5 star: Very fast response time, pleasant to work with. Now 1 star: Price has more than doubled. New update is very cumbersome. You HAD a great product. With the huge change in price you have forced me to find a new accounting software. I am unable to access any of my former invoices , estimates, and all former entries.

Best apps for business but only one problem for me there is no multiple currency option for Any other country currency if you give multiple currency option it's very good for forex business and Trade business as well, I have a import export business so it's very difficult to manag data in your apps I hop this option we will show very soon.

I did a one year subscription because I find the app very useful and helpful. Easy to use even by a rookie and all encompassing as it seems to cater for all accounting areas of interest. I have just come on board; so I will be updating my review from time to time as I dig deeper into the inner workings of this beautiful accounting app. Thumbs up to the developers. I've connected this app to my drop box and synced to another phone. But anytime something is updated on the app. It can't refresh and it doesn't reflect on the other person's phone. The app hangs all the time. The idea behind the app is nice and useful. I'll appreciate it if these complaints are looked into

Can you provide us other options for sync? Like google drive or onedrive? Thanks. Edit: thank you for the reply. Another issue: i am using the trial version and i am studying the app. The non-admin user create a journal but it does not sync to the admin on the computer. How do i fix this? Edit2: i pressed import from pc app but it says "no users data found"

if i could i would rate this app with ZERO starts. This Was an excellent app up until i was told that trial expired. not indication was given when i first started using it that this was a trial app. now i have to pay almost R3000 for year subscription. absolutely rediculous. all my data is gone now. and i will need to find another app and start everything from scratch again.

This new update made the transactions list very fast and smooth. Thanks for this update! But why I couldn't get the "Transactions" tab yet? It was so helpful to open Invoice, purchase, purchase order, estimate etc. separately. But now it has become a hectic and problematic to use it. Plz bring it back !!!

this app is really good but we need to understand and learn more about it only then we can make proper use of it and u need someone to monitor it, no doubt it's really good it gets sync with PC and even in PC it is convenient tp use but some things i found it bit complicated but i think i can learn things faster overall for a small store is a good app.

There are some glitches. Like courser doesn't move properly while entering sales or purchase vouchers. ESC. Button is much more comfortable instead of crtl+q. This is almost standard among most of the accounting software.over all smooth sailing through the app is not the reality. Hope things would be ironed out in future.

I can't see the reports like balance sheet and profit&loss account etc. since yesterday. All the transactions can be done, but can't see the reports, whenever I click any reports it shows blank white screen. I had recently downloaded this app and the trial days are also left, but still I can't see the reports. If this issues are regular then I am not gonna use this app and software. After all its about the whole financial year of a business.

Really liked the app. Though it has a lot of room for improvement still there are many good things about this app which aren't there in other apps. In my opinion, the most needed feature update in this app is to be able to find a item without writing it exactly the same as it is saved in the app. For example I should be able to find "Power Window Switch Bolero Power Plus Main" by just typing "Switch Plus Main". I think this feature is required in every industry even in a grocery business.

not able to sync with other devices, as soon as the changes are done, sometimes it takes a day, and sometimes within minutes. there should be an option to sync the app anytime you want to, such that asssonas I make some changes and push sync, the changes get reflected in the other device as well. Hope to see the update in the app.

Have used this app for almost a year, my bizness is very vast and it does all the job i require of it excellently. After this last update on 18th Nov, to search things on the transaction list is now limited, when I search an item I don't see it on the transaction list. Please fix it 🙏 I have always given it a 5 star until this last update.

Excellent App ! The new version is wonderful. Its pleasue to operate it. May I suggest one more feature. Can you add the option of different background colours for payment, receipt, contra, puchase , investment and so on? I feeli it will give colour coading and fast apreatiating the transactions and can look elegant too. You can make it optional. Thanks !

Don't buy bookkeeper. They don't have proper server. Everytime login issue. After so many complaints also problem is not solved. That to I am bookkeeper gold user. They don't respond properly nowadays.

Update: I was frustrated with the apps mistakes, but I am glad they have sorted it all out and for past year gst invoicing and filing has been a breeze. Thanks to beekeeper app team. ---- Old review: I strongly urge everyone not to buy lifetime license. This software has too many problems on the long run. Use it for sometime is ok, then need to upgrade to a tally/QB for hassle free invoicing and accounting.

it's a perfect, convenient, user-friendly and smart app. if you're running a small business; stop wasting your time with other apps. This one is amazing. The reason I'm not giving 5 is the inability of developers to customize it according to the requirement of users. if course, it's not easy but it's mandatory if you're expecting a 5 star tap.

I updated the app on the 9/7/2024 And on 13/7/2024 I lost my company data and all efforts for recovery has failed. I am so messed up right now. This is a very terrible experience.

While billing invoice there is no option for adding free items in same row..... We have to add free in new row separately it is very difficult for medicine distributors i asked this option for more than two years yet not taken any step..... Please consider this we have three different firm subscription we already changed one subscription..... Please change the free option as soon as possible otherwise we have to change..... We like bookkeeper for UI consider this also(6 years subscriber)

I really like the functionality of this app. Originally I rates it 4 star. The only reason not 5 star is because free would make it perfect. Each year the price has went up. The worst part is last year I paid extra for a lifetime subscription, now the app is telling me I have to agree to the new yearly subscription price. I'm getting nervous there could be a scam going on here knowing that once you've used it a few years it is really hard to quit or change apps. Time will tell.
