App doesn't refresh to current balance long after I've gotten a transaction notification. I refresh for so long and always get an error, this really slows things down a lot. I have to wait for so long before being able to transact. Please fix the unresponsiveness of the app!

I really don't get why I can not access my domiciliary account. I know I have one with the bank and even before I lost access to the accounts, I could see the money in the account but I can't use it, at least not until I go to the bank. It is really stressful. Also, my savings account is not showing on the app, only the current accounts. I've updated the app, closed and opened the app and not even one change is visible

I always have issue with the new updated app... The app closes by itself and most time it will stop responding and this will lead the app to closing itself. I can open it more than 5 times before it will stable. And most time it wont stable and i have now resolved to using ussd code. I have cleared all data on the app trying to do all within me but it have not been working fine.

The recent update got so worse I couldnt see my past transactions receipt, it got so embarrassing and I had to delete the app and reinstall. At the point of reinstalling, I was sent an opt to input on the app, I kept entering the otp sent to my phone on the app but it kept popping up error messages. This app has made banking with GTB frustrating

ever since I downloaded this app or even started using this bank at all has been from one crisis to another, I have been left stranded for the past 3 days cause the bank has some network issues, like for the past 3 days I feel so frustrated and so annoyed, and I am done like done with the bank cause why it has always been one network issue or the other, I have never had a perfect experience with GTB. Very terrible experience with this so called updates, previous app was excellent and very easy to operate and navigate. But this useless update or new app is totally waste to me, each time I try to login am always asked to reset my password every time. I bought a new phone hoping my old phone was malfunction but with the new phone same thing. At this time I will totally forget I had Gtbank account. When they get their stuff together then I can consider it useful but as for now is totally useless

Terrible app to start with as it always crashes on my phone (Samsung S24 Ultra). The GTBank app was perfect, but this GTWorld is a disaster. 21st of APRIL - App functioning as it should. Hopefully, this stays like this. Update: (27th of MAY, 2024) App wont open as it keeps crashing. Update: 27th of MAY 2024. APP is now functioning as it should. 1st of JUNE, 2024 My GTWorld app has resumed crashing. It wont open. The only app I have had constant issue with in all my years alive. Very frustrating

This is the worst app you have ever produced to the public. I updated my app to the newer version on my 38, 2024, since then I couldn't do any transaction. The moment I press the transfer icon, the app disappears and get closed. It has been doing that to me for uncountless times. Now banking with you has become the most difficult thing ever! I sincerely regret updating to your newer versions of app, because it keeps getting worst everytime you come with a newer versions.

This app and the upgrade in it are fantastic; transfer transactions are completed with the snap of your fingers. I highly recommend GTB for the simple option of having access to or setting up this new app in your device using the secret answer option, as the bvn option fails. A huge thumbs up for the fantastic service and amazing experience in this newly updated app. I suggest that everyone utilize this app to its full potential and enjoy its flawless beauty.

The app is entirely ineffective; it fails to verify my ownership of the account. Upon entering my PIN for the first time, it immediately locked me out, citing 'too many attempts,' even though I had only entered it once correctly. When I attempted to reset my password through the 'forgot password' option, I was prompted to use my BVN (Bank Verification Number), but the app failed to verify it, claiming it was incorrect.

Now I've been using the app for about 4 to 5 months now and there have been a lot of improvement. One a area of significant improvement is the search feature. But the app still delays in reflecting recent transaction history and real account balance. It also keeps saying you don't internet connection when you do have internet connection.

Terrible app. Asked me to update and then not working after update. Just shows a screen thay says "Something went wrong. Try again". Twice this week before I attempted the update, I tried to transfer funds, the transfer shows as failed only to realise it has processed duplicate transactions and collected transaction fees for both. I have to follow up with the recipients and ask them to refund. Of cause there is no refund for the transaction fees. I'm getting tired of GTB.

The developer of this latest version need to be questioned or, better still, queried. This was the same version that was brought up some time ago in which users could not make transactions especially transfers on the app due to issues such as the options not popping up when an account number is imputed into the prompt. Now I have tomgo back to USSD and God help those who have to perform crucial transfers at odd hours.

The app is good, especially the part that phone numbers are lined with account details. However, there is need for improvement. It is very slow, does not update balance on time (even after you might have sent the money a day before). More so, the digital receipt design is poorly designed. And sometimes it shows lots of errors when trying to make payment with it. Please do something about this. Thanks

The new user interface is good, but the experience has greatly been compromised. Everything takes so much time to load and I can't find basic stuff on the app. I hope as time goes on, it gets better. Edit: I have to reduce my previous rating. Now, it keeps having connection and network issues even when my network is strong, and this has been since I updated the app to the latest version.

After the recent update, it just started malfunctioning. So many glitches and bugs. I can't transfer without a lot of trials and log out and log in. I keep getting this annoying message "sorry there seems to be something wrong, try again later" making it impossible to make any transfer. Also what's with the mandated access to phone contacts, I thought that should be optional or conditional. Sometimes,I can't even log in because the log in page malfunctions too. Very disappointing. GTB DO BETTER!

The Product Manager needs to have their bonus withheld. Can't imagine going from a good app to this garbage in the name of aesthetics. UI is 0 when the basic functionality of a product isn't achieved. Can't make transfers, can't receive, can't login, can't review transactions. App is buggy and crashes at least 3 times in the space on 2 minutes of use. The most annoying part? Being forced to upgrade. Can't imagine Gtb can't get change management right.

Since the upgrade, I have not been able to log in because I'm also stuck at verifying BVN. Customer service have not been responsive to calls or emails about this issue. Its been over a month since this update with the same issue. I would imagine GTB would have been able to come up with a concise solution to this. There is a reason this app upgrade was hyped by the bank but sadly has not allowed so many of us to experience a simple task as logging in.
