This app worked well last year. This year, there was an "update." Now I can't actually access my account to change payment info. It assumes business relationships are established that are not. It has told me 10 times that they texted a confirmation code - I received none. Feels like a sham/scam app!!

I'm sorry but this app is a joke if you're looking for snow removal. The app freezes at the last screen unless you choose a bid. The only way around this according to support is to accept a bid then cancel it. Huh? In addition, no information is provided for the companies bidding (other than name). None of the companies that provided me a bid could be found ANYWHERE in the Internet. This is sketchy at the very least. Pointless, and now uninstalled.

Got scammed on my first attempt to hire a lawn service. The "company" (H&H Lawn Care) claimed my lawn mowing appointment was complete, so I sent payment. They even posted a pic of a fresh cut lawn, being careful not to capture enough of the surroundings to be able to identify my yard. They claimed they went to the wrong address and would be back first thing in the morning. Morning has come and gone. My grass still hasn't been cut. If the app has a way to report fraud, I have yet to find it.

Very nice Very well put together app. My only complaints are that it doesn't sync with Google Calendar and it's not color-coded to let you know in advance when a customer has to pay. Also, I'd like a feature where you can click a button and it consistently updates mowing schedules so that I don't have to input manually each time it runs out.

I had no issues with the app... it's a little one-dimensional, but it gets the job done. My issue comes with service: I went through 3 service providers in 3 weeks. Reliability issues, even though I chose the lawn care professionals who were rated high in reliability. 1 showed up 2 days late, left all the clippings... 2nd one got fired from GreenPal the day after my service. Not going to hire him anyway, because he left even MORE clippings than the last guy. 3rd one never showed. BEWARE

Terrible app. No mention of the mower's not doing one-time jobs until you ask the AI help why they didn't show up. A few quotes did mention it, so that's on me, and perfectly understandable for them. But not the app. They know what they're doing. Don't use this garbage unless you know you want a mower about whom you know nothing for regular jobs.

The app is horrible and you can't correct the address since I moved. I can't talk to anyone but a bot. It won't send a reset password to my email. I just downloaded lawnstarter instead.

Found a lawn care service at a good rate almost immediately, and my grass was cut when I wanted it. Dude did a good job, but didn't report he was done, and until he uploaded a picture of my finished lawn, we couldn't get to the next stage in the process. Kind of frustrating since it was the first time I'd used the app. I had his number, though, so we were in contact and could work it out.

Completely not user-friendly. Had a service cancel after postponing my first service, then was forced into a service that was twice as expensive. Had to individually cancel each mowing. After all of that, I tried to find a new quote, just to find out you only get 2 opportunities a year to find quotes.

Had an agreed to service contract setup. After a no show from the vendor for three days, sent two messages to the vendor asking what was going on. The vendor responded two days later saying they wouldn't be completly the contract. Contacted customer service was said there was nothing they could do and I used up my free bid. GreenPal doesn't stand behind the app or contracts. Look elsewhere!

App is broken after latest update. It signed me out from my account and says there is not account associated with my email. Im able to login on the website so I know my account isn't the problem. I cleared the app data and even uninstalled and reinstalled it and still I get the same error. Until that gets fixed the app is useless.

The app is totally broken after the update. It'll always bring me to the Play Store. Within tell me I need to sign in. But not allow me to sign in. Then. When it tells me it has installed it on every device. It won't let me log in on this device. I needed to dispute a charge in the app. On my other devices will not allow me to do.

There is no way to update your payment or other information unless you have hired someone. Customer service is just an automated chat bot. I found the app easy to use in the beginning and for getting quotes it is, and selecting someone and paying....but other than that you can't get to your information or even quite the program using the app (or the site).

Tried twice and the providers that bid and I scheduled never showed up. The bid process is fine, but meaningless when unreliable providers don't actually do the work. I think the app also blocks negative reviews for the lawn services. Tried to give them one star too, which is warranted for a no-show, and thr app just spins. I also can't figure out how to see review comments. Beware!!!!

Don't use the service it's unreliable the prices change and the service allows companies to advertise pricing that is gouging the customer $90 to mow yard I need to switch careers I've had more issues than I can count especially when paying a premium on a premium on a premium. Additionally to make things worse customer service is via email or message there is no line to call

Was a great service for a couple years. Now all I get are scam artists texting me for deposits and not showing up. I can't report or do anything. I only get 2 spins a year and after that I can't cancel. I have to wait for them to quit before I can rebook. They then spam you to book with scam artist. Thankfully found a different service and my overgrown lawn is taken care of. Greenpal cost me an over height charge. Not recommended.

CRAPPY UPDATE App was working just great until latest update. Keeps looping I need "to update the app; old app will not work" I have un-installed and reinstalled this app several times, I've also emailed the support email attached to this app..NO RESPONSE!!! I suggest you fix this app or you will lose vendors and potential clients for those vendors! UPDATE: Still no answer from support team or developer. App is still looping, cannot open up app. would love to give this app less than one star.

They only let you get quotes twice, then you get locked out. My first guy stopped showing up after the first visit. The second one tried to jack the price up by $8 a week after hiring (not a one time surcharge, they wanted to increase the base rate they quoted me). So now I can't look for more options because I've used up my two quotes. Oh, and this app does not offer customer support. At all. No email, no phone number, no social media, nothing. I thought that was required by Google Play.

Sucks! Update: for the first experience not a very good one. The person that I selected to mow the lawn appeared to have canceled my service that I did not cancel. When I contacted them via text they seemed confused. they responded with two very short text replies and said they would fix the issue but I never heard back from them again. Nobody gets back with you. I would not recommend this app and service.
