This is the worst most uncoordinated bank app and website I have ever seen. Even with auto payments I still have to log in and manually send the payments. Also their website doesn't allow for paying your loans and you have to use a clunky app that has everything hidden and difficult to work with... Did I mention the multiple credit checks they did? My credit report came back with at least 5 from this same bank. I can't wait to transfer my loan.

For the last month or so I've had a hard time getting onto the website it buffers I set one time it took 10 minutes and never got me connected I missed opportunities that I needed to get a hold of the bank and it gets pretty frustrating on the weekend when that's your only option when you can get on it it works fine it's the problem with getting on the website

Good thing about this , when it functional, bills get paid on time. each time this app updates, I had a bill that was sent to the wrong account twice.the updates changed my payee account info. I had to find out the hard way that my money was never paid to the correct account...the money came out of my checking account for sure. I got late fees, shut off notices from that payee My wife dislikes this app. I convinced her that it was good a few years ago. we have had other issues with bill payer

Having used the Veridian Credit Union app, this app feels less user friendly and is less visually appealing. The quality of the mobile check deposit tool, specifically, is not as high as what I experienced with Veridian Credit Union's mobile check deposit. It does the job though and allows me to utilize mobile banking options when I cannot make it to a local branch. Thankful to have this as an option when branches are closed as well.

Slow and lacking features of many other banking apps I use. Make a CC payment or transfers between account seems to take hours if not the next day to show in the app. I think some of this is the slow way GSCU posts and processes transactions, be it mortgage payments, CC payments or just transfers. App and GSCU seem to be behind the curve when it comes to modern technology.

get ready for a whole bunch of having to verify who you are through automated phone calls. they dont use text to send the security code, they call instead. says, press 1 if this is for you. i hit 1, nothing happens. repeats, hit 1 again. nothing registers. i cant get into my account because the system they use, can't tell if im hitting the 1 button or not

predatory bank. they were great before they sold many years ago. the new owners buy up smaller banks to extort their customers.

App is Broken!!! Recently when I go to log in I get this unknown error thing and it wont log in. it now happens every time I try to use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times now. I end up having to go to website. what good is a mobile app if it doesnt work! Looks like you have a lot of unhappy users here. maybe you should look into fixing things and not ignore your customers!

This is more a rating of your bank than your app. Worst bank ever in my lifetime. They survive off of fees. Watch out. They'll get you for anything and everything. Can't wait to close my account after I get my incentive for opening it. Really the worst financial institution I've ever been a part of. I'm not saying wells Fargo are a good bank, but you make them look amazing compared to yourself greenstate.

The app is rough. Their attempt to streamline things made the app slower and less useful. Instead of having a list of accounts, they try to combine all transactions in one list that takes 15 minutes to load then you have to click something to open all accounts then click the account you actually want to see to get any use out of the app.

Not a very good app. Very cumbersome to make loan payments, as it requires you to know your loan numbers, even when logged in and looking at the loans. It's very counter intuitive and messy, with no links to pertinent content. It doesn't seem to understand what I would be using the banking app for. I've used multiple banking apps over the years. This is one of the worst. It looks very low budget, and behaves similarly. It's a shame, because the credit union itself is nice.

Horrid app! Never lets me log in. And their website won't either! Says it cannot be found. I know my login info is correct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. What is the point of online banking if you can never use it? I dislike this bank anyways, for many MANY reasons, but am stuck with an open account until I pay off my loans.

Do not use this App, go to a branch instead. This app (as well as online) doesn't display transactions on credit accounts whatsoever. I prefer to double check my charges to be sure something wasn't charged twice or find anything unusual. Nearly everything except basic transfers and payments are met with an 800 number to call where you are met by an automated answering service following a hold for 10-20 minutes. Be prepared for the impending "Please visit a branch to preform 'this service'."

Update user interface makes navigation easier! It looks like the app was updated today and moved the main navigation buttons to the bottom of the screen. Selecting menu still pulls the same shelf out from the left side, so there's not an adjustment to be made there. But I like that those main buttons were moved to the bottom. So much that I ran here to write a review. 🤷 Good job team!

I'll give this app 4.5 stars for a couple of reasons. First and most importantly, it seems there is a genuine spirit for continuous improvement and incorporation of customer feedback - I love that. Second, the app has mostly everything I need. What I am missing is more convenient credit card payments (app takes me to a different page because I am using an external account to pay rather than a GreenState one) and I'd also like to see hh:mm timing on when transactions were made and completed.

The check deposit does not work. The picture looks perfectly clear when I take it, then it shows the thumbnail and it's really blurry. My phone has 3 rear cameras and I'm guessing the app ia using the wrong one? I'm not a software engineer, but that's my guess. Now I have a check with "for mobile deposit only" written on it that I will have to deposit at a branch location. I'm looking forward to that conversation...

Terrible finding existing payee. This should be the first task it defaults to when using the app's bill module. No, I go to bill payer and it defaults to adding a new payee. Why? Setting up existing account/payee invoices is an ordeal. I've had a vendor spinning in thw invoice box now for 3 months! No one cares, just sits there saying "processing." If you're vendor requires a paper check, it takes a minimum of 5 business days to process. Online chat sessions are useless.

Not user friendly! When trying to pay on loans this app is the absurdly difficult. First I have to log in several different times. Then when I'm "in" there's no simple way to select an account and make a payment (I am not signing up for yet another checking account). I get soooo frustrated, that it's often paid late because I have to log out in frustration and leave it for another day. In this digital age, I KNOW you could do better! Come on now!

The "more" button was changed to show deposited checks rather than the rewards status. A feature that was useful is now useless as most people know what checks get deposited into their account. Now I can't find where I can see if I've met the minimum transactions and ACH transfer. I suspect they made it useless intentionally so more people won't earn their dividends.

App refuses to work correctly the majority of the time. I usually have to go to a branch office because you can't pay with debt or connect external accounts. I have tried for over a year multiple times. the branch tellers are not properly trained compared to the actual phone help operators. The worst online banking experience I have ever had.
