A few rough features (could not delete a wrong address from the front of an envelope, had to cross out as though was actually using pen??), and you should offer blank backs on all photo cards. The invitation option (what, when, where, RSVP, etc.) was a strange choice.for some of the holiday fronts. Just wanted to say happy holidays, not invite someone to a party. Even this review space won't let me see what I am typing. Some bugs to work out, but fun and I'd order again! Thanks.

Over two years later and it's still buggy! This app is buggy, I am trying the subscription which is great - IF I CAN GET IT TO WORK! The app keeps giving weird errors saying Payment already in progress, or telling me to change the send date to tomorrow's date, but there's no where for me to go to change it. Then I can't delete the card. I end up clearing the cache and whatnot and then sometimes it works. But this is really frustrating and totally not fulfilling the whole purpose.

Literally the worst app I've used in terms of user friendliness. The menu was so unorganized and there was no rhyme or reason to menu options. I was clueless as to what my options were for creating a product. There was no order to the process. It felt like the app had so many missing links, as if it were only partially done. There isn't even an email/help/contact option on menu. I was so excited to use this app after seeing on shark tank and would've spent a lot of money over the years sending photo cards for all occasions. I will now download a competitor's app and hopefully have a better experience.

This used to be a great app, super handy to quickly make and send cards to family members - especially during the pandemic! Unfortunately, within the past month or so, it has started crashing continuously. It won't even let me put in an address to send the card before it crashes. (it seems entering the address field is causing the crash). Hopefully they fix it soon, but until then, subscription canceled.

This is the app I've been waiting for! If only there was a postcard option ... It would also be nice if the photo choosing process was improved, as I scrolled it kept kicking me back to the beginning and once I chose one, it wouldn't let me adjust it's placement within the frame. My solution was to crop it outside the app and save it as a new photo so it would show up in the front on the app. Bit annoying, definitely makes me less likely to use more regularly.

Customer Service is non-responsive. The app doesn't send any email/notification that there is a problem, you have to go into your order history to see that it "needs attn". But it doesn't specify the problem. Emailed customer service and their auto-reply says "please allow up to 24 hours for a response". It's been over 72 hours and I've gotten no response at all. The app is buggy and doesn't work well on phones. Just trying to use up the last of my credits and then I'm switching to MoonPig.

ETA- doesn't seem to be a working app anymore. I can no longer send cards without just getting an error message and the support page to contact the company also does not work. It loads but you cannot send a message. Not sure why the site and app are still live but I've tried for days with the same result every time so it's not just one error. Bummer!! really neat app. easy to use and super cute and personal

App has some quirks (can't change font color, limited font sizes, and a really weird font scaling issue where fonts appear to change size relative to the three size options they DO have... and the app has crashed on me 2-3 times, losing my work). However, as someone who has loved hand-making cards since she was old enough to hold a pen, this app is AMAZING. I do wish there was specifically an option to make a "traditional" card instead of having to hack it though.

First used Felt when I had a code for a free code & have kept using it. They make it super easy, its around the same price or cheaper than me going to the store to pick out a card & I don't have to actually go out & look over 10+ cards to find the right one. I can write what I want to say, which is huge! Plus I can add a pic & include flowers or a gift if I want, but do not have to. It's just an option, no pressure to do so. I urge you to try felt, you won't regret it.

I thought the concept was awesome. I got a code from Tmobile Tuesdays, but was unable to ever order the card because it keeps telling me to check my internet connection. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still didn't work. There is nothing wrong with my connection. The app is useless to me since I can't connect. ------‐--------------------- Update: I have used the app a few times since my last review and have had no issues. Felt was able to fix the problem so I've updated to 5 stars.

I signed up for a subscription-a great deal if you are able to create your cards each month. It seems I was unable to use about a third of my months' cards due to issues/glitches. Though I was "credited" for some, the credits arent equivalent value to the cards lost. I tried emailing...got a "sorry" but no correction. I also canceled my subscription because it seemed I'd been switched to a much higher cost without notification/being given the chance to opt out first. Again, tried emailing...

It's continuously the most frustrating app! I can only imagine the developers have never actually tried to use it? Everything is difficult: getting a font to stay changed, changing font size, adding an address, getting the address to populate on the envelope, having your addresses actually be saved in your address book over time instead of disappearing. It's like the app keeps finding new ways to mess with you!

I love the concept but the execution just isn't there right now. I got error codes when trying to check out on 2 different cards for several hours. Was told by customer service to save drafts and uninstall and reinstall. Lost everything. Remade the cards and was able to checkout this time. Decided to make another and lost everything again after an hour of work. It's a great and personal idea, but I don't have the kind of time it takes to redo cards several times. edit: now several months later and still paying for a subscription because i hoped they would work out the bugs. they haven't. it takes remaking a card 4 or 5 times before it will stick and i am incredibly frustrated. great idea, poorly done.

This is such an amazing app! I love to send cards but I never have stamps. The last time I bought a card it sat in my drawer for six months and I never sent it. with this app I can take five minutes to personalize and write a note and then pay. it's so simple and fast. It allows me to keep up with friends and Family and make their day with minimal impact to the time in my day!

App only functions horizontally, which makes it very difficult to design & write in the card. Copy & paste from other online docs doesn't work, and the keyboard takes up most of the screen. the app has frozen on me multiple times as well. The $6/month cost is fine if you only want to send 3 cards per month... but the pricing doesn't make sense after that... $20/month, you still only get 3 cards, and then you get 40% off... so still have to pay $2.50 a card! The value isn't there!

I've used it name times. we love overseas so it's nice to be able to hand write and get it in the mail. The app itself is pretty good. A few glitches, and could be updated. It's pretty much the same since 6 years ago. More pens and make fonts when using text would be nice. Also, it seems credits should accrue. I've been subscribed and yet per card only get $6 pre paid. All that being said, yes, would recommend is you're like me and have a hard time actually getting a card mailed.

This app makes me cry. I have spent hours of my time to make it work. Sometimes, yes it will. Most of the time I get an error saying change the ship date, with no advice how to do so, even using the Help menu. Additionally, I add gifts over and over, without them adding to the purchase. It is so frustrating, that I go to Amazon and just send a gift via their service. Felt, I am done trying to use your App; not worth the angst.

It's an nice way to send a photo to friends with a personal message. It worked great! It can handle international shipping, importing photos, styling it, b&w or holiday tag/frame/sticker options and you can add confetti, chocolates, or other gifts to the order, too. Writing electronically is not as easy as handwriting it, but the ease of printing, writing, adding postage, andsending, makes up for it.

I was so excited about this concept. The design is beautiful, but unfortunately the app (at least the Android version) just doesn't work. Frame designs never load and photos cannot be edited. After spending hours frustrated, I've come to the conclusion that printing photos, writing cards, and mailing them would be faster and easier. 😥

Really enjoyed this app at first(we were customers for several years), but in the past year we've had issues with it crashing both on Android and iOS. Every time we reached out for help we were told they were 'fixing the problem' and we were offered a handful of credits. It's been several months, nothing has been fixed and despite our multiple complaints we have not been issued any monetary reimbursement or solutions. Sad to see this product become so unusable and the decline in customer service
