Opening the app is a joke. Made my phone have a spasm attack...flicking on/off with nothing to stop it but uninstalling.

My rating is not for the use of the app currently! This rating is for Not being accessible for customer payments, but hope to see this feature added soon! Will change rating once this is developed.

For those complaining. READ THE APP DESCRIPTION. This app is for contractors aka merchants to enter loan applications while with their clients. This is NOT a client portal to review loan history, make a payment, etc. With that said, would make sense for GreenSky to come out with a client portal app like everyother lender or institution.

I think this particular app has a virus. It keeps making my entire phone blink off and on. I had to quickly uninstall it.

Tried to install and open app. Just kept glitching and only way to recover phone was a reboot. App isnt working.

Unable to login om my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, it automatically closes. I can login from an old iPhone. Pain in the rear app, it used to log in on my Samsung just fine....

Horrible. To log on, the app ask for a PIN, not a password. I never got or set up a PIN and GreenSky says they don't use PIN's. App. Therefore, is unusable.

This is only for merchant use, not consumer. If you click the "not a merchant" link then it just pulls up an internet tab and continues to the website. Bummer that this is more consumer oriented.

Shady practices, high interest rates, they want complete and total access to your mobile device and don't allow you to use the app if you don't give it to them. Oh and the app is not meant for consumers. DONT BOTHER DOWNLOADING, even if you're a merchant. Absolutely no reason to give some loan sharks complete and total access to your mobile device.

Was fine until now. Now it ask you for a pin, and for what For? I have a password. For some reason the app changed and won't let you sign in. App is horrible. Just to make a payment I had to pull up the website just to do it. Probably done on purpose to make customers frustrated and annoyed while trying to make payments.

I'm a merchant and haven't been able to install app for over a week. Customer service says we've never heard of the White Screen flashing repeatedly problem. Yet there are complaint reviews going back 6 months. Suggested I buy an upgraded phone! Even though multiple team members with different phones are experiencing the same issue. Lost one 20k deal so far this week. I suggest using some of that Goldman Sachs money and hiring developers to fix this, not the one's who wrote it.

Yes, I too will rate this app quite useless. The website lets me sign in just fine with my fingerprint or password. But this app asks for a pin. When I don't have a pin. I have a password and it never, ever ever lets me in. So I don't even use it. Don't bother, just use the website.

Guessing that something they did in a recent update causes the app to force close and restart on an endless loop, rendering it wholly useless. Sent captured screen video of the behavior to GreenSky. Hopefully they fix and don't ignore. We'll see. ETA: How about that? The email I sent to GreenSky at the listed address bounced. Lol GreenSky, keep your shiznit current, huh?

Every month, I try, but I can I can never access my account via the app to pay my bill. I resort to calling the automated systems.
