I'm loving this game, it's extremely simple to understand and play. I'm not an avid RPG fan or play DND, but the lore and building up your character's attributes and skills is fun. My only 2 complaints: I wish you could cue up your next spell/skill before the enemy turn ends; click on the icon in your inventory and it lights up but you can't use it obviously until it's your turn. Also, when replenishing or buying storage, there should be a confirmation pop up so I don't spend 1000g accidentally

Fun at first, but the CONSTANT crashing makes it virtually unplayable. At most, I can get halfway through a second dungeon run before it freezes and then restarts. Since it only saves in town, this means that all unique objects you have picked up and bounties you have finished are gone. I have lost quite a few great items this way. I also wish there was a way to go back to previous dungeon levels without backing out of your current run and taking a penalty. This makes grinding difficult.

I haven't made it very far, but the game seems very extensive. Weapon/armor enchants, several dungeons, the dungeons level up each time you beat them, it takes a while to progress but not so long that it gets boring. Plenty of quests, and interesting dungeon events. There might not be any fancy graphics, but this game really shows they aren't needed.

The game is a fun throwback to early browser based RPGs and the ads aren't too intrusive. Pretty rare actually. My only complaint is that if you "draw wages" by watching an ad, occasionally it will glitch and you'll end up watching the same ad multiple times. Then it will kick you from the game and you won't get your reward. Otherwise it's a fun, challenging throwback rpg that really makes you plan and strategize your next move.

Again with the UI lag. It's your banner ads. Especially the ones that transition, like Paramount or Introvert Dating, which actually froze the whole game. Your games are the only games that have done this, so I'm guessing its your coding. Could be fun but not worth the hassle. Overall lag reduction from your original was decreased to 3 - 5 seconds, though this version freezes, unlike the first one.

This is by far one of the best mobile games I've played in a while. Awesome storytelling, minimal graphics, and several options without needing a guidebook to figure out your build all make for a great old school feeling game. The music has a bit of a looping issue in some spots but I feel that almost adds to the experience. I don't make many reviews but I needed to give the developer some props for making an amazing game in hopes they keep making more. Keep it up!

Great game. Would give 5 stars but for two problems I have run into. 1. There is an Ad bug on my Android where about 1/3 of ads simply cause a black screen and the game needs to be closed and reopened. 2. If you accidentally unequip the Supply Bag, any supplies above your base max supply just disappears. Whether this is intentional or not, it makes no sense. I bought those supplies, they should stay in the unequipped bag. It's disappointing enough to stop playing for a bit.

Quite the charming little old school RPG. It overall is a game the developer is very passionate about. You can tell just by how this hidden tropical world full of mystery and magic just comes to life around you. Even in spite of the fact that it's a turn based text driven game. Not that there's anything wrong with that. My point is it still has a much more compelling storyline then most games that are coming out. Most definitely worth a try or two.

A simple to play game with an interesting storyline and some good game mechanics. Like the name suggests it's an old school RPG, and a good one at that. Ads are optional to get extra gold, but otherwise you can play the game as free if you don't want the extra gold. There are in game purchases but you honestly don't need them.

Fun little game with Eso: Oblivion style systems and turn based combat that has a steep learning curve in thr beginning if youre unfamiliar with complex RPGs. There are ads but, you'll barely notice them (about 2 minutes worth per hour) I was so pleased with the ascetic, gameplay, and sparing use of ads I paid to support the game after the first few hours of it.

I've loved this game so far after downloading today! But... I had a very infuriating experience just now where I was literally stuck in a dungeon. I explored every tile, and there was no exit. I couldn't swipe, so there was no unseen part of the map. This lead to literally 13 ambushes and I died twice and didn't get anything but wasted resources. I'm very upset and will be taking a break from the game because of this. Other than that, it's been super fun though! Just plz fix this

Very well made, a few bugs here and there but none of them really detract from the experience. One thing I would love to see is the textured tiles reflecting the environment. Some of the in-game events reference locations that don't make sense in the context of a dungeon, so it would be cool to see the environment better depicted through the textured tiles. I think it would make the experience much more immersive. Overall 10/10

Excellent RPG. Exactly what I was looking for to have on my phone. Simple yet compelling gameplay, good music, artwork story, etc. Non-intrusive ads, and no paywalls, but still worth buying the ad removal IMO. You can play a little or a lot at once, it's perfect for on the go. I've really been enjoying it.

A solid rouge like rpg. The combat is fun and refreshingly light. The skill system is very interesting, it provides for a wide vairity for each playthrough, and the deployment is very intuitive. The story is also a good read and isn't verbose, so I never felt taxed reading flavor text or lore logs. The Naval combat is the only place that felt kinda gimmick in my opinion. The upgrades are too expensive compared to their benefits and the crew is oldly cheap given the advantages they provide.

It s pretty good game, but somehow seems unfinished. The dungeon "exploration" consists of moving along on an empty space with no terrain, no restraints, nothing to make it feel like a real world. I'm playing "hardcore permadeath" at level 8, and the combats are tedious and boring, way too easy, with no risk to the character at all. In old school RPG's you could skip ahead to find more advanced challenges, but in this game there's evidently no way to do that. Overall it's a good design.

I really was enjoying this game then on about level 11 of the first dungeon it stopped giving me dungeon exits. I'd fight almost all the enemies and uncover all the tiles and use all my supplies and items and there'd be no exit (even if it was a scollable board). I've had to pay the 40 gold to leave just so I don't die like 5 times now. Restarting the app doesn't work. So now I can't progress and I'm only level 5. Also there's not very much guidance on the main quests and how to progress

one of the only games of this type that is actually engaging! the skills are meaningful, level progression is more than just numbers, and at no point does it become pay to win. the creators definitely care about the game. Ads are optional and the ad removal option is reasonably priced. I look forward to seeing more from this developer!

I've played both Grim games and have to say they are well worth the time. The mechanics are simple enough to pick up quickly but deep enough to encourage several play styles. The customizable dungeon generation and difficulty sliders make it flexible and different with every run, and as challenging as you want it to be. Simple, strait forward interface, and no ads required or pushy micro-transactions.

Edit- After finishing the main quest, there's a lot to add. More arena bosses, higher quality Armour and weapons. To this point, I've found the same things over and over again and the arena is almost pointless. Still a great game. Fun, light ads, but the dev has to make money AND you can pay just 6 bucks to remove them. Honestly, a Super fun game to pass time.

Fun to start, but gets old kinda quick. It is nice that it is offline. If I could recommend one thing, it would be to make it more challenging. I am playing on the highest challenge mode and it is still easy. If I could recommend a second, I would say greater equipment variability. There are ads, but totally optional, no need to watch to play, but worth it for the reward given.
