Site crashes when trying to load. I've had this game for years and it takes alot of memory. The other day it kept crashing, then said need to update. Did so, but still wouldn't work. I thought maybe my phone is lacking memory (which it is), so I deleted other apps, etc. Still wouldn't work. I uninstalled the app. Installed the updated version and now every time I try to open it. After 2 seconds of loading it crashes.

I love playing this game as I love to travel and it gives me highlights of places I have visited and places I have not yet seen. The biggest downside is several times it has forced me to download the latest version in order to continue playing and this often does not go smoothly. It will suggest I eliminate other important apps in order to download, but even when I do, it still will not download. Eventually it has worked, but often not until I have lost bonuses for daily play which will reset

I have played this game for four years now. As match three games go, it is a winner. Play is varied enough that it never gets boring. Some levels are challenging, while others seem to play themselves. I have spent no real money on play. With patience and attention the levels can be passed simply using in game skills and boosters. A bonus for me as a retired person. I enjoy the short descriptions of each landmark as play progresses. The bonus of world geography and history adds to the experience.

The ONLY way to win and progress is SPENDING MONEY on this game. Back in the day it was fun and though I paid a little, I was able to progress rather nicely. Now it's gotten to the point that if you don't pay, you don't progress. I've been replaying this week (March 2020) and without fail, I'll attempt any board more than 15 times each and never complete. BE WARNED: PAYING IS REQUIRED. I've completely lost interest in this game.

I've played for years and really enjoyed but lately it was really buggy. Every few weeks it would crash and Id have to reinstall. Now, after the recent update to my phone, it stopped responding to any touch on the screen. Tried reinstalling and instead of remembering me, it defaulted to a brand new game, and it still totally unresponsive. So couldn't play if i wanted to at this point. After years, it's a real bummer.

There's so much going on, right from the start, that it's difficult to know what to do. The levels seem to be more about randomness than skill. Played almost 30 levels before I realized that I couldn't just WIN a level, I needed a higher score, on EVERY level, in order to get needed resources and make progress. I hate that type of scoring because you don't know the REAL goal. I may come back to this at some later time because I like the travel theme.

Played for five years (at least) and used to love playing. But in last month have been kicked out 3 times. When I go back in game has reset and I am supposed to start at the beginning. Uninstalling and a re-download brings back most of my progress, but a significant portion was dropped and had to be redone. Just happened again, so I am uninstalling and will not be reloading.

Note 4: Just a matching game. The special levels aren't that special. The Halloween event was impossible. It was designed to make you lose. Update Feb 14: There is no way to beat all the levels without buying power ups. I guess they think this game is good enough to stand on its own. I got this as a recommendation from another app. I am supposed to be awarded points for playing. That only happens at the beginning levels. Once I got past a certain point, no more points. Uodate: Nov 4,2018. I had a solid steak going. I played just before going to bed. I got the credit for playing that day. The next day, all of my days were deleted. I contacted customer service and they refuse to reset it. Additionally, they would only give me a few power ups. Doesn't make up for it at all. Avoid this game.

I love this game and its very addicting. 3 improvements I would like to see done... #1 - I wish you would bring back the "watch an ad get an extra life" option. #2 - When infinity lives are awarded, I wish that the clock wouldn't run in the background when I am unable to play the game. So often, I get the infinity life but its time to go to bed or I have to make dinner and the time ticks away even though I am not playing and I don't have the app open. It should pause when not using the game. #3 - Build up the daily rewards for consecutive daily play. I have hit 139 consecutive days of play but yet to notice any increased benefit given for doing so. Perhaps improve the "milestones" when they are hit? Reward loyalty.

Not free. They make some levels impossible to pass without purchasing extra lives or boosts. For instance, you have to clear 6000 pink pieces in 13 moves yet they drop 3 at a time. They used to offer more boosts or extra games to help you gain advantages, but lately, even those levels have become impossible to pass. It's as if they don't want people playing. It's can be a fun game for about 30 seconds and then you are done with your free play. They ruined the fun by making it too difficult.

I read reviews from other people saying they lost progress on their game, now it has happened to me. I have played for several years, turned it on one day, had lost all progress back to Tokyo, the 2nd city, having only Sydney completed! Somehow my boat is stuck in Barcelona, can't get it because I don't have enough airplane miles to unlock Barcelona. The game is harder than the first time around, I cannot advance! Emailed through "help" in the game, no response. I'll be deleting it.

Highly addictive game. I've been playing for many years now to pass the time. The graphics are incredible. It seems the game has become harder now and the need to invest money in it. Currently, the game will not sync to my phone. I play usually on my tablet, and Google play via my phone shows the game is installed on my tablet, however trying to play it on my phone, it takes me back to events and cities I have already played. Please do what you can to fix this problem!

I dropped my review to 3 stars from 5 because the game has changed so much. It's more challenging and that's ok, but some of the tools have been taken away.. like the free wheel spin after you make a purchase to get a bonus tool is no longer there. Also you used to get 3 shovels for .99 and now you get 1 shovel. And increasingly, you can't play on after losing a game for. 99 but now it's 4.99! if it keeps costing more to play and is so hard you have to buy. I'm uninstalling!!

I actually really enjoy this game & am quite addicted to it. However, it seems that every 2 months or so it stops working. I have to uninstall & then reinstall.. . Which really sucks. The only thing that saves my progress is I sign in through FB. I report the problem each time it happens, but have no idea if anyone actually reads those reports! 😶 Well, 4 years later, I'm still playing. No more issues, LOVE this game!!

Still love this game. Highly addictive. I do enjoy the Picture perfect events and I will often let my eight year daughter do some of the paiting/coloring. I have one concern and I hope nobody takes it the wrong way. Considering this is a game traveling the world completing challenges, it would be great to see some more diversity in the images when coloring photos. Just something to consider. Please. I hav pl8d ths game 4 a long time. BF/CSR would help you out in a situation. But now they give run around. Uninstall the reinstall I did that b4 contacting. Then it happened again. st These aren't tokens it's real money. No help comes. Can't attach the video that shows what the game is doing. And won't fix the game. Game freezes when I after purchase of 5 lives 3 times $150. Touch the screen all over nothing. It will let you make purchases. But will not let play that round and lose the li

I had this game on my Kindle and loved it. Played every day. Never had to do what I have to now just to get to the next ten levels in a city. It's wanting resources for levels I haven't reached where those are collected. So now I am forced to play side paths and play harder levels to collect items just to get what I need to build the monument and unlock ten more levels. Just getting harder to play.

I have played this game for many years, back when it was only available online though Big Fish Games. This has been my favorite game of all time! If I was writing this review a few years ago, I would highly recommend it and rate it 5 stars. But not now. It's become impossible to beat the levels, even when using one or several boosts and you run out of lives too fast from repeating levels over and over. It's frustrating and not enjoyable anymore. The app also crashes and has connection issues.

The last 2 days it has requested I keep streak with points deducted but I have played every day. In addition, it keeps notifying me 'all progress will be updated when wifi is available'. I have verified numerous times wifi is active and available. All progress has been saved as I can only assume this is a game issue/glitch. Please advise if not.

Glitches since last update, constantly having weird errors. Won't update progress over wifi, only data so I keep having to pay to keep my daily number. Other weird errors, combs combined not taking out whole lines. I've been playing for 7 years, this is weird and annoying and frustrating now. May wait for update to play again.
