Unable to create account, couldn't spend $50 gift card. I got a $50 gyft card and went to the store to use it. I downloaded the app, went to create the account, and got "Sorry, you're not allowed to create an account." So, now I can't use my $50 and something that is supposed to be a nice gift has turned into an unusable frustration.

Needs to be fixed. The same price is there and it's not updating price. Dragon valley hobby in Charleston Ar has everyone having this issue. All her customers. I guess no one had reported the issue well I am. Mine is stuck on $1.65 and actually I have 2.85 so this needs to be fixed. And I've uninstalled and reinstalled and deleted files and it's still stuck. I'm logged in with facebook cause your app won't accept my Google. Some1 needs to respond or ur gonna lose rating.

Love the app. My employer sends me gift cards through this app all the time. The best part is that I can choose which store I want to have the gift card for and so far I have not wanted a gift card that I couldn't find. Update: Google button has stopped working. Will not let me log in any other way so now I cannot access my account or Gyft cards I still have. No updates for the app since 2018 which is probably why this is happening. Such a great app when it works they really need to get in gear.

My account is linked with my Google account on desktop. The mobile app will not allow me to sign in this way. When I try to click the sign in with Google option, it does absolutely nothing. I just received a gift card that I cannot use when out shopping because of this sign in issue. Please fix it!

Works for purchasing/sending gift cards in small denominations (under $50). Large denomination purchases are always unsuccessful b/c the banks/creditcards think they are fraudulent. There is no quick way to get in touch with customer service such as a chat message. The website if full of broken links that take you to non-existent pages. I still use this service and like the idea, but Gyft's execution and effort are terrible. Good luck and shop smart!

I was excited and eager to have the ability to easily provide gifts to our of town friends and family members. Sadly, I have had so much trouble buying items. "declined for security reasons" bank reports nothing on their end. pay pal states nothing on their end. message to gyft states "try again". less the 1/8 of what I have attempted to purchase does not go through, without any exact reason as to why. clearly disappointing.

Google is losing it: Sitejabber gives this app a rating of 1.1 but in the very next search result its recommended. Lower on the page its the only app of its kind suggested. I came here simply to warn anybody wanting to use a gift card wallet. This is not a good app and Google needs to raise the bar or stop letting third party scam artists buy their way to the top. Unbelievable!

Not five stars because if I want say two ten dollars gift card I have to do each transaction separately, not add to cart and check out all at once. Very frustrating when I need several cards. Would be great otherwise, good selection, good payment options, handy digital wallet.

Conceptually, this is a good idea. However, in practice this is not a good app. I installed the app about 3 weeks ago. I was able to use it at a Red Robin and a Starbucks pretty easily. But here are my complaints thus far . The owner must input the gift card number into the app. As far as I can see, you can not take a photo of the gift card and have the number saved. You must perfectly type 16 digits into the app to save the card. If you make a mistake on just one digit, the card will not work. And you probably won’t find this out until you are trying to use the card. A feature where the phone captures the card number would be extremely useful. You must also input the value on the card. Then after you use a card, you must input the remaining balance. I would think the app could calculate how much is on the card. Or the app could communicate with the companies to find out how much is on each card. Isn’t the whole point of technology to ease our work. I installed this to be able to gift cards that I already owned. A number of cards, like McDonalds, are not supported. A card from Wendy’s, which is a supported restaurant, can not be saved as the card I have has one too many digits. I don’t think it works in small business or restaurants.

it's been 4 days now been bouncing back and forth with customer service trying to actually spend currency on this site to buy a gift card. I've never been able to make one transaction yet. Security has already suspended every transaction I tried to do. I'm not using a VPN. I'm going through my phone network so my Wi-Fi is not the problem. What's with this app?

Seemed like an okay app for storing gift cards. But for some reason it kept deleting half of my cards information. Luckily I was able to dig into some email history to find them again. Support wasn't too helpful other than telling me to go find my gift cards again. Almost lost me $100. Won't be trusting this app again.

It's a trustworthy reliable app to send giftcards. I would just change 2 things: 1. I wish they had rewards points the more giftcards you buy because I have bought a lot. I will probably use a different app unless they change this. 2. The giftcard balance should automatically update in the app. Right now, you have to type in how much you spent.

I love being able to spend my Bitcoins at different retailers. I am not so thrilled with some cards that I buy do not have a barcode that the retailer can easily scan. They have to input the long number by hand. Also when I use my walmart card there is a special procedure they have to go thru to use it. I also do not like that the card balances do not update automatically. If they fix these problems I would give them 5 stars.

Balances can be updated automatically for cards in the system. BUT, if it isn't in their system, you cannot add one manually, so this app is then useless to me. 1/1/2023 - trying this app again after many years. The first card I tried to add isn't in their system, and I can't add it manually. Its Starbucks. How is that not in their system and how can you STILL not add cards manually?

Was working fine until recently. Now I have 3 barcodes that won't scan, and missing card numbers which means I have money I can't use until this thing feels like working again. Been going back and forth with their customer service team for about a month and this hasn't been resolved. Lesson: keep the hard copies of your cards or use another app!!!

This app is awful. I installed in several months ago and entered a few cards but it was riddled with bugs, was often unavailable, and just plain frustrating to use. Now, several months later, I give it another try but it's still riddled with bugs and crashes often. Just not worth the frustration. Get it together!

I like it for the convenience of sending gift cards electronically; however... 1) The dollar amount increments in which you can purchase the gift cards is ridiculous. Example, Walmart gift cards can only be bought, now, in $10 increments or $100 increments. No in between. 2) When purchasing the gyft, there is no option to change the quantity so of I wanted to buy 4 $10 gyfts, I'll have do the entire purchase process 4 times including, searching for the gyft. 3) Limited merchant options

When it works, it's a good app, but most of the time it specifically forces me to reset my password (before I can even try to enter a password) in order to use the app. Then, I reset it, and it just makes me reset it again and again. Currently, for instance, the app is literally unusable, and I can't access my gift cards. Right now = 100% useless.

Keeps all of my gift cards in one place so I never have to haul them around. Very useful and helps keep everything organized. I'll never keep a plastic gift card again! Of course nothing's perfect, I do have to log in every time I open the app and it does not keep track of your card balance in real time, other than that it's a free app that eliminates a crowded wallet and unnecessary hassle!
