When I log in it says "fail to log in try again in 30 seconds" and when I try again it says the same thing!!!! It's giving me such a headache! Please fix this. I don't know what could possibly be the cause of this but to repair it I need to uninstall the game and install it again and I need to download the games data!!! It takes so much time.

First of all there are still some bots even after the update, then after that the log in is buggy, I have already logged I'm but it keeps telling me to re log in and now when I try to join a world it doesn't even let me I have to restart the game and my network connection is good and everything takes so long please fix it, the game is annoying to play.

Been playing for 9 years, game has been straight downhill since 2019, 90% of players are auto farming bots, servers are unstable or full (of bots) all the time, no active anti-cheat, or atleast it does not do anything. Mobile version is very buggy and the new UI changes are horrible, movement buttons continue moving after letting go, what an absolute brilliant change! Mods and Devs are online but never do anything, so yeah there's that. Great potential but ruined by lack of effort. Don't play!!!

I've been playing ever since 2016. I stopped for a while and finally decided to come back in 2024. I found that the servers are getting slower each day and always find difficulty when logging in. It either says,'Too many people are logging in at once' or 'server down or rebooting'. My Internet was stable. I'm not sure what is with it. The game used to be very easy to socialise. Now, it's just filled with a lot of toxic players. Meanwhile, Ubisoft responses are very quick whenever I faced issues.

It's a very addictive game and I'd been playing this for almost 8 years. Edit: I changed the review from 5 into one star, since our 4G and 5G Wi-fi seems can't progress through the login's “loading screen”. It should show the selection between gmail, apple, or legacy account but it didn't. I suppose the server blocked our Wi-Fi's IP since I can login through mobile data (SIM Card). Kindly fix this loading issue since people didn't avail Wi-fi services just for them to rely back on mobile data.

The new update makes the game very frustrating. Whenever you exit a world then enter another, it gets stuck in the menu and you need to restart the game. Additionally, after restarting the game when you play online "connection lost..." will appear and you need to retype or relog your growtopia account over and over again. A lot of maintenance happened and still so many minor bugs, hopefully it'll get fix. I want to play the game but due to these bugs I might just quit the game.

This seems like a good game concept, but it was poorly executed. There's barely any variety in naturally spawned seeds, other people can come and go into your world, (no stopping them from visiting) and I had to do the tutorial multiple times before it counted. Maybe I just had to buy another world for seeds (which I'm unsure if that's an option. I didn't want to waste time finding out.)

I use to play the game a lot when I was younger and loved it bc of the wide range of people of different levels. I decided to try getting into it again but it's all dull and bland now. All there is are a bunch of stores, trading, just a capitalistic game and a lot difficult for new gamers. Also, as I played, worlds and players didn't speak English, so I find I a hard language barrier. Makes things feel boring while it leans to Just a market game? It's changes after the all these years is sad.

Wanted to download this because of nostalgia but I literally can't even start the game. Upon loading up there's this chat bar at the bottom of the screen that won't go away. I can get as far as putting in my age and accepting the agreement before the next page shows up and the chat bar is in the way of the close button for it. It says cancel but hitting cancel doesn't make it go away.

Personally, I stopped playing the game. I started back in 2012, absolutely loved this game while growing up. Made a ton of friends, and got decently rich as I got more experienced. -- Unfortunately, I grew up, and the game changed, not in a bad way, just in a way that meant it was time for me to move on. Just like any trade-based mmo game, you have to be careful. There are scammers, just like in any game really, so watch your back and trust lightly. -- The game itself is worth the fun though.

its difficult for beginners to understand and when you are trying to build a world sometimes it just completely resets with no information on why. i think the instructions could be clearer and there should be a way for people to easily make their world private so they could actually learn how to play instead of people just breaking everything that tjey are trying to do. this game has good potential but bad execution

Absolutely horrible. I have never EVER felt the need to leave a review, but I tried playing this game and jeez I cant keep it in. I played for 30 minutes or more and I couldn't learn a thing. Couldn't do quests because people kept joining, claiming my world and then kicking me out. I couldn't report them either because I never had time between the time they placed a lock to me getting removed from my world and all my crops. If we could start out with one world lock, it'd improve everything

Been like 6 years since I started playing it. Tho, I quit for 3years, thought I'd give it a try again. But now the game only has capitalism and inflation. Gawd, the rich control the market so easily. And it also has become money oriented. The tapjoy offers suck. Only third rate games there, full of ads. Kinda impossible to complete any offer. Oh, it's also full of bugs. The game is buggy on my phone but it runs pretty normal in my pc. Not my Device. Used to play in worse device smoothly.

Was fun, now terribly boring. At the start of 2016 when I started playing, the game was fun, a lot of people were online. But ever since Ubisoft took over, it went soo far downhill way to fast. Terrible potato servers to boring, overly expensive iotm. Overall, I've lost hope for a future in this game, due to the in-game crashing economy. Update: since the inventory update, I can no longer access the game. As soon as I open it, Boom. Black screen. Ubisoft, fix the game and issues with it. Thanks.

I used to play this game sometime back. I remember having issues then, and now those issues seem to still be present and then some. Unfortunately I can't experience all those issues though, because I can't even get past the menu. For some reason a typing bar is stuck across the bottom of the screen. There's a "done" and "cancel" button. And pressing both of those doesn't remove it. Typing into the bar also doesn't remove it. The bar blocks menu options, preventing tapping on them.

After a few reviews throughout the years, the game still holds some favourability. I'm unable to play on mobile due to the methods they need to use to prevent bots and such, which is fine even though I'm not guilty of anything. I'm able to play on PC however, of which in that case the game still shows good colors and has been through a lot of change but I still find the time to enjoy it (it's basically the same across platforms).

Only play this game if you willing to grind. Also, every once in a while, anything I touch is as if i was holding it. When i tap the left arrow to go left, it fully sends me left instead of moving slightly. Also, when i tap the air, it punches it repeatedly. Also what happens every once in a while is that Growtopia freezes. For forever. These two scenarios forces me to restart growtopia on mobile again to have a better experience. PLEASE, Fix this.
