The app requires too much updates every few weeks and nothing changes with the game and the memory that it takes is too large already and what's worse is it gets diconnected while you are playing which cause you to lose the game even when the internet is working fine

Used to be a good game I loved playing gunbound on mobile it brought back nostalgia for sure but it definitely was very rude to add AI bots to the game I know it's to keep players base feeling like it's real when it's not. the bots have p2w avatars and mobiles from chicken rank up to dragon. they either suck or perform really well with always a kdr of like 47%. please remove the bots or I'm going to quit and I have invested 100s just to have good tanks and avatars.. game is joke now.

90% bots. No more rewards. Do not install. When you just open the game your first opponent would be a bot, almost all the time. This is an old game players left forever ago that is why you will be matched against a bot so that you wont wait that long when searching for opponents. This game is good, im a fan even the pc version.

Hi, I think it would be good if you could add a feature to block or report players who go AFK or don’t play seriously. Right now, there’s no real punishment for such behavior. In my recent matches, some of my teammates didn’t move or take any action during their turn, which gave our opponents free hits and an easy win. Please consider adding penalties or stricter rules for inactive or disruptive players to improve the experience for everyone. Thank you!

Great free turn based 2D worms like game, no pop ads unless you decide to manually watch them to get gems. Runs just like the desktop version. Runs like a breeze at 120 hz not sure if it can do 144hz or 240 fps but I don't have a cellphone to be able to check. Music is great in this game they have some really nice themes. The menu ones are good but the ones inGame are total bangers. I could listen to this game's soundtrack even to workout if I did. Craft tanks avatars pets name it they've got it

Not as good as the OG PC version as doesn't require as much skill. It basically has an aimbot by standard and you only need to account for the wind. Still scratches that itch and is good fun! Would be good if there was some way to grind for gems as takes forever to get enough to buy a single item.

Classic Game I've been fond of for the past 20 years! The enjoyability comes from the learning curve across the board, from learning the wind patters, to the power ups, to the different tanks and so on. Highly recommend it, and would recommend being patient, you'll get there.

5/2017, Not sure why, when playing I keep getting a welcome back message. I never left the game, and it boots me from the current game I'm playing....... 1/2019, this issue is still a problem! random dc's and no way to return to game that you were playing. I cannot give this game over 2 stars. This would be a 4star game of it were not for this issue. smfh 2/17/23, still happening, demoted a star.... and still happening in 12/18/25.. demoted a star. There has to be a way to reconnect. no bueno.

Good design compared to the Thor's Hammer days I am familiar with, and I'm digging softnyx keeping up with the times with a mobile version. But the "battle training" is a joke. Call it what it is - Single Player Mode. The reason I say this is because the difficulty ramps up too fast, with AI being absurdly "lucky" with bungee kills. This is very frustrating when you are "practicing". Otherwise, well made.

Overall a great nostalgia trip to the early 2000's. I loved playing gunbound and I was so happy when I got the white hair Observador outfit. There is a classic gunbound available on reddit. But it's only available on pc. Other than that, I enjoy this game even though it kinda babies you into knowing where shots will land. Which takes a lot of the skill from the old game out. I'll still continue playing this game just cause gunbound was a huge part of my childhood.

Pay to win. I tried playing ranked games... and it was fun for a bit, but once i reached mid-high ranking - pretty much EVERYONE is using a pay-to-win character (aka "avatar") that can heal every turn. It won't matter how much damage you do, there's literally no way to kill these players... unless you pay as well to even the fight. They're basically cheating. You can see for yourself. You'll play for a bit and eventually run into players paying real money to gain a ridiculous advantage over you.

(update/complaint below) I have been waiting many many years for gunbound to go mobile. They had a version of it out a few years back that was just complete garbage. You played against bots and it sucked. Now they've done what they should have done years ago and made a proper gunbound mobile game and I'm PSYCHED! Update: Switching between apps is basically undoable due to the fact that you're booted out of the game after 10 seconds of inactivity...

The latest update made players more powerful the more skins they purchase. Played this game religiously for 3 years but now it has become like any of the myriad of pay-to-win games. Add to that, there are bugs in every update, some breaking the game's functionality and even ones that the developers won't acknowledge or don't know how to fix. Despite its problems, I loved Gunbound, but it has taken a turn for the worse and I feel it's no longer worth my time.

Super addicted very and just as much fun as the original. I liked the original more, there were more variables to call consider. Only download if you're okay with developing a new addiction! Update 2.5 years later: it's the only game I play. The variety and competitive play keeps things fresh. Even as a golden dragon with a fully decked team, I find interest in trying other combinations.

This is a pretty cheap attempt at a mobile clone. We are missing some key features here that made the original game so special. The primary feature being the speed of shots have no affect on turn order. If you used a more powerful move or item you would possibly allow the opponent to take two shots before your next shot. Decisions like this made gunbound deep. Without that this game feels like any other cheap gunbound clone. And I say gunbound clone because I acknowledge how genre defining gunbound is and gunboundm could be this too if they cared. Additionally all of the chassis have been watered down. While they each have their own character and appeal, yes, each shot they have feel uninspired and at time hardly vary. Some of these changes seems to help keep your rounds in perfect 3-5 minute mobile formula rounds. Even though they have the option for quick duels or longer 2v2 games the gameplay has been watered down to fit the mobile audience I suppose. Added some new elements to the game like characters and gems requiring you to reroll, randomly purchase chassis packs, and all the elements we hate about mobile games. I don't often write reviews but was very passionate about the original game and was saddened to see it take a turn circa 2008. I thought this could be a good platform for the game and a shot at revival but sadly no. TLDR: feels like a cheap uninspired clone even though it isn't.

I have fond memories of playing Gunbound: Thor's Hammer back in the early 2000s on my pc when I was a kid. I am quite happy to say that this mobile (no pun intended) version improves upon the original in almost every way. Seriously, if you like artillery games, get this. The English translation, while adequate enough, could use some work, but that's always been the case for the series. The music also doesn't quite loop properly, and fades between tracks, but those are just annoyances, really.

Much like original game I played 20+ years ago. Boomer still there! Fun campaign mode. Some bugs and translation issues. I've never been a fan of the shot location indicator. Overall good game. Crashes more frequently than I like, but you can usually pick up where you left off. It usually crashes after a game ends, especially if you've leveled up. But you usually get the level up and reward.
