Greater Anglia, I love your app, it's easy to use except one thing. PLEASE replace the date scroller with a calendar! Looking up any train dates more than a couple of days in advance is a scrolling nightmare!

The app was great but recently ( a few weeks) payments stopped working. Both for saved cards and adding a new one. Renders the app a bit pointless if you can't buy a ticket

The tickets I booked on the GA website don't appear on the GA app. That's my primary reason for having a linked account, so this app is useless to me.

No electronic tickets. What is this 2004? Why is the app not holding the ticket you buy?? I need this as there is no one at the station and the machine is usually broken. This is what I hate about trains.

Generally easy to use, used to be better. Now refuses to remember my journey in direction I always buy. Makes it very easy to get the wrong ticket.

Try changing the day or time on a ticket and it will suck your patience out of your soul , worst app ever .cleared cache, reinstalled , wasted time to no avail. I am basically giving them the money for nothing.............everytime I get, " oops something went wrong , please try again " I have tried multiple credit cards , my debit card that I originally book with and that same annoying message. Very frustrating.

The app works really well and gives us options on alternate times. It flags up the best prices and when paired up with a senior rail pass, we have made some excellent savings!

The website on the browser is missing features. Can't change email address and select go via/avoid routes. Open returns not possible to book on some routes either. I find it easier to book on a website, but I'll have to use the equally flawed app just to be able to tick an avoid a certain route option. I deleted my earlier review as it was relevant earlier in the year but isn't now.

Does the job. Free of irrelevant crud such as ads. But is clunky and slow. Particularly annoying is the insistence on refreshing the live departures pages before you can access them in any way, which doesn't happen quickly, even when you're about to change or delete that page so the info becomes irrelevant. Also is slow to cotton on when Internet connection restored.

1) The UI draws one's eyes away from the 'from' and 'to' fields (at least when the device uses dark mode). M 2) Initially and erroneously the app declared that I was offline. 3) A search within the app says 'somethinf went wrong', a message almost Zen-like in its inspecificity.

This app has literally never done anything I want it to do. I am unable to use a £1700 season ticket because nothing ever appears in this app. Any link that says it might help takes you to a completely unrelated page advertising something else that greater anglia do.

Some of the stations have ticket machines in places so dumb and car away from platforms that you have to race to buy tickets online. Greater Anglia's scheduling leaves minutes between trains. Of course there is no such thing as guest checkout on this app so signing up left me trying to buy a ticket for a train I had no choice but to board but couldn't pay for. In the end I bought another ticket for an hour in the future. Was just told it was invalid. And my second leg of my journey is buggered.

15/8/22: update for new version. 1: the old app showed your daily commute on the start page. Where has it gone? Now you have to select "Live Times", select "Edit", choose the right journey. Can't even see how late a train is until you go to the Journey Details. 2: On the start page I can't change the outbound trip time. 3: In many places the fonts have shrunk so that I can't read them any more. There is so much more that I don't have space to enter. This is such a DOWNGRADE.
