I have been getting many offers lately & not given even 5 seconds to accept or deny. What happened to 90 seconds to accept or deny? And then I'm penalized for their system failure. This is not a good way to treat drivers. More recently, they are turning off my session while I am actively working. It shuts off when it clearly states that I am Actively Taking Orders! Ridiculous!

Miss hearing the chime when I have a offer. Also not many offers. Would also be nice to see what the offer amount is when it first comes through like UE does without needing to open the app each time. Also dont get text messages anymore saying I am going to lose my order due to time limit. So I get to store or restaurant just to find out it is gone. Also zero incentives

GPS is super sensitive. right in front of the location and won't accept you as arrived. have to either be inconvenienced And call in support for them to say the same thing every time, follow the prompts in the app, when the app says to call support🥴 OR drive around until the GPS says you are at the location, crazy. also, when getting offers, addresses tend to have the wrong city listed until you pick up the order. you can't get the address until AFTER you accept the order. I miss out on orders

GH 4.86.3 on Android 8.0, trip requests almost never appear unless i restart app, every time. Also sometimes the cowbell plays sometimes not. It is a big step back in usability from version 4.78.2, which i was forced to upgrade to. Almost unusable. I am missing about 2/3rds of requests that I would otherwise like to accept because of the GUI and audio notification issues.

There has been a problem with notifications for several months. You either hear no notification, one ring of the cowbell, or you get the two and you open it up and there is nothing to view you have to clear the cache just to see the order it's sending notifications for missed orders when you can literally be looking at your phone all day long and not have an order come through or a ring for an order. Have uninstalled and reinstalled keep having notification issues

One star until they fix a few bugs. I have been a driver for GH for a while now and never had any mayor issues with it until recently. For some reason the app notified me of an offer but when i enter the app its not showing up, the phone IS ringing with the notifications popping up but nothing is there. If i restart the app it sometimes pops up but most of the time its shows as if i "missed" the offer and affects my acceptance rate and giving me a warning. Driver support hasn't helped at all.

The app has been having so many glitches lately. Every time I get an order notification I try to go back into the app to see the order and it either won't show the banner or it'll tell me I have already missed 2 offers which isn't true at all and the bell is still ringing. If I close the app like 3 times it will let me see the order then if I make it on time before it disappears anyway. I'm not sure why this keeps happening but it's been going on for a couple weeks now & I've already reinstalled

Forget the fact the offers are even worse than doordash in my area, App is bad. Telling you you missed three offers when you didn't even get 1. When you do get an offer pop up, if you are in another app, the offer disappears when you click on the grub hub app. This app basically makes you stay glued to it. And every task in an order has 20 steps, it's a carpal tunnel nightmare. I would explain but only get 500 characters. Need another 10k to talk about all the issues.

This application has so many bugs and issues that cause drivers to lose money and continually give them a worse and worse experience that has only gone even more downhill in the last few years. The app is laughably inadequate at notifying new offers, especially compared to other delivery gig apps. In addition there are numerous software bugs relating to being assigned multiple deliveries at once. None of these have been fixed in months or years, and, as always, support will never ever help.

2nd time I've had to uninstall/reinstall because the app randomly stops sending audible notifications. And before anyone asks, yes I checked my settings and I'm getting audible notifications on everything else I have. UPDATE 6/2: now you get the sound of a notification that you have an order and even if you're staring at the main screen there's nowhere to view the offer. Again you have to uninstall and reinstall to fix the problem

With every update this app gets worse. Like so many unnecessary steps to end an order that slows you down. why asking me to take a picture of the location of where I dropped the food in order to end the delivery when I just selected the option that says that I handled it straight to the customer. plus you be missing orders that didn't even get notified to you. I think they should drop the acceptance rate to 90% for level premier even you accept every single one it's impossible to stay above 95%

Absolutely horrible app. Will not give any notification for offers, and if it does, you hear the bell, and you go into the app, and the order notification isn't there. Will occasionally vibrate once at first for order notification, and ring the bell on the second notification, however, this doesn't allow the app to be used easier. If anything it makes it more difficult. Fix the notification system within the app. Ring everytime you get an order notification, not just the once. Lost a lot of$onit

Terrible app. Won't get notices for offers sometimes, and then get penalized. When I do get one, I go into the app, and the offer doesn't even appear. "Missing" two offers results in an in-app message chastising you for missing them and threatens that if you miss three, they'll switch you to unavailable. Because of this poor app design, I have mixed 3 before, and then get locked out of the app and can't get offers, even if I try to switch availability back on. HUGE PROBLEMS!

This recent update has made it impossible to pick up any offers. Notifications dissappear before I can even click on the app to open it. I thought there was a 60 second opportunity for drivers to decide whether to take the order or not. Moreover, since I'm usually driving, I can't always instantly open the app and accept. I'm not getting all the notifications either, which then penalizes my overall score.

Wanted to work specific zones , and they extended the zones. It says to go to Hot spots lite up dark red. However, you get there only to have it vanishes, and then you have to travel to another spot(wasting gas)for it to at times to yield nothing. What I do like is that if you reject an order, there is a list of reasons (like if I'm going in a different direction) saves on the doubling back when you are out of range. All the blocks fill up fast so you may or may not get one

The app has been a terrible experience. I tried to contact support about the app constantly turning off my status and saying they've been trying to reach me. I have my precise location on for the app. And yes, they will penalize you if you're scheduled for deliveries in your window or you try and accept a delivery, but the app didn't let you accept. Just more recently this has been a hassle.

for an app that people use for making a living, you would think they'd get their UI together. I can't add a debit card to cash out, I don't recieve order notifications and get blocked from accepting any, constantly receiving "location update" notifications even though they have the permission for tracking, and drains your battery 3x faster while using the app. it kinda sucks that my only option for work right now keeps screwing me like this.

Driving with this app is very stressful and can cause accidents! Worst Driver App Ever with a lot of system glitches! A lot of instances the time alloted to pick up an order isn't enough, and if you're just 1 second late, your rating drops! It doesn't give allowances that you have to look for parking, run up stairs or go up elevators. And when you have to cancel a schedule because of a car issue, your rating drops.

Everytime I log into the app, it just stays frozen on the log in screen and won't let me log in. This upgrade is terrible. I see a lot of people are experiencing a lot of problems with the upgrade. PLEASE FIX THIS!! Why is the app stuck on the orange GrubHub screen??? Now when it rings for a notification, since the visual notification has sat on the screen for 7 minutes, by the time you get the audible notification the offer disappears!!! Not to mention you get penalized for missing the offer!!!

Keep an eye and record your completions separately, the app lost track of completed delivery and I had to get support to fix it. On my end it showed no record of its existence, and had I not noticed it, might not have gotten paid. So I find it important to keep separate tracking. I have only had results while scheduled though, majority offers outside of my scheduled time were ridiculously low, almost uber levels of low. EDIT support was easy to use and fixed the issue quickly with no hassles.
