Service most of the time is OK.. A little slow... However when you really need it late in the evenings when you finally have time they seem to perform server updates that don't allow you to work.... Every night Constantly... Cmon... Sudden error messages no data, no estimated down time, no warnings about ..Down times CST - 2/14/24 11:34pm; 2/17/24 10:38pm; 2/19/24 11:32pm;3/2/24 11:27p; 3/4/24 11:50pm; 3/6/24 11:19pm; 3/11 11:19pm; 3/12 11:19pm

Love this app. Makes looking up any coin to be real easy. Much better than scanning through pdfs to see a particular line.

Make sure your auto email is prefilling and adding a space afterwards. Had an issue with my stupid android doing that. Customer service is impeccable!

Wth, the link that the email send to verify screwed up. Now it says the username is taken and won't let me use it at the same time. I really wanted to check this app out, please fix it!

Great greysheet info in your pocket! I had to reach out to customer service and had a response within 24 hours with a fix to my problem. Worth the subscription price!

The App doesn't work. Everytime I open it, all I get is a Grey screen. It is updated, and I also uninstalled and re-installed the app.

Other than the Greysheet being the best go to guide for current prices and numismatic info Id like to say the team at GS are outstanding people ,John, Billie and Monica are outstanding in customer service and they are real people talking to us on individual issues not some automated set up that we so dislike . Thanks guys for all you do for the coin community and a special thanks for our latest discussions .

The performance the Greysheet App has been terrible for the past month on my Andriod device. It constantly locks up and now it will not even open. I've paid for a full year of access.

Will not let me log in on the app (says wrong password) so I have to log in at their website with my phone. I also have a paid subscription and they do not respond to emails and I never received a greysheet in the mail. It's a shame since most dealers use the greysheet and i cant access it

It's not good the App continually freezes up a lot and I have to reopen it and now when I try to open it I just get a blank screen and nothing happens. I am a Greysheet subscriber and expect the app to work properly in order to get what I pay for

It's a really good app, but it glitches, and if you don't have premium, it is very limited. It gave me free 10 uses to search coins/currency, and I only used it 3 times when it told me I had used all of my searches, and now I have to buy premium.

Pricing is great but the app is super slow and glitchy. Recently it stopped showing sold auction comps when I clicked on each grade. Not sure if they took that away for some reason or if it's just not working for me. I reinstalled the app and still doesn't work. Overall it does it's job for the most part and still is quicker to use than the paper version, but there are a lot of bugs and speed performance issues that need to be addressed.

Doesn't work. I use greysheet online and it's fine. This app, on my Android phone, says "nothing registered in the data base for this criteria" or something like that. I can easily find the same coins on the website with no issues. I got tired of trying to get it to work. All of the usual troubleshooting does no good. It was worth a shot, but it is a hard pass. The team designing this app needs to really put in some work and figure this thing out. Disappointing.

I use this mostly for coin valuations, which I assume most people do. Scrolling through all the different categories and years works fine, but I can't for the life of me figure out how the search function works. If I search for "Barber", or "Morgan", or "penny" , there are no results. Nothing. It would be faster and more convenient if I could just type a coin into the search bar and have a list come up, but otherwise, I'm fairly satisfied with the app.

This app works great, whenever it decides to work great. Too often I get a denial to the platform and given a "socket exchange" error making it impossible to get pricing, which ironically I need at that time. By forcing a restart I lose the links to the coins I'm even researching so this brings massive frustration. That's the only true downside I've found so far.
