight, what exercises you do, how much, ect. Some excercises don't appear in the look up, and it seems to prefer doing full body days over setting up multiple different days for different areas of the body. I'm very annoyed I spent 60 dollars for an app that many others surpass for free. Will be requesting a refund.

I found that this app is one of the best!! There is a 1 time fee, but well worth it. It keeps track of my workouts, sets, &reps that help me with my progress. There are several workout options to choose from. This is a great feature when you want to change up your routine. Only down fall is, you can not add any exercise that are not pre programed in the app. Hopefully someday this will be added in.

I like how you can customize your workout instead of following someone else's plan. But there are many exercises not in the app. You can add your own images. But that is not convenient. Also, would be nice checking off the Ex and tracking nr of reps and weight increases. Sometimes someone is on the equipment at the gym. Need to skip the Ex and return later. No way to track was you already did

Great examples and good looking UI. Really odd issues with Pixel 2. It's constantly changing my reps and I think its because its detecting input that's not occuring. Thought it could be user error, but I'm certain its adding rep amounts randomly. Looks like it's issues with quick input or +2/+5 options. Other then that it's a quality app.

I first used the Apple version of this. It's great. Interface is different but concept is still the same. Great app that tracks your workout and gives you solid workouts as well. I used to piece my workouts together from various magazines but embracing tech (slowly) this offers solid work for solid gains. It was recommended to me and I recommend it to you all.

Great app, just missing integration capability. It has great exercise routines for every part of your body, plus you can build your own routines. For the yearly membership, this is a great deal, the interphase is well design but it is missing a very important part for me, the ability to connect to other apps like Fit, Samsung Health and so on. If it had that option, this app would be wonderful. Hopefully that feature can be added before my membership ends of not I may have to go.

This is a great app to build workouts and track progress to begin with. Not sure if it was from an update or whatever the case may be but all of my preset workouts and progress has been removed from the app, this is about the third time experiencing this. Please provide some way to back up progress via email or cloud.

next to no improvement to the app over the last 2 years I've had it. I'd like to see you be able to edit workouts during a workout, without stopping the workout. Also getting tired of recreating my workouts everytime I get a new phone. There has to be a way to save it to the app. create an account and such. Overall I like the app I paid for lifetime membership, but definitely feel like I should have a flip phone everytime I use this app. UPDATE!!

Great experience and worth the price. I was able to change out workouts on this app when I didn't have the equipment. I like that you can change/ record reps and weights. I enjoy the ability to create supersets. You can also choose rest time and the clock automatically starts when you hit done with a set. I also enjoy how there are so many options and guides for all levels. Reminders to increase weight. Only negative is if you get a new phone or delete the app all progress is lost.

Still using it no further issues I can't say it's perfect but it's good. Had a few months now pretty happy with it until today when it randomly wiped all of my workouts, while I was lifting. frustrating to say the least. Best app I've used. Needs the option to chain more workouts together, additional sets allowed per exercise, the ability to add excersises and Arnold press really needs to be in the database. But other than that its great, no glitches no issues workout timer is awesome.

Trial needs credit card, so I couldn't even use it to workout. However, playing around with the User Interface, it doesn't seem like such a bad tracker. The exercises tab shows you every muscle you can target, then tapping on them shows you exercises for those mucles. It seems to have a really good variation in workouts to suit both gym and/or calisthenics. Had I been able to trial the app properly, I think I might have used it a lot for training.

The Android version of this app is HORRIBLE. My wife has the iphone version and loves it. She showed me all the features it has - setting the amount of time you have for a workout, specify the equipment available, etc. I was sold, so I immediately bought the lifetime plan for Android. I was incredibly disappointed to find out nearly all those features are missing and the Android version crashes and loses progress constantly. I tried asking for a refund after a day but dev didn't respond.

I think its a great app for the most part. Few bugs that need worked out I will occasionally get kicked out of my workout making have to reinput everything back in to catch up. Its not as easy as I would like, to make your own custom work out or add exercises that aren't programmed in the app but otherwise its a great app that helps me stay on track with my goals.

For being so expensive, you would expect a flawless experience with the app. No way to track workouts/progress with graphs. It constantly loses track of my progress during a workout routine even when saving. When going back into the app during workout, can't click on the notification, have to open from the app icon itself or recent apps. Not efficient.. I'll change my rating once see improvements

The android version of this app is sorely lacking. I used to love this app, despite the version differences, however, they recently updated and toon AWAY features and workouts that could be tracked. I understand updates, but why take away some workouts? Ruined the experience I was having, which was good up until the update. Was 5 stars but the update is abysmal. The plan built now is the exact same no matter what skill level you choose. No variations, no scaling.

This is one of the best apps I've found for workouts. It has so many exercises and tracking methods. I recommend them highly for that and I had an issue when switching from iPhone to android but their customer service is great. You have to enroll for premium and get the free trial but they responded via email before the first charge and got my issue fixed.

Do not get this app if you are on Android. Picked up this app because a buddy used it. Didn't realize the Android version would be different. Thought I'd stick with it, and it would eventually update. Almost 2 years later and I couldn't be more wrong. Any time the app is updated, your custom workouts get messed up. Either the exercise is removed or it changed to a different name. Why would you ever remove an exercise or change a dumbbell exercise to a barbell exercise?? Why not keep both??
