Took my repayment and a subscription fee shortly after just to say my paycheck couldn't be found. I hit the button for to help them understand the paycheck, showing what my paycheck was on my bank statement, it's been weeks with no response. Contacted support to ask for a refund on the subscription fee they charged a day after saying that they couldn't find my paycheck, they are refusing to do so. Had high hopes for this app after my first use, but this is very disappointing.

I downloaded, easy enough. I added my banking information, no issues there. I added my debit card? Oh, no. It can't be verified, somehow. I'm not eligible for a cash advance? Not sure why. I have Kikoff, the actual app. And this is from Kikoff? I have two credit lines with them and I'm in good standing with them. My card was inputted correctly with the associated banking information but I'm not allowed to be approved? THAT'S WEIRD.

SO QUICK ... and SO easy ... but was definitely hoping and assuming I'd get a much larger offer for the cash advance, considering how much I get paid per month. That was a little disappointing [especially being I was in desperation mode in the Google Play store trying to find a place that did quick / instant cash advances] ... but even a little bit helps, I guess. One thing I know for sure: beggars can't be choosers! ;) REALLY impressed with the app overall and such, though. Highly recommend.

5 minutes in, and the app has already crashed 2 times, so that's a phenomenal start. It's 9.99 a month, so be ready for that, it will charge you one month after you sign up. On the upside, it starts you at $25 but it only charges you $2 interest for instant transfer. Oh well, I guess if you're in a tight spot, it's better than half of the apps that don't like Chime, AND it gives you spending insights to help with budgeting. Solid 6/10 so far.

Very easy to get the advance(the average being $79 they said on the app FYI), I love that they accept CHIME as this is important bc that's ALL I USE, and all my money goes through my several accts through CHIME(1 acct has savings/checking/credit etc). The only downfall is the $9.99 membership to USE the advance feature(but most apps do it anyway, so comparably NBD). Trust it bc Kikoff operates it...so not bad overall!😉😊

I just want my refund for the subscription. I cannot take a loan because the system keeps telling me I don't have enough direct deposits, even though I get paid twice a month and had my banking account for 5+ years. There is no reason for me to pay for a subscription for a program that I cannot use. Please issue the refund or I'll just simply force the refund via my bank account. I have no issues paying the subscription, but not being able to use the service is bluntly a scam.

Was a great app at first, but now stopped properly detecting my paychecks, even though they haven't changed. That caused my advance amount to drop A LOT for no reason. Customer service is of no help. There is a form in the app to fill out for Grant to learn how to detect your paychecks, but it's been days since I have submitted it and no one has responded or fixed anything. Will update my review if anything changes. For now, the app is unreliable for financial help.

Awful customer service. Payed my first advance just fine only to refuse any advance after even though my paychecks have been larger. On top of that they charged me half way into my free trial, ten days before my renewal, but my app still reflected renewal in 10 days, meaning I was being double charged. Customer service had the nerve to simply tell me " we won't be refunding you because this payment was for your subscription you agreed to." which is monthly. Thanks Bob, your Zero Help, Anywhere.

having an issue where I need to update card information to pay the sub, but the app won't let me change my payment method and there is no resource for assistance. I like this app, but any time I try and change my card info it doesn't update in the app. there's a drop down menu with both my card numbers, when I select the 2nd option it just does nothing and continues trying to pay with the 1st option.

The Grant cash app won't accept my debit Mastercard from a major bank - no error message, just circles back to the page for me to input the information again, stuck in an endless loop. Customer support told me to reset the app or to uninstall and reinstall it. Neither resetting nor reinstalling fixed the problem. I've requested further assistance from customer support, but after 48 hours of waiting, I've heard nothing further. There is no phone number to call. All communication is via email.

they might approve you but it's not something you can depend on. I used the service a couple times with no difficulties, then all of a sudden when I needed to use it on the 3rd occasion it said I didn't have enough paychecks, or it couldn't find my paychecks or something all of a sudden. there's literally no reason paying a monthly fee to use this service if you can't use it when you need it.

you guys seriously need to figure out this inconsistency with not being able to recognize checks randomly. you have tons of reviews saying it's an issue and it's just being ignored. You guys are the only app that has this problem, why can the others maintain recognition when you guys struggle so bad? Need to go back to the drawing board.

I formerly resided in a state not serviced by Grant when I signed up for the service; now I live in a state that is serviced but customer service said they couldn't update my address on their end and there's no way for me to do so in the app. That's just asinine and I've never heard of an app having such poor capabilities.

Waiting for support to respond. The app offered $75. That's fine for the first advance. However, I couldn't get the advance without paying for Grant Plus, EVEN THOUGH the app stated that Grant Plus membership wasn't required. Between the transfer fee AND a membership fee, the advance is too expensive. Something either isn't working, OR the statements are misleading. I'll wait to hear from support.

I have used this app twice for some extra cash. Everything was working just fine, paid back the advances no problem. I go for another advance and now it's saying I don't have enough paychecks. Lol I been working the same job for 6 years, goes into my account every week. If this isn't fixed soon then I will have to cancel this app.

Hello. I am having issues with your cash advance app. Up to yesterday. the app worked fine. Now, I keep getting a message indicating that the app is not responding and gives me the options of waiting or closing the app. Please see attached screenshot. Also, when trying to get a cash advance I also get an error message indicating that my selected bank account does not have enough paychecks. See attached screenshot. I don't understand this as I have been using this account for earlier cash advanc

it was working great since I started using it. now I can't use it because it's got a glitch. I've been back and forth with support, and they even said it's not behaving the way it should be when I send in my screen recorded clips of when I tried using it the last 2 weeks. response to Grant- I have been intouch with your support team email for the last 2 1/2 weeks. They were responding until 6/3, and I tried to get an update and send them the new issues. No response has been made since.

I have had several advances with this company. I paid back them all back. They refused to give me a due change for the following day. I've had 4 cash advances. They also charge a 9.99 membership fee monthly. I only get a 25.00 advance, plus I'm changed that 9.99 fee monthly just for 25.00. really. Plus, again, they refused me a due date change. not good service at all.

Just like most of the other reviews on here my complaint is the same. the first few times I needed to use an advance everything worked perfect. Now the last almost month my pay info is wrong and I can't use the advance. It was an awesome service when it worked, but not worth paying 9.99 a month if you can't use it. edit in response: I have emailed support 3x and heard nothing back so no thanks.

I only ever got approved for $25 at a time and it makes you subscribe to the app in order to even be able to borrow that amount. Which is $9.99. I canceled my subscription and was then charged again for it immediately after, customer service told me it was for the period that I took an advance but I know I had already paid for that. I don't appreciate being lied to or having my money messed with. This app is more of a bother than something that actually helps, it's a total scam.
